Work near Justines now for years. Even though the new management has increased prices the food is still good. They are always fast and fresh food with friendly service. Love their burgers.

I dare you to find a place with a better breakfast burrito.

$ 5 for a massive burrito loaded with yummy stuffs made me a happy girl today.
It wasn’t anything trendy or exotic, just pure comfort wrapped in a warm, soft, flour tortilla. Inside was a hearty portion eggs, melty cheddar, griddled potatoes (think O’Briens minus the peppers & onions), meat of choice (ham, bacon, sausage or chorizo) and a side of homemade pico de gallo. I opted for sausage & it didn’t disappoint! For some people it might be somewhat lacking in the sausage department but for me, the ratio of ingredients was perfect. Next time I’ll try the chorizo breakfast burrito.
Today’s lunch special was nachos (ground beef, refried beans, nacho cheese, sour cream & some other ingredients I’m spacing out on at the moment) served over homemade tortilla chips. I almost went back for lunch but the ¾ of the burrito I had for breakfast kept me full most of the day.
A couple weeks ago I went to their website & was happy to see that this little local spot posts updates of their specials & they also provided holiday hours. I thought it was a nice touch.
The staff was friendly & efficient — timing to get three breakfast burritos was about 5 – 7 minutes.
They also have a good selection of chips, drinks, etc…
Oh and they have packets of Tapatio… love that!
My employer just moved into an office nearby so I’ll be back to try more things. I’m especially looking forward to the chili burger combo, the tuna melt lunch special and the nacho lunch special.
It looks like they deliver which is great for days when I don’t bring my lunch & can’t get away.

It’s a great way to start your day. Our office picked up breakfast before work and I think we were all impressed with our meals. I had the vegetable egg whites omelet and it comes with a side of toast and seasoned potatoes. The omelet and potatoes were delish, but unfortunately because we had to deliver it the toast was cold and soggy. Obviously that was not the restaurants fault, but next time I’d prefer to dine in. The omelet was stuffed with tasty grilled veggies and the potatoes complemented it very well. I will make it a point to try them for lunch as well.

i say its A-​OK cause there not open on the weekends and they close at 3 im in school when there open and at home when there closed this places sucks cause of the reason there fries are gross and there breakfast phone worker is a horrible speller cant even spell wheelhouse for gods sake

Very convenient and tasty! The veggie burrito definitely hit the spot for a quick and easy healthy breakfast. Friendly staff as well.

We almost literally order from Justine’s for delivery on a daily basis. Their selections are great, prices are reasonable and their Cobb Salad is insane. Highly recommend even if you don’t work in the area.

Decent food, friendly staff, and breakfast served quick. I don’t have any complaints about the place. Their prices were reasonable, the place was clean and the seats were comfortable. Best thing I could ask for while waiting for my car to be finished at the Honda independent

Amazing, quick service. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious. The quality of the food is very fresh and it always tastes great!!! I love this place! Its very affordable!

The #1 Hidden gem of fantastic food in Westlake village, basically there to serve all of the businesses around Via Colinas and La Baya.
The serve GREAT breakfast and the BEST lunches and with a huge selection of anyone and everyones favorites and of course they let you make any changes to their extensive menu as well.
Price are what’s expected, and the flavor is WELL above you would think, and service and speed of getting your food is amazing.
The only real complaint I have is closing at 3:30 and not open weekends, but maybe that’s just me being spoiled!

Justine’s delivers to my work place multiple times a month — not often for me. I order from there when the disappointment from the previous visit has faded.
Like today. I ordered the lunch special — Chicken Bruschetta something. What I received was in fact a piece of chicken and there were some chopped tomatoes on top, with green flecks that were presumably basil. And a good sized green side salad big enough to be able to pick out the browned bits and not make you feel like you didn’t get much lettuce, sort of. And some kind of soggy sub roll — why bother. Oh and there was mozzarella on the chicken/​tomato area. I didn’t really understand the mozzarella: it was scant and tossed in with the tomatoes, so no melty cheese goodness there. There really would have been no way for it to melt anyways because the chicken was ice cold. No exaggeration, like ‘is this a joke’ cold. And did I mention dry? Not dry like a little sauce will fix it, dry like one step away from jerky. My officemates and I generally avoid the chicken, I forgot, I was hungry.
The the two things that elevated them from one star to two star were that the fountain soda was great and the delivery was exceptionally fast.

The food here is good, and you can’t beat the convenience of delivery during a hectic day at work. Service is normally fine. Today, however, we had a very bad experience. Our food is currently 1 ½ hours late because they can’t find our suite number (which is odd, because they come here literally all the time — I see their super nice delivery man every single day!). When my colleague called to ask where the food was, a very rude female employee on the other line insisted that we never gave them a suite number (untrue). I’m sure when the food does eventually arrive, it will be cold, but we’re so starving at the moment that we’ll probably eat it anyway. That being said, it will be a while before we consider ordering here again — if ever.

Located in Westlake Village Industrial Park this divey café serves a surprisingly extensive menu of breakfast (7 – 11 am) and lunch (11 am-3:30 pm). Daily specials are posted on Twitter and their website.
A friend and I split a TUNA MELT (tuna, swiss cheese, sourdough) and a GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST MELT (grilled chicken breast, swiss cheese, sourdough and added avocado). Sandwiches and melts come with a choice of cole slaw, macaroni, potato, green salad or a bag of chips ($ 1 value). Fries are extra. We did the fries and chips. It’s fast and cheap here.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I work around the corner and we have them deliver about once a week or so. The food is fantastic and the service is so quick! Highly recommend! Their huevos rancheros are amazing… along with pretty much everything else.

I love Justine’s Café! In fact, I just left there.
Standard Deli type food plus Breakfast and some GREAT Mexican choices as well. Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos — Their Carne Asada Sub is super yummy and their salads are HUGE.
They often run specials like Korean Barbecue & weekly soups.
I always get fast and friendly service from everyone — I’m not sure who the woman is that runs the front counter (Although «Justine’s» might be obvious, I’m just not sure. Haha) but she is always super friendly. The guys running the kitchen are too and it seems like they have tons of people who frequent. The woman up front remembers you too.
Today, they had a new person running the counter and she forgot to put my ticket in. The other woman apologized and refunded my money & they rushed my order — and still gave it to me. I really appreciate this kind of customer service. This was the only time I’ve ever had a delay in getting my food within 10 minutes.
My go-​to CHEAP LUNCH spot in the area.

I love Justine’s! Their good is great, quick, inexpensive, and nice staff. It’s a hidden gem for sure. I found out about it through a co-​worker, otherwise I would have never known it was here.
I have had a wide variety of items on their menu and have always loved their food. Salads are HUGE and they give you a large portion of the protein. Their Chinese Chicken salad is by far my favorite.
They also have daily specials. Definitely recommend :)

SUPER fast service, good prices, good food. Very friendly staff. Convenient location as well. They make an effort to get to know their regulars, as well. They have a lot of different options to chose from, and each salad I had was very good, and everything I saw looked very good as well.

Good food and fast service.
I would have given them 5 stars, but they have a tendency to mess up my food order on occasions.
BUT…I still eat here regularly.
