Stopped by here on a whim for an early lunch on Saturday. No line. Food was ready in 8 minutes or so. Standard Taco Bell flavor, nothing amiss. Cashier was friendly. He swept the floors in between customers. Nothing so wrong about this place. Nice location too.

Showed up at 10:24 :(it was closed. Sign in the Window says 10:00pm. Establishment needs to fix the time on Unilocal.Only Advice. Other than that this place has Great Service.

Good tacos for fast food. Service was cold and distant like they didn’t care a speck about the customer.

I’m not a huge fan of Taco Bell(the wife made me go), but I will remain unbiased for this review. I was served a few days ago during their breakfast hours by a employee named Brendon. He was upbeat, cheerful and very professional. He took my order and continued to thank me for my business even as I was leaving the establishment. The place is clean. The food was served fresh and hot. Still not a fan, but if you craving Taco Bell and you’re nearby, this is a great value, well cooked food with exceptional customer service. 4⁄5 *This is a walk-in business. No drive thru.

What happened here? Everyone who works here look like candidates for a Suicide Hotline. They all look… miserable. The food they serve looks NOTHING like the photos. The food has no content or filling… it’s just flat and misshapen. The tables are always dirty. Just a misfit among the pride and cleanliness of Westlake. I know what you’re thinking… Who the f*** Unilocal a Taco Bell? I do, dammit… this place is dying from the inside-out…and I want the World to know! Plus, my FB app is frozen, and I’m bored. Oh…and try the napkins. They have very good napkins.

17 minute wait for food. Never again. 4 staff members. Big line of people waiting for food and two staff were cleaning.

This is one of the cleanest taco bells I have been to. They use gloves and such. Which is awesome. But in the end it is a taco bell with the same menus as the other stores.

This review is taking in mind this is a fast food place not a fancy restaurant. I used to go to a different location, but now I have started coming here. The food and service is much much better than other locations. The inside is clean and well kept. Even the bathroom(surprisingly) was clean for a Taco Bell. I will now come to this location when craving Taco Bell at lunch.

Nothing but awesome things to say about this Taco Bell. I used to go to the one on Rancho, never will again. I like the drive thru convenience, however they always have weird clumpy meat and find a way to screw up the order. This Taco Bell always greets you when you walk in the door, makes sure your order is right, uses sanitary gloves and is always very clean. Not to mention the customer service is second to none. The fact that every time I go in, Corey recognizes me and makes you feel like you’re #1 at the place and talks to you like you’re part of his family. Everyone is always very nice when you go in as well. Customer service= A++++++++++. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick lunch and satisfaction guaranteed. If I could give 10 stars I would. Nothing but praise to give this place.

You know what you are getting from a Taco Bell. No judging there. My only critique is that the food prep time is brutally slow. Also, teenagers work there and often have their friends come in to hang out, making it a bit of a social spot. No big deal, but management should pay attention.

I live in westlake, so I have 3 Taco Bell options. One off Kanan, one off Rancho, and this one. I prefer this one. I hate walk in fast food joints cause I’m a bit on the lazy side when it comes to getting a quick shitty meal. I know it’s Taco Bell so I’m not expecting 5 star food, but the quality at this location is ten times better than it is at the rancho location. The beef is weird and clumpy there at rancho every time. I am already quite aware I’m eating awful processed crap, but I don’t need to be reminded of it by biting into weird hard clumps of «meat». I’ve never had this problem at this walk in location. The staff is actually very friendly, the place is clean and they always use gloves. There’s no sticky tables, rude service, foul smell and some children’s piss on the floor like you’d find at some locations. That’s good enough for me to come back!

The food preparation is about on average with any Taco Bell, but if this location is busy, they have a high chance of getting your order wrong. I’d estimate 3⁄5 of the orders when I was there were wrong. I suggest checking carefully before you leave, and listen closely for your number to be called. A few orders just sat on the counter waiting for inattentive customers to pick them up. Not a great Taco Bell by any means.

Pros: Seating areas are nicer than most Taco Bells. Cons: Small ordering/pick-up area. Slow service and sloppy wrapping.

Hip décor. Great music. Not a dirty table in sight. Must be good management overseeing this Taco Bell. A++++++++

«Honey, it’s Taco Bell, don’t look so excited.» — My wife to me, while writing this review. I’ve been coming here for 10 glorious years, spanning soft tacos, cinnamon twists, gorditas, the fresco menu, and fire sauce. Was in town, looking for a snack, and Taco Bell seemed damn good. I was pleasantly surprised by the updated décor, and the regular fattyness of 7-layer burritos and nachos. It was clean, tasty, quick, and the staff was friendly. What else can you ask for in fast food?
