Donuts are good, but sometimes the flavor/​kind is not available even though it is early in the day. The customer service is not the best; you often have to wait for them to finish personal conversations before they help you. Staff has gotten my order wrong on several occasions and told me the donut I ordered is out even though there is a full rack right behind them.

Donuts are on par with Dunkin Donuts. This location is not very clean and the restroom is quite disgusting. I stopped by on National Donut Day and although the Winchell’s national website said they were giving out a free donut, the staff was oblivious. They were also not very customer friendly. Highly recommend NOT going out of your way to go here.

You want to know what I like here? Everything! The donuts are awesome, the sandwiches are amazing and made fresh to order, and the staff is really friendly. The fact that they are open 24 hours is icing on the cake. Have a donut craving at 2 am? They’ve got you covered!

I absolutely love their donuts!!! However, every time I have gone there I have not been satisfied with the customer service. And the manager is the rudest. I watched the manager make some donuts and his employee proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any.

I really love the pink frosting here. I prefer it on their yeast donuts as their cake donuts are a little too dry. Having the 24 hours option is pretty amazing for the crazy donut lovers like me. I also really like their lemon filled, oh and their cinnamon sugar yeast donut. Definitely a must try.

Donuts were good and fresh. It was inexpensive for the amount of donuts I ordered. The only negative was that the donuts got hard quickly so you really should eat them as soon as you get them.
