Denny’s

This Denny need to step it up. I have given them at lease 3 chances on 2 different occasions and they have fail. I wish management would step in and do something. Service is always poor.

By far the Beat Denny’s we have ever had. Very consistent great service and it’s our go to place to eat last minute because our other choices are overpriced Carl’s Jr. or disgusting McDonald’s. You won’t be disappointed.

Gonna keep it simple and to the point. It’s convenient because it’s one of the few places along the 5 freeway in this area. It is what it is. The food is good, the servers are great… but for the life of me I can’t figure out why this place hasn’t installed fly-​fans at the doors. I understand that they are in a rural area and all, and flies come with the territory. I GET IT… But fly-​fans are nothing new! And they don’t cost a fortune. With that said, NO ONE wants to hold flies at bay with a menu in the left hand while trying to eat with the right hand. Keeping flies out of your establishment and away from your patrons who are trying to eat isn’t rocket science. Not to mention, the health department tends to frown upon these types of situations.

Easy to get to right off the highway. Denny’s has a good selection for breakfast that surpasses IHOP when it comes to breakfast meats, eggs, and potato combinations. I had the Santa fe skillet which has chorizo sausage and it was so good! Lots of flavor and a good portion size for the price ($ 8 – 9). The service was good and the people were pretty fast at getting food out.

We were hungry for breakfast and stopped here. Great service! The place smelled great and had cute halloween decorations.
The big plus was that my vegan husband ordered a dish and had some restrictions/​modifications. The server didn’t bat an eye and wrote the details down. You don’t know how many times people have said it’s impossible to do that, or not understand simple requests. Five stars for that!
The food wasn’t fantastic but it was good for a quick sit down breakfast before heading back on the road. I was pleasantly surprised! Good job, Denny’s!

We were seated promptly. The waitress (Sandra)was polite and very quick to bring our drinks. She gave us a moment to over look the menu and returned to take our order in perfect timing. We placed our order at 11:00am exactly (one build your own grand slam: eggs over medium, double hashbrowns, and the breakfast sausage along with an order of grits, eggs over medium, and toast.). As we waited for our order to come out my grandma and myself pointed out how unprofessional the servers along with the host were standing behind the counter talking in plain sight of the customers. I believe the saying goes «if you can lean you can clean». One young woman had her long hair down in a ponytail. One would question if proper dress code were enforced on this shift. As i work in a restaurant myself our hair must be neatly put up in a bun and out of our faces. The food came out 12 minutes later. My food looked and smelled delicious as to where my grandmothers grits were watery and very sad looking. Ketchup needed to be refilled but all in all this Denny’s received 4 stars because of Sandra, thank you for your great service hun. Maybe your co-​workers will take note from you.

Stopped here en route to L.A. & was pleasantly surprised by great service. Five stars for our server Lupita.

Stood waiting for 20 minutes to be seated while 2 servers chatted away in the corner… No service, no food!

Nice decent place but slow on service it took awhile. Decided to get what we want but no one took our orders waited for at least 20mins while others were being served. So we left the place.

Have sopped here twice and had good service. Had steak Cobb salad for dinner. Meat was a little over cooked. For Denny’s though it was good. I just tried to have breakfast and that’s a totally different subject here! The waitress is standing next to the front door smoking with a sign on the door that says lunch break! I will make sure not to eat at this Denny’s before the 6 o’clock crew comes in again! The only reason for three stars is the afternoon crew!

Stopped by while on the road, hoping to get the regular quick Denny’s service but this place disappointed. It was very empty, but the service was extremely slow. There was one group before us who got their food and ate and left meanwhile we had already ordered and only waited and waited for our food. And to top it off, just like other reviews, THE FLYS were annoying and gross. No one should have to sit in a restaurant trying to enjoy a meal they are paying for and eating with one hand while fighting flys with the other hand. It’s ridiculous!

Can I give zero stars? I ordered a turkey club and got food poisoning. Was up all night vomiting. How can you possibly screw up a turkey club? I’ll never eat at a Denny’s again.

Been here a couple of times. Every time I ‘ve had to fight off the flies. Food and service was ok but the place was practically empty. The bathroom is so dark, was afraid to stay in there long, it was like that last time too. They really need some kind of machine to kill off the flies.

The people here are rude. The place only has 6tables occupied and he could not sit us next to a window instead he sits my family in the corner. He came up with some «it quieter here». Guess what it wasn’t the two men setting next to us was playing music on there phone. Then it got better with the manager and that ass of a guy that sat us started messing around. Then the food, over cooked. My English muffin was good. The food came out fast but can’t make up for the service.

Food was good but the proportion was a lot smaller than other Denny’s that I’ve been to. They also refused my coupon because they said their computer can’t take it, then they should update it.

It is my first time to visit a Denny’s. I thought it was a typical American fast food restaurant like subway, burger king, KFC, Wendy’s… However it looks more like a restaurant for dinner! We had salad and omelet and both are amazing! I love them so much!

Food is decent, service is good but the flies are too many. I found myself fighting so the flies don’t touch my plate.

Just stopped by here with the family on our way down to Southern California and had excellent service from Tara and the food was great too! Denny’s can be hit or miss but this location was fabulous. Will definitely stop by again ! Cheers

This has to be the cleanest Denny’s I have ever been to. The food was Denny’s food, but I did think the service was pretty good. There are four tv’s about the dining are, but they are pretty small for the size of the room. I will be back when I travel through.
