Worst experience ever at a CiCi’s this evening. Place was busy which seemed promising but the employees were understaffed. Cashier was not able to take our order until after she finished with a phone call. A few minutes later we learned that the only pizzas being offered were the ones on the buffet line(is this new?). Then we were informed that to order a personal pizza it would be 10−15minutes if at all b/c they were«backed up». Again, it seemed understaffed. I was grossed out by the dirtiness of the patrons seated next to us… not at all appetizing. The last straw was going to the buffet line for dessert and being cut off by another patron who issued a smirk as he walked away. I will gladly not return to this establishment again. BTW, if you are interested in 7 ways to enjoy pepperoni, then by all means… enjoy!

We’ve been here quite few times. Cant really complain too much about cici’s The price is very reasonable and the quality of food is very acceptable. Actually we enjoy it. The wait is never too long and if you don’t see pizza to your liking you have the option to order your own personal pizza where they deliver it to your table. I know the staff probably isn’t going to get rich working here so if I do order a special pizza I try to throw them a couple of bucks for their service. Good place to go if you don’t want to wait for table service, and LOVE their cinnamon rolls. They also have a salad bar, and pasta available Buffet style atmosphere

Not my favorite place to go, but a couple of my family members like going here, so I go once in a while. It’s not as clean as I would hope for. Often there are tables with dirty dishes on them that aren’t cleaned up by the staff for at least 30 minutes or more, which sometimes limits seating options when we get there. The salad bar is not great quality and doesn’t have a very wide variety, but at least the option is there to get some sort of vegetable. There are a number of types of pizza, which also are not great quality, but are mostly edible. The cinnamon rolls are delicious, I will say that. It’s pretty inexpensive, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

My previous visits here have been ok enough for my kid to be able to get me to return, but not after today. In the past the buffet has had a rotating array of pizzas to try, today when one was gone it was replaced with the exact same thing. Boring. The cheese pizza I had was dried out and cardboard like, and the cheese top breadsticks were raw. My son still loved the Mac and cheese pizza, but I think in the future I will make that for him at home.

This was my first time ever at Cici’s pizza and i was excited to try it. So I get up to the register and the cashier(Destiny) was very rude. She didn’t say hi, smile or even look at me. So as I get ready to order she tells me «hold on» and walks away. She comes back to the register and again doesn’t say anything but has her phone hidden under a little basket thing by the register, so she moves the basket and unlocks her phone and reads her text messages!!! And replies! Now there is a line and she still hasn’t taken my order. So finally she looks up at me and I place my order. She doesn’t say thank you. SO for a customer service based field, she doesn’t have any, and whatever management is running this shift should be retrained. Oh and no one was using gloves or washing their hands before handling food including the cashier who restocked the salad stuff and then went and touched money and touched food again. I’m just shocked. Word of mouth is how most businesses get their business and how their business usually don’t last. I will be telling everyone I know about this experience and will not be back. At least at Golden corral they smile.

Great for your buck. Not to expensive and good food. Always busy but they keep the pizzas coming. Staff super friendly. Clean and tidy. Worth a stop for a cheap meal.

Haven’t been here in years. As I remembered it, I liked the pizza. No so much now. The zesty veggie was the best of the 3 I tried. The pepporoni had enough pieces on it, but was to salty. Same with the veggie, to salty. The salad bar has a very nice varitey of items. The blue cheese dressing was like water, pretty much runied the salad. The chicken noodle soup is good, lots of noodles. The cinnamon rolls are just as good as everyone says. My husband is not a fan of them, but he did rave about how good they were. The bavarian desert pizza was good too. The dessert is the best thing about this place. From 2 to 5 you can get the buffet for $ 5 and a drink for $ 1. Place is great for kids, they have a game room for them.

Five stars for service! Seriously, the attitude and service attention of each staff member we encountered tonight makes the cheap pizza into a 5-star experience. From the cool guy busing tables, the cashier, the lady behind the pizza counter, and to the manager who kept refunding my son’s quarters when they wouldn’t work in the toy machine over and over again(I wasn’t watching as well as I should have been) — we absolutely felt like VIPs at this budget pizza joint. It was pretty astonishing that people at this level of food service seem to really«get» service better than some high-end restaurants I’ve been too lately. Thanks Cici’s!
I like get my carb load on here the night before a mean, leg crushing workout. March is $ 5 buffet month and all you can eat pizza, dessert pizza, pasta, and cheap, watered down sauce is not a bad idea for carb loading or a cheap night out with the family. The alfredo sauce reminds me of the stuff in the jar you buy at the store and yes, I’ve been down that road before and now I know how to make it from scratch — yessir! Anyhow, the selection is pretty good with everything from basic cheese to supreme something or another and if you want something they don’t have up at the line, just ask, they’ll make a pizza for you. Staff is friendly and I always tip the guy/gal that has to clean the tables and p/u the numerous plates left by hungry, ravenous teenagers.

