To say this place is a little hard to find is an understatement. I can assure you, however, that it’s worth the effort to track it down. It’s inside a four story tan office building with blue-ish windows. It’s a bit confusing that nothing on the website indicates that they have no street frontage. Once you’ve parked, boldly enter the office building and head toward the two-story atrium in the back. The deli’s entrance is adjacent to the seating area. The layout of the deli is a bit unusual — it’s sort of zig-zaggy and laid out on a diagonal relative to the building’s floor plan. I ordered a chicken supreme sandwich from a pleasant woman who was working both the counter and food prep. I got my food within a few minutes and headed to the atrium to check it out. The chunks of chicken breast were well seasoned(though heated in a microwave — perhaps a necessary evil), and the rosemary bun was subtly flavored. The avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy. All in all, it was a very good sandwich. Truth be told, I felt a little awkward eating here, especially since I was a bit underdressed in my shorts and athletic shoes. Thankfully, I came early for lunch and the atrium was nearly empty. The Deli at 601 certainly caters to the office workers in the building rather than the community at large. Still, if you were anywhere along Pasquinelli Drive in Westmont, you might want to give it a try. I’ve eaten my share of single-vendor office building food, and this spot is better than most.

Ordered from The Deli at 601 for the first time today. The Chicken Supreme sandwich is fresh and flavorful. The lobster bisque is delicious. Delivery in less than 30 minutes. Looking forward to working my way through the menu.
