Sheila is an amazing stylist. If you aren’t sure what you want, she helps guide you into a style that you will not only feel comfortable in, but you will also love. She also makes sure that whatever you decide, that your hair stays healthy and shiny looking. The service is amazing. Appointments always run on time, you are offered a beverage and reading material when you enter. I also appreciate that the salon is extremely clean and doesn’t have the strong chemical odors that other salons I’ve been to have. My son and daughter are also clients of Sheila. They enjoying talking with her and are always happy with their cuts. I highly recommend Aztig Salon and Sheila.

Camilla gave me a great haircut! Sides buzzed to a one and then faded into the top which I keep longer. One of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are affordable.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. I am extremely picky with who touches my hair and how my hair is cut. As much as I want to keep Mitchell a secret all for myself I have to give him a shout out. Mitchell was the man!
He took the time to first ask me about my hair. What I thought was most important was his genuine interest in learning more about who I was and how my hair is a reflection of me. Most importantly, he wanted to see how my hair was naturally to best cut my hair for future styling on my own time.
End results: I am so happy I gave this place a chance. I have not liked my previous hair cuts at other salons in a long time and I know it’s because I did not have Mitchell as my hair dresser.
If you want someone who is honest, considerate of your thoughts, and actually listens to you, he is the guy to go to. For the first time in a long time, I am looking forward to getting my hair cut again. He made me feel so good about myself and my hair — thanks Mitchell!!! :)

I found this salon through its reviews on Unilocal.I have curly hair and have had a really hard time finding someone who knows how to cut it the right way. Sheila is certified in the Deva curl hair cutting technique, and does it show! My hair looked good even before it was styled. The entire staff is nice and friendly, & I felt immediately comfortable as a first time guest. I will definitely be coming back!

Kamilah did a great job with bringing out my curls! As she did the DevaCurl style, she explained each product and how to use it, so that if I bought the products myself I can do it at home. However, she did such a great job that I’d rather go to her to get it done! :)

Long story short — I tried to dye my brown with blond highlights hair auburn myself (with a box… at home). It was a disaster. I found Aztig on Unilocal with a bonus coupon and they accommodated me with Kamilah the next day! SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB! My hair is now a gorgeous dark cherry/​auburn with bayalage highlights and it’s absolutely beautiful. The picture I posted on Facebook has gotten more than 100 likes — everyone has given me so many compliments! On top of everything, the salon is so convenient to my house in Weston, and they offer wine, coffee, soda — anything to make you more comfortable. I can’t find words to explain how grateful I am. I found this salon through Unilocal and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Moved to the US recently, I’m very picky and I had my personal stylist for years; I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find a new one.
And I found Michel!!! T.G.I found him!!! He has an impressive resume, he’s absolutely nice, we talked about what I wanted and he got it right away. I let him do his own creation and the result was just perfect!
I will definitely come back and I absolutely recommend it.
Oh! And the place is very nice, clean and well decorated.

I live in Pembroke Pines and someone told me about this salon, and. Mitchell did my hair he was over the top. He takes the time to talk to you about you and your hair style and recommend color cut etc… I walk out feeling awesome about my hair he is amazing. I have received so many positive comments about my hair from friends and family. i highly recommend him and this great salon!

I’ve been in search for a new salon for a while now, and I definitely found a keeper with Aztig. The place looks nice and clean inside, Camile was very professional and friendly, and the prices weren’t over-​the-​top expensive. I left loving my hair, so I will definitely be coming back.

I would have given it a full five stars but making the appointment wasn’t as easy as it should have been. I clicked the button to make an appointment online but didn’t receive a response after a couple of days, so I called. The fellow said nothing was available. Oh well. Then over a week later I get a call in response to my online appointment request… They were able to take me. I don’t know if a spot came up or it was a mixup or what.
But Sheila was GREAT. I got airbrush makeup done for an event. She was professional and confident — which is what I want when trusting my look to someone else. She was very sweet and did a great job. I will definitely return for that service… If I am able to book the appointment. ;)

My daughter and I had been wanting to try this salon for a while. They are the only salon in town that we know of that offers a Devacut. Devacut is a special hair cut for curly haired people that want the right volume in their hair without making their head look like a triangle. The haircut is a little pricey but well worth it! We finally took the plunge this week. My daughter went two days before me (she was my guinea pig, lol). Her hair looked fabulous when she got home and she kept raving about the treatment she received at the salon, especially from the owner, Sheila. On my visit yesterday I encountered the same. The front desk girl, Arianna was very professional and pleasant. She offered me an assortment of drinks ranging from coffee, tea, soft drinks to wine. The owner was also very attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed my interaction with her and her knowledge about dealing with curly hair. She actually educated me on proper or better techniques to dealing with my hair. I am 45 years old. I wish I had this information at a much younger age! Oh well, c’est la vie! The actual location of the salon is rather obscure. But once you find it and enter it seems bigger than you expect from the outside. The decoration in the salon is very nice with a modern contemporary feel. I love the color scheme and the ambience it exudes. I was so happy with their services that I booked an appointment for my son and my self for this Wednesday. He would like to smooth out his curls with a technique they have called urban smooth and I would like to add some highlights to my locks in a treatment called ballyage (sp?). I have seen their pictures of this service and they do beautiful work! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, competent, and friendly salon.

