I went for the first time and was so disappointed! I went for a pedicure and polish change on my nails. They misled me about their prices. They were vague and not clear about their services. After I was charged for services(I thought were included) and paid my manicurist, without arguing about being overcharged to begin with. She then informed me that she didn’t charge me for my manicure! Never will I be back again… ever!!!

They will take advantage of you anyway they can! I sent a friend here who is visiting from Colombia to get her nails done because it was downtown and the prices seemed appropriate. I even called in advance to check on the price for a mani/pedi and was told $ 40. When she walked in, she was told the cost was $ 58, so she opted for just a pedi, which she was told cost $ 38. The list price, which she learned after paying, is actually $ 28. Then, when she was asked to pay and provided her credit card, she was told by her technician«and something for me?» Are you serious? You are going to ask for a tip?! My friend was of course prepared to leave a tip, although after that experience, who would want to. I can’t think of any reason that they would have taken advantage of her other than seeing that she was clearly not American and didn’t speak perfect English(ah, the irony!) I will be sure to tell everyone I know that this is a salon to avoid. I hope these women are ashamed of themselves!

DONOTGOHERE!!! I have tried this place twice now because it’s near my house but shame on me for not learning my lesson the first time. The first time I got a spa shellac manicure and walked out with shellac all on my cuticles and on the skin of fingertips. Sunny was my manicurist and while she was a nice lady, her skills were subpar with short rapid strokes while polishing instead of long steady strokes. Today, I went there for eyelash extensions. HUGEMISTAKE. Annie, who again is a nice person, was completely inept. She put one lash extension for every 6 or 7 lashes which looked completely unnatural and frankly, crazy. There was a ton of glue and she kept saying how good it looked. I have an appt at Nash’s lashes for tomorrow to get these horrible lashes taken off. Good thing I wear glasses or else I would have had to go buy some glasses to cover up this atrocity. When I complained everyone there all of a sudden no longer understood or spoke English and they kept asking me if I was going to pay tip in cash or on my card. HERE’S A TIP: GET A REALAESTHETICIANWHODOESLASHESORDONTOFFERTHESERVICEANDTRAINYOURNAILTECHSTOPOLISHNAILSPROPERLY. Message me if you want to see a picture of my botched eyelash extensions. By the way, I’ve had extensions done at least 5 times before this so I know how they are supposed to look. I just moved to westport so I didn’t know to stay away from True Grace.

My favorite salon!!! All brand new, and very well decorated, they play nice and relaxing music. It’s quiet and pleasant. I go for a gel manicure for $ 35, the best I’ve bad! Lasts for sometimes 3 weeks. Awesome. Highly Recommend!!!

WOW! I bought a groupon for massages for myself, mom & sister. We had an amazing experience! Mom traded hers in for a facial and said it was wonderful – her skin felt great afterwards. Sis & I had a 1 hr massage in the same room(couples style – a little silly but we’re close so it was fun). We both almost fell asleep on the table! All of us got manis and pedis and were very happy. I got shellac that turned out great(though cut a bit short, I wish I’d spoken up ahead of time). All in all a great experience. They’re running a deal for $ 100 coupons when you stop by the store(massage + facial + mani & pedi). We’re all going back over the holidays! Definitely a great little local spa! **One note: They didn’t seem to have our massages on the books, even though we made appointments ahead of time. They found someone quickly for us, but it made me nervous that they weren’t keeping their books well organized. Make sure they have your res in the books before you show up.

I think you guys go to the wrong place! I went to the True Grace Nail&Spa but it located at 11 Burtis Ave, New Canaan. The staffs there are very nice. Especially the manager Sarah, she is really sweet, and did great job on facial. The regular pedicure is amazing worthy, it includ cream foot massage and hot stone. Manicure with free paraffin. Everything’s price is reasonable. I like there a lot! I ‘ll be there soon again!

Wife had a pedicure and loved the massage during it, I could tell by her face. I had a shoulder massage and it was the best I ever had. Nothing fancy about this place, the people where nice and I would go back. Again, nothing fancy, did the job and the shoulder massage was amazing.
