Starbucks

I sat in front of the bar and they never called my name. My drink had been waiting there for me to figure out that it was ready. Why do they even ask for my name?

I’m only giving this place 5 starts because of Steven, every time I make a phone order and he is in my order is always ready on time. I’m always rushing to work and I expect my drink to be ready if I order with time since I’m always right on time with my schedule. STEVEN THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK!!! When Steven is not there my phone order is NEVER READYYYYY EVER n I order 7 – 10 min before I show up its sooooo annoying!!!

This Starbucks is my absolute favorite. I drive a little out of my way before work just to come to this location. Friendly staff who get to know you and drinks are on point.

So disappointed in this Starbucks. Not only was the barista rude but they didn’t even fill my macchiato all the way. It literally looked as if it had been sipped on twice. I pay $ 5 for this drink, I expect to get my money’s worth. I normally wouldn’t complain about something like this but this wasn’t acceptable

Shout out to Alice! She was so adorable! Such a sweet girl. We have a pretty big order and she literally was so patient with us. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Came today while getting a car stereo down the street. No one was in this place so no waiting. Loved that, nothing like our Starbucks in the valley. Got the spicy chicken wraps and a chai iced tea with soy milk. Service was decent. Small spot in a strip mall.

Awesome service definitely would go back!!! Close to home walking distance!!! Green Tea Frappuccino soy milk with whip cream! Venti please!!!

I’m a regular at Starbucks and never had much issues at any chain except for about 10% of the locations and unfortunately this is one of them.
Was meeting a friend here and we had to wait for open seats as seating is very limited. There were only 3 – 4 people tables, only 3 – 3 single seating, and 2 – 2 party seating’s. Horrible. (Minus 1-​star)
There were 2 people ahead of me and i had to wait almost 15−20min for my drink. Service was a bit slow and its not like the people in front of me ordered a lot either. I wanted to give them benefit of doubt there were only 2 employees working at that time (one cashier and one barista). Aside from slow service, customer service wasn’t the greatest here either. My caramel macchiato looked as if it was missing a shot of espresso because the color was very light and i didn’t taste much coffee in it. Asked the barista if he can fix it and rather than fix it like other chains, he simply stated «I put 2 shots in there like all the other ones.» and that was that. When I went for a refill, the cashier was a bit rude too. She messed up on giving me vanilla instead of caramel flavoring to my iced coffee but I kept it as I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. I did however asked for some water on the side and I had never experience a barista who swings a cup towards me rather than placing it close to me. I’m not trying to be anal about it but the gesture was not necessary as it gives customers a wrong expression sometimes. Basically, both employee had a stuck up kind of attitude in my opinion.
Was going to add more milk to my iced coffee from the condiment area and like many other Starbucks would have 3 different jugs of skim milk, 2% milk and half and half. Here, not only did they only have the half and half but it was empty. (minus 1-​star)
Bottom line, either they need to staff more people to cover the place or they need better management.

Took a quick break from work and grabbed a snack at this Starbucks. The staff here are friendly. I had a chat with the pretty lady who took my order today while she took a quick break though she got my name wrong on the cup but its all good. Too bad I never got to get her name too. Guess I’m coming back =)

Great drinks, I love this place, I would rather drive down here to buy a Starbucks then the one closest to me, because this one simply knows how to make great quality beverages, friendly staff, just a great place overall. This Starbucks will definatley see more of me in the near future. Keep doing a good job! The baristas here are focused and all get the job done right, I admire that. Thanks for making lovely drinks!

This Starbucks from the outside looks bad, dark and dirty windows. Interior is ok, large open area but minimal seating. In a small strip mall near Home Depot and industrial area. I would only come here if it was convenient. This is not a destination Starbucks. 8÷5÷2015

Today I decided to place my order on the mobile app so I wouldn’t have to wait when I arrived to the location. I walk in n I see no drink on the counter, I ask the cashier if my order way ready n she replies «are u sure u chose the right location» ummm yes I’m pretty sure she looks at a printed ticket n totally forgot about my order it was already almost 10 minutes of time being wasted. It doesn’t end there the female making my drink calls out my name n it’s not the drink I ordered! I was already irritated! That’s what tickets are for, review them stick them on the cup n make the right drink! Very unsatisfied. No plans on coming back to this Starbucks.

Come here all the time! Close to home and always satisfying! Workers are friendly! It gets busy at times but definitely worth a bit of wait, they try to work as fast as possibly and get the drinks done right!

Starbucks is Starbucks, so three stars overall is ok as a chain for the coffee they serve. More so, this one has friendly staff and made my latte fine. The place is large and clean, chairs aren’t very comfy.
It seems that many commuters drop in for morning coffee, but there is no drive-​thru.
I would give staff 5 stars.

If you’re in a rush, you’re going to be late for work. They take forever and get your order wrong. Just go to another one and don’t waste your time please. I’ve never been to a Starbucks like this one. It’s so many people working yet nothing gets done.

I love coffee so needless to say I frequent many different Starbucks in different areas of the city and I usually don’t have negative things to say about most Starbucks, but this Starbucks although big and with lots of space was not ideal for me as it was not clean, the tables looked as if they had not been wiped down for hours and the trash cans looked as they had not been emptied. The service was good and the baristas were very friendly, but part of the Starbucks experience is to be able to come into a clean store where you can enjoy your drink, luckily my coffee was to go but I would seriously recommend this store to clean every so often to make the visit more enjoyable.

Horrible customer service! I was there this morning around 7:10am, there were 4 employees standing around chit chatting behind the counter and did not acknowledge me for a few minutes; I was the only customer there! I finally was able to place my order but was given attitude from the cashier. When I got my coffee, they had given me a different drink so they had to remake it, again I was the only customer in the store and they still didn’t get my order right. When I finally got the correct drink and asked for a sleeve, the barista just threw the sleeve on to of my cup. I don’t think I’ll be going to this particular Starbucks anymore. Sad, because it’s conveniently located on my way to work.

I called my order in this morning to save on time waiting in line. The barista was unfriendly on the phone, but I decided it was because it was 6 AM. When I got there 20 minutes later, none of it was ready. Service was worse than the wait. I can’t understand how people actually go here on their way to work. I ended up waiting 22 minutes for a pick up order.
Coffee tasted excellent, but boo on the service.

Nice and clean. I stopped here for a quick business meet up and as always, Starbucks staff was friendly and there were a few spots for meeting. It’s a little small but it did the job.

It’s like my cheers here only no one knows my name. It can get crowded during the week do to the hospital
Across the way but still provides quick service. This place has been my class room for the passed 3 years, thank you for your service