Located adjacent to Weston town center in a very quiet plaza with a dry cleaner and a Chinese buffet this salon is aesthetically pleasing and the staff is so wonderful.
What I love about this salon is the layout & décor. It’s a very relaxing ambiance, especially since complimentary wine is offered.
So I decided to get a DevaCut with Sheila and I was hesitant because of the price. Believe me when I tell you it is worth it and more. The DevaCut is one of a kind experience and for all you curly mane’d girls out there — you should try the DevaCut at least once. I love all of my DevaCurl products and now that I have experienced a DevaCut I will never go back to my old salon. Our curls need to be embraced, ladies!
Sheila is not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things curly, she is SO friendly. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and even provided me with tips and pointers on how to keep my curls bouncy and hydrated. Thank you, Sheila!
This salon is one of the best salons I have been to and Sheila is the best stylist Ive experienced. I would recommend this salon for women with all types of hair. If they can handle my hair then they can handle any type! Check them out!

Gotta upgrade my last review to 5 stars. Everything I said previously still stands, but they only charge the deposit for the first visit so you don’t have to provide CC info for visits after the first. I got another DevaCut and Sheila did it once again. My curls are nice and bouncy and the experience was relaxing as well (complimentary mimosas on Saturday? Yes, please). Although I wish the cut was a little cheaper as $ 83 is pricy just for a haircut, it’s definitely worth it! I’ve wasted so much money trying to find a salon that can handle thick, curly hair and I’m glad I’ve finally found one. I highly recommend Sheila and Aztig if you need a good cut and style, especially for curly girls.

Update! After sitting in the chair for a while, Sheila, the owner came to blow dry my hair! I expressed my disappointment and she was so great! She fixed my bangs to make them look more like I wanted originally and she asked me «what could we do to make this right?» It made me feel good that she cared. When I went to pay, she had given me a discount to make up for what had happened. Thank you Sheila! I can’t wait for my next haircut with you at Aztig!

I could tell that my experience was not of the ordinary and both he and Sheila went above and beyond! It’s nice to know how important great service is to them and I look forward to going back!

What a gem of a salon! Sheila is absolutely fantastic and knows how to work wonders with curly hair. The Deva cut was just what I needed to bring my hair back to life. Sheila showed me several tricks to tame my mane to avoid fuzz ball moments. For us curlicues, managing our curls can be life changing, LOL. I have been to several upscale salons and believe Aztig’s pricing is comparable. It is well worth it. Sheila & her staff are top notch. Sit back, relax, and trust your hair to a solid professional. I enjoyed two mimosas while under the dryer and it was pure bliss. This salon has an awesome referral system and discounts when booking future appointments. What more could you ask for?!

Thank you, Unilocal!I found a coupon for this salon on Unilocal and I’m so glad I used it. The staff was friendly & accommodating. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in almost immediately. I got a totally new hairstyle that included cut, partial highlights, wash & blow dry. I really liked my final results and have already received compliments from friends & family. If you are in Weston (or near) I suggest you check them out. Sundy was my stylist, but the others seemed good too, from the final results I saw.

I came here to get my hair and makeup done for my prom after reading the amazing reviews on Unilocal.Sheila is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and my hair and makeup came out perfect! I was so happy with the results! When I showed people pictures they couldn’t even recognize me! Even after the long night my hair and makeup was still perfectly in tact. I’ve been coming here for YEARS. I love Sheila and Co. They are great, warm, and very personable. They really make you feel like home.
But you’re here for the haircut right? Sheila does a fantastic job, and I see plenty of other people with the other stylists. Whether I want a more rockstar edgy look, a bold winter look, or right now my summer toned down look. Sheila always knows how to achieve what I want! I tried other places since the salon is little far and the price is a little high, but I always wound up back here. Little touches such as beverages, head massage, and great quality products really set it apart from other places.
The Unilocal deal is awesome, and they keep track of your deal in the computer. The salon is kept tidy as all salons should be!
