Papa Murphy’s

Today I was calling papa Murphy’s and phone was disconnected. My husband looked on line and found out that today the business is closed. We enjoyed their pizza so much, place always so clean and everyone very polite. I am so sad and disappointed that this community doesn’t support more diverse resturants. So so bumped :(

The number has been disconnected. They have closed their doors for good proving once again this area doesnt support any culinary uniqueness

Came in just to get my sons individual pizza award and they were super friendly and talked to him like he was a little chef telling him how to cook it and make it, which made him very happy.
Then I saw they had big deserts like a smores pizza for very cheap so I bought that and some cheesy bread. Cheaper for both :)
Very friendly to me and my wife and kept telling my son congrats on his lil school award.
Will definitely come back to this place and try there pizza.

I love love love the take n bake pizza from Papa Murphy’s.
Favorites are the Chicago deep dish, garlic steak, Hawaiian and a thin crust pepperoni. Everything is pretty awesome considering I’ve tried about 75% of their pizzas.
Make sure to try the sweet cinnamon pizza.

I am extremely satisfied with my Pizza from Papa Murphys. I came in expecting something similar to Sbarros, however I found this to be so unique and great tasting. They make fresh pizzas with quality ingredients and you take and bake at home! Best of all when I baked my Barbecue Chicken Pizza it was not greasy at all and tasted so wonderful. I Love how they use fresh ingredients and make it in front of you. I definitely will be coming back, especially when I have family parties and have the convince of ordering these wonderful pizzas. I would like to add the people are so nice and explain how most pizzas are greasy because they use cheese with oil by-​product but here they use all natural cheese and organic meats and excellent quality vegetables.

I had an amazing time here. The workers were very friendly and fun. Daniel had excellent customer service. He even allowed my son to help make our pizza. If u have young kids and want something new or friendly service give them a chance. The two guys work were also easy on the eyes.. Wink wink single ladies

Great pizza!!! Really generous with toppings and tastes great. What really keeps me coming back to this location is the service from the woman who runs this location to the rest of her staff. Really friendly and really believe in their product. We will continue to come back.

Fantastic pizza! I was shocked when I saw how generous they were while loading up the toppings.
It was my first time dealing with the PM concept, and the staff was patient and super friendly.
The pizza was truly delicious, and everyone in my family (from kiddo to adult) loved their pie.
The price was surprisingly affordable, too.

I’ve never tried this location since they’ve opened up.
I finally tried it this evening for the first time. Everything was wonderful. The customer service. The amount of time I spent ordering and paying.
And the strangest thing happened tonight. I left my wallet there. And I never leave my wallet anywhere. Hours later they brought it back to my home in person. I couldn’t believe it at first. Thank you so much. You all are truly amazing and now have made me a returning customer.

After my 3^rd time ordering from this location, I feel compelled to write a review. Not only are the pizzas really good (and this is coming from someone that is never really satisfied with pizza out of my own oven) but the customer service has been truly outstanding!
The first time I ordered, I spoke with Judy and got off the phone with a smile. I have young children she could hear in the background and she let me know that if for some reason I couldn’t get out of the car to pickup my order (as sometimes happens with little ones), to just call the store and someone would bring my order out to me. That type of consideration goes a long way!
The next couple times I called in were equally as pleasant, my pizzas were ready at the time I chose, and to top it off, 2 pizzas were less expensive than one pizza at some other pizza chains (roundtable I’m talking to you).
Papa Murphy’s whole package has won me over! I try to tell everyone how wonderful this little pizza place on Whittier Blvd really is.

Ugh! The Papa Murphy’s by my house closed! Booooooo! I was sooooo sad when it did because they JUST started offering gluten-​free crust! Wah! But I am still THAT devoted to Papa’s Favorite that I will stop by here when I am in the area and grab one. I LOVE how all the locations keep it consistent and the pizzas always come out loaded with toppings.

