Wendy’s

Attention Manager, I just had a great experience at your location. I am currently on disability while recovering from spinal surgery, so you can imagine every penny counts. I tried to pay for a Jr bacon cheese burger with my EBT card but didn’t realize I couldn’t use it for hot food. I apologized because I had no cash and walked toward the door when I heard ‘excuse me sir!’. One of your female employees, I didn’t catch her name, said ‘Sir I paid for your burger’. She’s obviously a teenager or early 20s and wouldn’t take no thank you for an answer. Thanks again to her and good work hiring quality employees. I really appreciate it and definitely will pay it forward. Saturday ³⁄₅ 430 pm.

The Wendy’s in Westlake Village excels in service. In the dining room, an employee comes around every 15 minutes or so to refill the drinks or clear the table. And they are always very friendly and courteous.
The service in the drive-​thru is also superb. I hardly have to wait long even if there is a line. The food comes our super fast even for special order items. And I’ve never had a mix-​up in the order.
The food: fresh, hot and tasty. If you put a Wendy’s burger and In-​n-​Out burger in front of me and told me I had to choose one, I would snatch up the Wendy’s burger for sure. Wendy’s fries beat In-​n-​Out fries, too.
The managers are always very friendly, smiling, asking how it’s going, asking if I need anything else: super service. Also, thank you for removing the TVs from the dining room. When my family would visit, we like spend our time together but the kids were distracted by the TVs. So I’m glad the TVs are gone.

I used to eat here when I needed a quick meal and it was pretty decent. I haven’t been back since In N Out opened, but needed a quick meal close to home. There were so many small pieces of bone in my burger tonight that made eating my burger unenjoyable. I don’t remember that ever being a problem in the past.

Made an order in the drive thru, order was confirmed, sandwich was missing, was never confirmed in their computer, the tried to have us order a different sandwich because the one we wanted wasn’t ready, we waited an extra 10 mins for the sandwich to be ready.

I asked for pickles on a sandwich and they charged me but did not put pickles on it. The fries were extremely salty too, very disappointed.

I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places since most are forgettable at best and usually not even worth the energy to type at worst. I called them first to make sure they were open since it was late on a Sunday labor day weekend. The guy who answered was very polite and said they were in fact open. When I got there the same guy took my order and repeated it back to me to make sure he got it right. At the window he asked if I was the one I called I said was. After I mentioned we were staying at a nearby hotel he told me about a great place for brunch nearby. The food we ordered was hot and fresh and he didn’t forget anything like condiments and utensils. Did I mention he had perfect English? Too bad other fast food employees can’t be this good. So because of this guy and whoever made the food. 4 stars it is.

Been here countless times over the years and never wrote a review. Stopped in for dinner tonight and everything was good. Fast service and clean restaurant. If you have never tried their chili seasoning on their burgers and chili, give it a try.

This is THE worst Wendy’s EVER!!! I do not know how it has such high ratings. Definitely not because of the night shift.
Went through the drive thru… got my food checked the bag, it was wrong. The manager, Jesse, insisted it was correct and rushed me off. So I have to pull over and go in to show him. As I’m waiting there for them to fix my order I’m watching as the manager takes money (the most germ infested thing you can touch) from customers at the drive thru and the proceeds to also bag and touch food.
If you’re craving a burger do yourself a favor, avoid this place like the plague and drive the ¼ mile to in-​n-​out!

I dined it. The food was really good. However, there were no straws when I filled up my cup. I informed the counter and they were never replenish them while I was there. When my food order was ready, there was no ketchup in any of the dispensers. Again, I informed the counter and no one refilled them. I went to the bathroom, and there was used paper towels all over the floor and counter. I realized it was because the trash can was missing. There was also no toilet paper. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned all day or they would have noticed The place wasn’t crowded and they definitely had enough staff working. The manager or on duty obviously didn’t care.
However, they did point out to me that they had a new nifty drink dispenser. Of course, my first three choices for drinks were empty. I told them and of course, no one did anything about it.
You think they would try a little harder since a new IN-​AND-​OUT just opened up down the block. I really felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by eating there.

Fast service, quality food. Was able to get there and back to work, and eat with lunch time to spare

Wir waren mit unserem Besuch in dieser Wendy’s-Filiale zufrieden. Das Essen wurde schnell und offensichtlich frisch zubereitet und das Personal war freundlich. Das Restaurant ist recht sauber und die Mitarbeiter wischen auch hin und wieder die Tische ab und räumen eventuell zurückgelassene Tablets weg. Was uns etwas störte: Die Klimaanlage ist, wie leider sehr oft in den USA, sehr kalt eingestellt, sodass es in T-​Shirt und kurzer Hose doch recht kalt war, gerade wenn man aus der kalifornischen Sommerhitze kommt.
Insgesamt ist das Fastfoodrestaurant zu empfehlen, es gibt sehr leckere Burger, die man in Deutschland so nicht bekommt.

Fast, friendly service. Love their fries and Asiago spicy chicken sandwich. Their natural lemonade is mighty delicious if you need to wet your whistle!

If there were O stars Wedys would get it. Dave the owner would be ashamed and so would his daughter. Ordered a bowl of chili through the drive thru and a coke… Had to ask three times for the straw which they swore was in the bag. It wasnt… the airhead taking the order was lame. The chlli was the worst Ive had. greasy. way to much green peppers… With bad service and bad food they wont last long…

I love Wendys. The food is just so delicious. And this one has great customer service. They all do, but this one is exceptional. The manager is very friendly and makes sure you are satisfied. The food is fresh, the service is quick, the interior is nice and clean.

Wendys is a terrific value. The food is reasonably priced, tasty and nutritious. How could you ask for more?

I love Wendy’s and used to work at one as a kid.
This Wendy’s is average to good. The few times I’ve been, the inside is clean and the drive through is prompt. My orders were all made correctly.

Nice and friendly staff

The burgers are bommbbbbb. Even saw a cute guy there and I was like «hey» and he didn’t respond. But it was chill because I had my burger.

Service was a bit slow to order but after that– one of the best fast food experiences ever!
Very clean and tidy. One person to keep the lobby clean– amazing.
Food was good and fresh.