Cici’s is alright for a cheap dinner out. There’s nothing particularly fantastic, although I will agree with other folks that the cinnamon rolls are pretty freaking great. All of the pizzas look and taste like they’ve been sititng under a heat lamp for several hours, the salad bar is quite lackluster, but you get what you pay for. $ 14 for two people is nothing to shake a stick at, though I probably won’t make it a point to come back unless I’m really broke.

Friendly staff, and lots and lots of pizza. I’ll agree that the pizza here if far from the best pizza in town, but it’s a far cry better than the worst I have ever tried. The salad bar is good, again as mentioned they have a limited selection, however it is a $ 5.00 all you can eat buffet. There are a number of other buffets around with much better selection, but three times the cost. The staff will make any pizza you like, and however many slices you want are delivered to your table. Empty plates are picked up quickly. As one posted here mentioned the best part of Cici’s is the cinnamon rolls. You MUST try these and they are worth the $ 5.00 all by themselves. For those really looking to eat cheap Cici’s almost always has a coupon somewhere that lets you eat 2 for 1.(drinks not included)

Good thing I was hungry and the wife saw 2.99 coupons at a store. This is my first, and hopefully only, time eating at a CiCis. Nothing special here. Good for kids and coupons.

We went there last week cause we were in the mood for pizza. Never been before. I didn’t even know it was a buffet. Tried to overlook the 100 boisterous kids, crossed my fingers, and gave it a go. After two bites of the pizza I went to register to get my money back! The offered to make me something fresh… but it wasn’t just the fact that the pizza was cold and stale, it was the lack of quality. I suppose that’s what you get from $ 5.99 all you can eat. My boyfriend(who will eat almost anything) decided to have a little more of his and some cinnamon rolls. He said it was«something to eat» as he was very hungry, but I’d rather starve than eat that.ummm.stuff. Bottom line: good for kids I guess, if that’s what you want to feed you kids! ugh! Not for me!

Ever heard of a «compliment sandwich?» Where, if you have something to critique, you place it between two nice things so it’s not so harsh? Here you go: Nice: the people working here are really friendly, competent, and eager to help. If you don’t see your favorite ‘za, they will make it up fresh for you. They also(as mentioned by another reviewer) check IDs with your credit card. They keep the place clean and moving like a well-greased machine. Not-so-Nice: the pizza really kind of sucks. I get that it’s cheap($ 5 for all you can eat), but it’s pizza. Even good pizza doesn’t cost much to make… and this is NOT good pizza. The salad bar has iceberg lettuce and about 8 topping options– none of which are that tasty. You might feel vaguely sick after you leave, even if you only eat a couple slices. Nice: the cinnamon rolls are RIDICULOUSLYGOOD. Like, shamefully, indulgently good. In fact, if you’re planning to hit Cici’s for the kid’s sake(’cause they love this place, as well they should), go ahead and eat dinner at home first and then just plan on mowing through your $ 5’s-worth of cinnamon rolls there. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did.

We went for lunch today using a coupon. The cashier and the girl behind the counter both introduced themselves and were friendly. The salad bar toppings were very limited. There were baby carrots, sliced mushrooms, red onions, grape tomatoes, and croutons with 4 dressings. The pizza variety was okay. They do let you know that you can make a special request. The pizzas were not labeled and I kept on asking the girl behind the counter what everything was. The tables were adequately bussed. We were just passing through on the way to Boulder, so probably won’t be back.

3 stars for price and value. No wifi, or at least, the entire staff denied knowing the password. The pizza is fair. There’s soup and salad, thankfully, and unsweetened ice tea to provide relief from sugar. Nice hangout dining area.

It’s about as good as a Cici’s franchise can get — albeit it didn’t have the alfredo sauce to put over the pasta. But yeah, it is a chain, I love their pizza and the staff were very attentive and nice. In addition, they also checked my ID when I paid with my credit card, which(as a person who has suffered ID theft) is a good thing.