It seems this place has and will continue to see a lot more of me. I tried Papa Murphys a couple months back for the first time and really enjoyed it, but it wasn’t that meaty overload pizza that I normally would crave then. My go-​to pizza place is Pizzamania. Now that I have been on this Paleo life this is a nice change.
This pizza place is different from the rest because you pick up fresh pizza that you cook in your oven at home. It takes around 10 minutes to cook depending on the crust you choose, so dinner is still ready fast!
You can call your order in advance so when you get there it is ready to go. Or when you get there you order the toppings you want. They have my favorite crust which would be the gluten-​free crust. This only comes in a medium but it delicious! You can’t even tell the difference and it is healthier. They have large and family size as well. They have many options for how you want your crust.
There is a $ 2 off coupon with check in. They will provide you with a stamp card so with your 10^th stamp you get a free pizza.
Service is so friendly here, I love coming here. They are young workers but with a great attitude! Hard to find these days!

This was the first time my boyfriend and I have been to papa murphy’s and we absolutely loved it, From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. The employees were AMAZING and soooo helpful! Judy made us our pizza and even kindly let us know to sign up for their text club and we received a free order of cheese bread. She was so informative and even gave us extra coupons, which I love. We ordered the 5 meat stuffed pizza and have never had anything like it! I love how convenient this place is; we can bake the pizza on our time and make sure we have the freshest pizza possible. We will definitely be back real soon!

Seriously some of the best pizza we’ve ever had! Ingredients are fresh, dough is so good and the best part is their service, the nicest people i’ve ever met! I really appreciate the care they have for their customers, definately one of the reasons we keep coming back, besides the fact their pizza us delicious and a lot healthier than other places! Top notch service, super fresh ingredients, decent parking. can’t ask for more. There’s something for everyone-​I recommend pan style pepperoni for the kids, the cowboy for meat lovers, and the herb chicken Mediterranean delite for the thin crust pizza option. Like others mentioned, take advantage of coupons, local school discount card offers. It’s great to have this quality business in town.

My family and I love this place! This is our go to for pizza! The flavors are delicious and the pizza crust is amazing.
My favorite part about them… the employees. 100% of the time we go there the employee is always polite, smiling, and kind. My mother went to pick up 2 pizzas the other day and she started to feel really weak. Their employee carried both pizzas out to my mother’s car, then without hesitating, went back inside to get her water. Knowing this pizza shop not only cares about feeding us, but also about people’s well being, made me a customer for life!

Had The Cowboy with artichokes, pure awesomeness!
Cooked it at 425 for 15 minutes and the crust was golden brown and crunchy.
Definitely worth the money and you won’t be disappointed!
My lil one had a mini Murphy pizza and she loved it, pretty awesome they give the kids a lot and they can make it themselves.

Papa Murphy’s, I have missed you, my friend.
When my husband & I lived in New Mexico, we frequented Papa Murphy’s fairly often. We moved to the L.A. area 2 ½ years ago. We were stoked when we recently found out that there is one in Whittier.
This take ‘n’ bake pizza place has a lot going on for itself… Clean location. Friendly, efficient employees. Grade A from Health Dept. Check in offer of $ 2 off any regularly priced pizza as of 8÷22÷14.
It’s not delivery. It’s not a sit-​down environment. I don’t think Papa Murphy’s even sells drinks… But I like to customize my delite (thin crust) even more when I get home by adding chopped up veggies or bacon, depending on what I get. I also like baking my pies to my liking as does my husband.
I recommend the Herb Chicken Mediterranean delite (olive oil and garlic sauce, mozzarella, chicken, spinach, sun-​dried tomatoes, feta and zesty herbs), but there are other signature delite pizzas. The delites are only offered as either large or family (extra large) size.
Next time, I plan to try the new delite Angus Steak & Roasted Garlic pizza.

This place did not disappoint. I have been here 3 times and each time the staff has been extremely pleasant and helpful. Can’t say enough good things.
I have to say it was a little weird the first time bringing an uncooked pizza home and cooking ourselves but it’s so good and fresh. It’s hard to go back to anything else. They also have good Tuesday deals and discounts and promotions that make it a good bargain.

Wow! This place makes great pizza!!! We went there for the first time to pick up a pie on our way home. The place was super clean and the ingredients looked super fresh. We went home, baked it and it came out super good! We got their cookie dough as well and the cookies came out great too.
I was really impressed with the taste and the fact that the cheese was not greasy. It was perfect. I was also impressed by how clean it was inside the store. We’ll be coming back for more. I want to try the Cowboy pie next time.
