Honestly AMAZING! I have been searching for a colorist for years, and no one seemed to get me or the style/color I was trying to achieve. After many failed attempts by many colorists, I decided to give Artistex a try in my last hope for shiny blonde hair.
Jaime has been incredible and is by far one of the best colorists I have ever been to. She was able to take my dull and brassy hair and transform me back to my original desired light blonde color. I feel absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants personalized color and staff who listen and accommodate you. 5 stars definitely, can’t wait for my next appointment.

I went in for a mani/pedi today. The salon had sent a mailer to use for a good price on the combo. Even though the promotion was for a Mon-Thursday, they honored it, which was nice. Nicole was lovely and pleasant and picked nice colors for me. When I paid, they offered to re-book at the same promotional price, which was very nice of them. I will be back for the solitude of a mani/pedi!

Love this little spot. It’s very cozy and Odette and her staff are super friendly, accommodating and casual. Jaime, my stylist, does such a great job maintaining my «over 2-feet» über long hair (cutting, styling, conditioning, etc). People always ask if its real… IT IS, thanks to Jaime!

I bought the Unilocal deal to this place & glad I did! The staff is friendly & cheery which is nice because other places make me feel like I’m bothering them even though I’m the customer. I had my hair done by Dana, she was wonderful from start to finish. She definitely had her work cut out for her since my hair was on the damaged side & long. I got an amino acid treatment & my hair looked phenomenal when I left. It’s been 4 days since I went & it still looks great… thanks Dana!

I love this place! The entire staff really was friendly and inviting. I was immediately made to feel welcome and the atmosphere was really relaxing (which is exactly what I needed) My hair has been in such a nightmare, and I really needed some help. The stylists walk me through some options and we found the one that was best for me. I could not be happier with the highlights and glaze, not to mention an amazing style… Now my hair fabulous and I feel great. I know where I will be going from now on. Artistex is the place to be!

Not happy!!! Got there express keratin and it did nothing. Called and was told they do not guarantee their service even though it says so on line and they told me that in person. A far as I’m concerned I will or nit go there again. Would have been better off throwing my money out the window.

After buying a Groupon for a mani/pedi, I walked in to Artistex Salon excited to be pampered and left in a snit. The receptionist couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful. I asked if I could get the pedi today and the mani another day since I don’t need a mani right now, to which she replied no, that that was not possible. I looked at her and asked why? Couldn’t she just cross off pedi and then I would bring the certificate in again when I was ready for the mani? «No, you have to get them together.» Ok… Then she informed me, with attitude, that the manicurist wasn’t even in yet. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, I am not looking forward to going back there to get my mani/pedi *at the same time!* before my Groupon expires.

i purchased a special from Groupon for a spa mani & pedi.
i went and must say it was one of the worse manicure & pedicure i ever got. the area where the service was rendered had used polish remover pads on the table, they had no disinfecting machine (i did ask). the girl was nice but wasn’t good at her profession. the chair where one sits during the pedicure was poorly designed, i had to sit at the edge of the seat in order to reach the front (i’m 5’6 and my legs aren’t short)
sorry to say my experience was less than expeted.
i was hoping this will be a place i can have my monthly pedicure since the woman that did that in another place moved.
