Horrible!!! Service is not bad they are very friendly but you will learn they are all LIARS!!!
I was told by Patricia 2 weeks ago that my refund had been done, i waited and waited and noone called me back and no refund so i called 2 days ago and finally the owner Vicky called me today to ask me what refund I was talking about lol so Patricia lied to me for about 3 weeks about a refund that was never done.
The refund was due to horrible haircut I received from Ana. A lady whos not a master but says she is. Even the owner says shes not but Ana will look you in the eyes and say yes I am.
She cut my hair and Ive never seen my hair look soooo bad in my life so I had to go back to have Yvelisse fix it. Yvelisse happens to be good but this place is just full of liars and bad stylists.
They can keep the $ 45 seems like they really need it and I wont be going back.
Been going there for yrs on and off because of this but after last time and seeing my hair that bad I wont go back for damn sure.

I had a wonderful experience it was bought by my husband as a package gift set for our Anniversary in March. Lol I finally got to use it! Now it’s my Birthday in May I told him you can buy me the exact same gift l. Lol. I had Christina Jackson do my 1 hour AMAZING facial. I recommend her to anyone who not only wants a 1 hr. Amazing facial but who is generally a great person. Very gentle yet very kind. She absolutely knows her work. I was amazed and extremely pleased. I’m ready to book my next facial and did I mention she also does massage. She has a very knowledgeable amount of wisdom on both facials and massage. I did have a very relaxing anti-​stress w/​hot stone massage with Renee also who was very knowledgeable with her profession. She was very attentive and had great hands. She also was very personable. They both made me feel so comfortable. I recommend a five star rating to anyone who wants the experience I did. This place is truly amazing you won’t regret it. I never have.

From the moment I came in I was taken cared of right away. Mercy was my aesthetician and masseuse. She was absolutely wonderful. She educated me through my facial process. She got to know me and I got to know her and she was a wonderful pleasure to be with. I was super relaxed and felt very pampered. My check out experience with Josette was amazing. She took her time with me to explain some questions I asked her and never felt rushed to go out the door. I had overall a delightful and blissful day. Thank you ladies!

AwFul service. people at front just chitchat with other clients even though I had been waiting for my appointment for over 15 minutes. The lady was still with another client 10 minutes into my appointment. So I just left. I have lived lin many cities and visited many spas. Still searching for «the one» here in Florida – my new home – seems like a lot of customer service is lacking in a lot of places here unfortunately. :-(next time clearly indicate to me that the lady is running late and give an indicator of how long. All they said when I asked 10 minutes into my own appointment was that «oh she’s still with the previous client».

I was looking for a hair salon just to do a blow dry. Everyone was very nice and I was taken to get a hair wash almost immediate (as a walk in) which is pretty good. The lady was really nice. I wanted to get a trim as well, but she didn’t have enough time to do both so I decided for just a blow dry. The blow dry came out really nice. It’s a lot softer than it was before. The products are pricey but seem to be good quality. I did my hair with Miriam she was very nice and told me what I should do and use for my dry hair. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it did feel a little impersonal. They don’t really take the time to KNOW you. But other than that. I liked it.

Renee is amazing, her massages are one of the best I have ever had. I love her and this spa. Staff is all very friendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

the hair cut was good but the after costumer service not. Another customer took my very special umbrella. After 2 months I am still waiting for a response about when I will get it back. They just don’t care about costumers.

Toni is a wonderful stylist! I relax the instant she starts a scalp massage before washing my hair. My cut has never been better!

The worst one that I have been. The barber is terrible, and her service is so bad. I tell her cut a little bit my hair, but my hair is empty later. The price is so expensive. I feel so mad!

Went for a mani (shellac) the tech was in the rush to finish. Didn’t double check if the nails were all done like I asked. I told her in the beginning that I like the whole nail to b covered/​painted. After I left the salon there were nails where I could see the 2^nd coat barely covering the 1^st one. Will not b back for another mani that lasted a week. Will attached pics for sure.

After bad experiences at OTHER salons I’ve been hesitant to try anything dramatic with my hair. A friend recommended Applewoods about a year ago and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. My mother and I have become loyal customers. The service and the attitude of everyone working there is outstanding; they truly work as a team. Yesterday I was in having a complete transformation and I could not be happier. Evelyn is AMAZING!!! She listens and makes suggestions and makes sure you’re more than satisfied with the end result. She is incredibly talented and knows exactly what she’s doing!

