Carl’s Jr

The food was lukewarm and the restroom was dirty. My daughter had a kid meal and she was disgusted with the cheeseburger. She ended up throwing her meal away. My family was the only customer in that place. It makes no sense that the place could not provide a better service.

Best Carl’s Jr. I’ve been to. Not usually a fast food fan. Very surprised. It was very busy. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Very friendly service. Food was hot, fast and correct.

There was nothing better to eat in the are and we were headed back to LA. So we stopped here. I’m very, very, very picky and when we ate here the service was great. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms are very old but they were clean. They now have a new Papaya, Peach and Green Ice Tea and it was delicious. Keep in mind reviewers your not reviewing a 5 star restaurant. Lol

Excellent service, the staff was very friendly and would check up on me and my family to see how our meal was and if we needed anything else. I’ve never had that before. I’m giving them 5 stars

It’s Carl’s Jr but he does not offer any of the promotions Carl’s Jr offers and his prices have skyrocketed so much that it is cheaper to go next door to Denny’s

Went once and used the drive thru which was fine. They take the term «six dollar burger» pretty seriously there. This had to be the most expensive Carl’s Jr. I have been too. Two six dollar burger meals with two additional shakes for over $ 27.00. The meals were each over $ 10.00. Crazy. The food was good.

Place was not very clean but what got me was the highway robbery prices. Not too many places to stop so let’s take advantage of truckers and travelers. Some combos were over 10 dollars. Never again

This is one of the worst Carl’s jr’s I have eaten at. The cashier was rude and my husband asked to use his veterans discount. She told him it doesn’t work with a combo meal, which she didn’t even try to do and right next to us was a sign for active military and veteran discount, hmmm denying a veteran his doscount is unethical! We will never go there again.

Stopped here for restroom break and was planning on buying something, but bathrooms were so disgusting I’d hate to think what their kitchen looks like. Apparently they’ve never heard of bleach. Gross!!! And to think I avoided McD’s !!

Slowest service imaginable… avoid unless you want to wait… and wait… and then wait some more…

Service was terribly slow. Came in for a shake and had to wait almost 10 mins! There were more people behind the counter then in front and only one person that even appear to be working. Bathrooms were also disgusting.

They were all very kind and got my food to me in a good time :) thank you for making my road trip comforting!

Quick, friendly service. Convenient location, next door gas stations.
Your regular menu, Famous star with cheese is my staple here, costs around $ 3.25.
Staff member took the time to help me out with my to-​go bags, very nice & asked how my day was going.
Inside eating area looked pretty clean for a high traffic fast food place. Bathrooms were a little rough though, we changed the kiddo in the car.

If I could do a minus star I would! 9 customers in the eating area I could see 4 employees
The bathroom was so disgusting I did not use it
The beverage area looked like it had not been wiped down from yesterday and the floor was so bad I wish I did not have sandals on.
The employee at the counter was friendly and helpful

Food was decent, ordered a breakfast burger around 6am and was hot and fresh. Customer service couldve been a bit on the quicker side took 10 minutes just to get food. Other than that it wasnt bad.

Gross!
This place is infested with flies. So is the McDonalds next door. Save yourself and skip this rest area.

Typical carls Jr, nothing special. Not the best service I’ve ever had. Overall, blah and average.

It was 11:30pm and I had been driving on the I-​5 for about 6 hours, returning to San Fran from Vegas with dry eyes and a growling stomach.
Nothing much was open and then there suddenly in the distance like a beacon of hope in the distance the yellow star shown brightly. I quickly pulled over and strolled on in.
I was greeted by a nice young man who introduced me to Time Magazine’s Summer of 2013 Must-​Taste Fast Food List: Where get this their San Diego Burrito had made the top ten! I’m going to set this up for you by sharing an excerpt from OCFoodies Magazine:
«We are always on the look-​out for the latest Mexican food trends for our Green Burrito menu and we loved this one that we ran across in the San Diego area,» said John Koncki, director of product development at Carl’s Jr. and Green Burrito. «Down there near the border, many Mexican restaurants offer steak burritos with French fries in them so, of course, we had to try them and they were great! The French fries go really well with the taste of marinated steak, freshly prepared guacamole and salsa, adding a nice crunch and potato flavor to the burritos. So, I guess Green Burrito’s answer to the age-​old question ‘Do you want fries with that?’ is ‘Sí.’»
I think John says it best. Was it amazing? Hell no! It was fast food! It did however beat that other mexican chain place that is not Taco Bell (what in fast food could ever beat Doritos Tacos Locos?) and the restaurant was clean and the only thing open along the hi-​way.

Dirty and very very slow service. My burger wasn’t even hot when I got it and the waitress forgot our order!
