I took in over 20 pieces of clothing for dry cleaning in preparation for a trip. Picking up my clothing, I was told that one of my items (a very expensive all-​silk blue dress) had been ruined by someone leaving a pen in the dry cleaning bag. They admitted that the pen did not belong to me, but somehow «got in there». This item of clothing was a favorite of mine and is not replaceable. The only consolation they offered was to deduct the total bill from the cost of the ruined item. What *should* have been offered was a comped bill PLUS total reimbursement for the ruined item. But they wouldn’t budge because they said they would lose too much money! Ha! How about the customer who just lost an expensive piece of clothing that cannot be replaced right before a trip?! I was a first-​time customer, and will never be back. I have never had such experience at any other dry cleaner.
Take your clothes elsewhere because they obviously don’t take any care in checking pieces before they are dry cleaned. How on earth can a pen just get into the laundry bag and be overlooked?!

Genuinely takes care of you with good pricing and good turn around. They are my go to place and would recommend them to anyone