Its been awhile since my first review of Applewoods Aveda Salon. I thought possibly time to freshen it up and share some of my thoughts and thoughts of my two kids who also go here.
I’ve been a regular for over eight years now. I regularly have mani/​pedi done and am always happy to go here. Claudia T. or Fabiana are great for mani/​pedi. They take great pride in all the little details and are so professional to me. I am alsways offered tea water or coffee when I arrive which is lovely. The area that they work in has changed in design a bit over the years. My thought is that the owners should refresh some of their equipment… neck towels, lights to name a few. Just to freshen it up. Also, the Spa area does need to be dusted and freshened up just a bit by the cleaning staff. The bohemian feel with pillows, candles and incense is fantastic but they need cleaned. The foot salt scrub being used isn’t an Aveda product. Perhaps using the actual Aveda scrub would sell more product… just a suggestion. On one visit recently they had no hot water working. Although this hadn’t happened ever before the staff at the desk did not offer any discount for the inconvenience. These things I mention are minor but are very important to longstanding customers and those who can see things from a different light while having the services done. Salon owners take notice of these suggestions for the staff.
I recently had a facial performed by Claudia G. She was so lovely, professional and did such a great job that I most certainly will be having more facials there. She offered the Green Sciences facial and suggested the products that she felt I might need in the future. The Spa treatment room was perfectly lit, clean and the music not too loud. You need to schedule services with the three of these women for sure.
All in all of course I enjoy going to Applewoods Salon, its location, and everyone really is hard working. We are blessed to have them in our area. Don’t forget that theres a Starbucks and Cheescourse restauarant in Weston Town Center as well for before or after your appointment.

Applewoods Aveda Salon is great, I have been coming here for many years and never have I left disappointed. I have gotten my hair done, gotten massages, you name it, it has been great. The staff is friendly and the salon has a great atmosphere that will have you feeling relaxed and happy.
One of my favorite places in Weston, i recommend it to everyone!

Never will I go back… Went in for a anti stress massage… when the therapist took me to the room told me to get in the massage bed she was setting up for a facial. I told her I was in for a massage (extremely in prepared). That already ticked me off! When I’m suppose to be there to relax! As she’s doing my massage on my back she is going in pretty hard (painful some) and she says to me «and you asked for a regular massage and I’m giving you a deep tissue».
1. I didn’t ask you for a deep tissue (so that’s on you)
2. She decided to finish massage 15 minutes early 3. I walk out to pay and she says to me I had to charge you the deep tissue bc you were really tense!
I’m not gonna argue with her for $ 20… So I left I tipped her and I will never go back!

Idalia is the best for facials, massages, etc. I never feel uncomfortable or feel like she’s trying to make me buy extra items. She might suggest products but never outside my price range and she never pushes. as long as she’s at applewoods I’ll continue to return.

I went in for the bliss massage/​facial, and I left feeling peeved instead of relaxed. I paid $ 98 for a service I was very unsatisfied with. I was told that I received my massage by a graduate of aveda spa therefore done exactly by the book, meaning the fault lies on the companies. How can you call it a massage if you skip the most important part for me, my feet, since I’m on them all day and mentioned that to her! Last time I was there it was a great/​normal relaxing massage with a facial and this time the only thing that was acceptable was the facial but the massage was just plain bad. Not to mention the woman was talking during my entire massage, how is that supposed to be relaxing.

I got a facial, massage, and mani pedi yesterday and enjoyed each experience immensely. My experience exceeded expectations and the staff were professional and warm and honestly funny too. I had a great time there and would highly recommend the salon to my friends!

Love the services but it’s so uncomfortable when you don’t understand Spanish. The staff speak loudly all the time. Not a peaceful spa experience

Best spa experience I’ve had in a very long time.
I wanted to get my wax and nails done before my trip so I booked Applewoods because I’ve heard a lot of good things about it.
I started with nails. The nail technician massaged my feet with a scrub that smelled amazing and actually massaged me for a while which was a very pleasant surprise. She even warmed up a neck pillow and placed it on me. I really liked the fact that there were no chemical smells or annoying chatter. The lights were dimmed and the music relaxing. Very happy with the end product, she used a vinylux nail polish which looks great! She Recommended it since I was going to the beach.
Next, I was sent to the wax room. The room was very clean and again super relaxing. I usually hate getting bikini waxes but the lady was really professional and I felt comfortable. She listened to my every request. I asked her about my skin since she mentioned she was a facialist too. She was so nice and knowledgable so when I went to pay I booked an appointment with her. Front desk personnel was nice and it wasn’t too busy because it was a tuesday.
Really happy with my experience. If you are looking for relaxation and professionalism applewoods is the place. Definitely recommend. Ill be coming back soon.
Came back and had my keratin hair treatment done today. I have had this procedure done on my hair 3 times already at other salons and it was a very different experience here. They offered me the regular keratin treatment which I had before but, i chose to go with their other option called «botox hair treatment» which has no formaldahyde. I’m really happy with the results because my hair already feels softer and less stiff than the other times I’ve had keratin done. For those of you who know what keratin smells like, there was no smell with this one! I was pretty surprised. It was a quick process and I love the fact that the stylist was careful and paid a lot of attention to detail so I felt comfortable leaving my hair in her hands. I’m excited because I’ve just found my new salon! Love it! Great energy in this place.

I started going to applewoods last year to try something new because my hair was a mess and other hair salons I tried didn’t help. A friend of mine that has been going there since they opened recommended their natural products, so I decided to give them a chance. Now I am addicted to all their amazing products and don’t get me started on their amazing spa that they have. I love having a one stop for everything I need. I take 1 day a month and get a massage my hair my nails, everything!
