Horrible! On 8÷7÷2015 I came in to get a haircut and highlights I asked for soft natural highlights. The owner Mr. Alberto Ferreira who has being in the business for over 30 years. The tells me of course we can do natural highlights. I showed Mr. Ferreira a picture of a dark brunette with soft highlights. That is not what I got. I looked like a young Justin Timberlake in the 90’s. Imagined platinum blonde against dark brown hair. Horrible he kept saying it’s beautiful you are going to love it. I hate it. He had another appointment and after 3 hours. I was exhausted! Got home and realized the horrible job this master stylist, 30 year professional and owner of a Hair Salon had done to my hair. If you look at my pictures I put on Unilocal you will see the botch work. I called and he scheduled me for 8÷11÷2015. He put a toner which softened the tone. However that doesn’t fix: the highlights start an inch from my scalp, the huge gaps of brown hair not highlighted in the back. I am an experienced client of having highlights done. Never has a job being so sloppy and botched. In order not to burn my hair I must deal with this hair for 2 months before I can go to a real color professional and get it fixed. Learn from my expensive mistake. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!

Do not buy groupon for this, I bought it for my wife. they do not respect it. they are using groupon to get their name known but they are not willing to provide services they promised on groupon. If you have groupon, they do not give appointments when you need even you call prior couple days and you do not have an option to take appointment with a particular person.

Alberto is very nice and traditional. I have been there a couple if times, but cannot give me the color that I want. In the other hand, I see other stylist there that do a better job at coloring. Also, their forms if payments are inconvenient too. For some services they only accept cash or checks.

I went here for my keratin treatment. It was a good deal ($ 250 including shampoo/​conditioner that I bought). It took a couple hours (4 – 5) but I have a lot of hair. We had to do the second half of the treatment (ironing) outside, since the smoke from the treatment is not good for the inside environment. They are not too busy and very friendly.
