McDonald’s

THE WORST PLACE. I drove up to the drive through and said hello like any normal person would do after waiting for 5 minutes. I got a snotty attitude back from the lady, and then tried to order something that was CLEARLY on the menu, something I have ordered passed midnight MULTIPLE times, and was told that that didn’t make them this late. The lady that was rude to me didn’t apologize or even show her face, and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told it was the one that was extremely rude, and she still wouldn’t talk to me. Very un-​professional. I wouldn’t wish the way I was treated on my worst enemy.

Its ok for a fast food place. Its generally clean. The service is usually good. The 4^th star is for the play place. My daughter loves that one better then the others. Would be a 5 if they updated there eating area and vip look the play place seating area in my opinion. I’ve noticed the staff usually does frequent walk arounds to pick the area up also.

The employees were more concerned with gossiping among themselves than to wait on customers. Counter help didn’t even know when the play area closed. When I asked if more lights could be turned on because the kids were scared they acted like I had a 3^rd eye. Only for the play area do I come here!!!

I went thru drive-​thru last month, got home only to discover that my Big Mac had no hamburger patties in it! Wouldn’t have been so bad if I had been a vegetarian or it was a Friday during Lent, but none of the above applied. I have no idea how they could have screwed this up, since all the condiments were present (special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles and onion on a sesame seed bun… people near my age will understand this jingle). I called and spoke to the manager, but of course, I was only offered to replace it if I came back up or they’d put my name on a list to replace it at another time. It was cold and rainy and my kids were already eating, so I didn’t go back up. And I never seem to remember to stop and get it when I’m out.

Couldn’t wait to take a tour of the new renovation that has been done on this outdated restaurant. They did an amazing job in bringing contemporary. sleekness and style to the normal McDonalds that’s been around for decades.
First no welcome when approaching the counter, however, that would explain the cell in her hand, first priority is to responds to a text at work in the public view. Then we weren’t given cups, which depending on the store manager, they implement new rules different day, whichever is convenient.
The bathrooms, pop area and booths could of been a priority in cleaning that up quickly, since you will visibly see it wherever corner of the restaurant you attend first.
The food was good, could of had a little bit more lettuce on my Big Mac, but as the assembly line, things get shortened on the way down to the warming bin.
I would be back and just vocal my concerns if my food is not up to par. But that place is outstanding for letting your kids loose! (please make sure they are wearing socks, no one wants to climb over your dirty feet)!

Terrible.
Every time I go to this location, something always has to happen.
Whether its fries being half full, or my order not being right, they always disappoint me.
I ordered a fish combo last night through drive thru and I didn’t get a straw for my drink or napkins and again, my fries were not filled like they should be… avoid this McDonalds at all costs. Being that there is one at almost every corner it seems like, you are better off going elsewhere.
