Honestly, in terms of what is ALREADY offered in Little Saigon, the phở market is difficult to get into, but I think it’s admirable for Viet Phở to try.(side note: sad to see SoCal Crawfish go!) My siblings and I stopped by for brunch, and as it was still the 3rd week, it was relatively easy going, not to busy with a few other families around. We were seated really quickly, and with menus in hand, we swathed over what we might want to try. After much thinking, we just decided to get the phở bo, and phở dac biet. Be warned, my siblings and I agreed on this, their broth has a distinct black pepper taste to it, so if you’re not use to or expecting black pepper in your broth, consider yourself no forewarned. The rare steak was decent, offering nothing much in quality, while the flank steak and other beef meats were a tad, JUST A TAD on the dry side. Other than that, the phở was decent, and filled out stomachs nicely. Probably the worst thing about this was the slow service once we were seated. It took some arm flailing and determined stares to get their attention!

I came here several times since this restaurant opened. My favorite is Phở Filet Minon, which is not a surprise since Phở is their specialty. I like the smell & the special flavor of Phở here that I can’t find at other places. It has the right flavor for me which not too strong nor too light. My husband always eat a large size of Phở every time we’re here. Nem Cuon is so yummy, better than Brodard. Other favorites are Bun Tom Thit Nuong and Com Suon Nuong, Phở Chay, Bun Bo Hue. They also have $ 2.99 kid meals very convenient for families with kids. Prices are so cheap for the good food and service compare to others. It’s spacious and I like its cleanliness. I absolutely recommended this place so try it yourself.

I decided to give this place a shot while getting my car washed. I’m always on a quest for good tasting phở. Well, sorry do disappoint, but this phở wasn’t exactly the best. However it was a decent bowl of phở. I like my phở to taste richer, like a stronger soup base, and this one was far from it. I’d encourage you to try it for yourself and I’d come back if I go back to the car wash next door(different story).

I came here on a weekday with my gf. New restaurants usually have hits and misses. Sadly, I felt that their bun bo wasn’t as good as it could be. It still beats out the other place that claims they are«SO1.» My gf had their phở which should be a specialty for them, but I tried the broth and it was very over powered with the anise star. Gf did have a bowl once before and claimed that it was much better last time. So cook needs to keep it the same. For the price, I felt like their bowls were much more smaller. Plus I didn’t get any banana leafs for my bun bo hue(a typical condiment included on the side at most places). Service was normal, nothing that bothered us. The location may be a hassle to some since parking is a bit tight. For the more elderly, there is an elevator to help you up. From time to time, if we feel lazy and not wanting to waste gas, then we might step inback in for another try. Hope they try to change a little.

They have excellent Phở Bo and Ga; Friendly and fast service. Price is quite cheap. I stop by this place every chance I get when I go to Westminster.
