The BEST facials and worth every dollar. People are always complimenting my skin and I attribute 50% of it to Esther (the other 50% genetics). My face is always glowing after a facial and my breakout sessions get defeated. She also massages your hands and feet when the clay is drying on your face. Again, highly recommend… I trust my face only to Esther.
Also, I don’t understand some of the ratings… wherever you go, there’s a chance of the polish chipping. They use the same quality polish as any other place plus they also have butter london (not many places offer this brand). This is probably the cleanest place you can get your nails done. They open a freshly sterilized set of tools for each person getting a mani/​pedi! I’ve had my fair share of a damaged mani/​pedi from many different places, but I can only blame myself for not having a husband who loves doing dishes.

I was very happy with my hair– got it colored and cut. Unlike some hairdressers, he did exactly as I had asked. My hair had a few different shades in it from a previous coloring, and he was able to fix it, just as he stated before he began working on my hair. Afterwards, I got a pedicure and gel manicure followed by an amazing chair massage. This was the best post-​baby treat day. I feel like a new me! Now all I have to do is lose this baby weight lol.

I have been there twice. Once yesterday. Their work is good. I like their mani /​pedi. But the reason I have given them one star is because they cheat. Both times I have been there they give me the expected cost at the counter but when I went to pay at the end, I had to pay more.
Last visit I asked for tips, lady at the counter gave me two options 60 & 100. I asked for 60, but when I went to pay they charged 100. I thought maybe I heard it wrong. But yesterday they repeated the same thing. I went for fill in. I was told 40, but at the end she said 45.!!‘
It’s not about 5 – 10 dollars. It’s about ethics.

I needed a mani pedi before vacation. So I made appointment here. I thought I’d try out a new place. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed at all. My gel mani was okay. She pretty much just painted my nail. No real clean up. It was 20 dollar so I guess you pay for. The color was really nice which is the only redeeming point I guess. Next the pedi. I opted for the green tea upgraded one. For 49 dollars. Was not worth it at all. The very next day my toe nail polish chipped. Not cool. So I had to take it off and do one at home. This is not what I paid 49 dollars for. I would say just skip this place. Not worth the money.

Very clean. Professional and efficient staff. Great pedicures. I have been going here for years and never had to wait. It is really convenient to just walk in any time, sit down and be pampered. The chair massages are wonderful. Great for relieving stress in the muscles.

Not a great experience. I was told there would be about a 15 minute wait for my pedicure, which looked about right — three manicurists each working on someone and one person ahead of me waiting. I waited 45 minutes to be moved to a pedicure chair, then about another 10 minutes until someone started working on me. Then my pedicure was RUSHED — I think maybe less than 20 minutes from start to finish. I really could have done this myself at home if I just wanted my toenails polished (which is really all they did). At least I didn’t have an appointment — while i was waiting, about 5 people came in and said they had an appointment at a certain time and were told to sit and wait — they just kept telling everyone «15 minutes». I don’t need to go back here again.

I love this place. Their facials are amazing. I have been to many places but I now travel an hour to go to this one.
