This place is a great little spot! We were looking for somewhere to grab a snack this morning with the kiddo while running errands and saw a banner on 88th and decided to stop in. Really yummy coffee and tasty raspberry bar! Their other desserts and tapas looked/sounded delicious as well. Kind of tucked in there(behind the McDonalds) and I guess they are mainly a catering business, but being so close to the Park and Ride, they’d make a great morning coffee/breakfast stop! We’ll definitely be back!

I found this gem via Unilocal suggestions and it was delicious! What a treat. The pork sliders were yummy and so was the coffee!

Found this place while looking for a restaurant to take my brother for his birthday, that was near his work. Thank goodness I looked past the first page on Unilocal, this was on the 4th page. I am super happy we came here, incredible food! We ordered 3 plates of tapas: Chicken Empanadas, Sausage and Manchego Croquettes and the Crab Cakes. One of the orders we turned into a plate, which came with Arroz Verde and a Spanish Slaw. We also tried Strawberry Mousse and Cannolis for dessert. If you are gluten free they have lots of options to choose from. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place! It was pretty empty when we walked in but don’t let that deter you they have only been open a few months. You will not be disappointed. One more thing to add, I bought a mini cake to take home and forgot about it until 2 days later, it was still delicious by the time I ate it, still moist and flavorful.

Just had a great breakfast at inspired bites. This was my first time in. Service was friendly and our food came out quick. We ordered a bacon and cheese omelette and a bacon and egg sandwich on focaccia. The omelette was very tasty, thinner than I normally like them but still delicious. The sandwich was amazing! The focaccia was great, perfectly cooked egg with the yolk running down the side… some saltyness from the bacon, and just a bit of tomato to cut through, yum! I might need to go back for another. A little hidden in the strip mall but now that I know it is here I will be back for sure.

My husband and I saw a sign for craft coffee and decided to stop by for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by what we found. This great little place had a friendly staff and a variety of items listed on their menu ranging from brunch, to tapas, to dessert. My husband ordered an omelet with bacon and tomato which was very good. I ordered their breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, cheese and tomato all placed in between two slices of this heavenly focaccia bread. The bread makes this sandwich! It is nice and thick, but still very moist. Almost has a biscuit like feel and crumble to it. It soaks up the egg yoke nicely and pairs well with the bacon. The coffee is from a local roaster called Boxcar and was also very good. We will definitely be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

In the most unlikely of locations, a strip center in Westminster, I found one of the best Spanish-South American tapas and traditional bakery(an unlikely combo) places in the metro area. They have a storefront at this location, where you can get coffee, tapas, and bakery goods, and an industrial kitchen in the back that enables them to do catering events, as well. The tapas and hearty dishes are designed and prepared by chef Caroline, formally trained in California, and offer a fresh and modern spin on old world tapas. They are flavorful and delicious. The bakery goods are prepared by Angela(both of them are usually at the store, and they are a hoot), who has worked as a pastry chef for some of Denver’s finest restaurants. Many more photos of the tapas and cakes/pastries can be seen on their facebook page If Westminster is not on your normal daily path, I recommend you either make a detour to visit them some weekday or Saturday, or call them to cater an event or party for you. Their food is inventive, delicious, and a real departure from standard(boring) catering fare, and you’ll be glad you took the time to discover this place, once you experience it. You’ll find yourself going back for more, over and over, once you give them a try.
