HotBox Pizza

Disgusting hairy pizza! We have ordered from hotbox at least 20 times. Always have loved the pizza, but tonight our pizza was not only late but FULL of black hairs. Multiple hairs! I called the store back to tell them and the guy I spoke with and informed of the multiple hairs in my pizza says «ok, thanks» and hangs up. $ 25.00 of hard earned money on a pizza that costs under $ 2 to make and I can’t even get a sorry or a refund. Terrible business. Will never order again and will continue to inform social media of this disaster.

The first time we ordered from this place the food was really good. The only complaint we had was the obnoxiously loud music which made it hard to hear when picking up our order. The second time we ordered from there the breadsticks were so salty we couldn’t even eat them. I’m a big salt lover and usually salt everything I eat but it was so salty that it was nauseating. We decided to give this place another try the next day and ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and dessert. My fiancée picked it up and complained again about the horribly loud music. Soon after we started eating we realized that they didn’t give us the dessert. We called to see if it could be removed from the bill so we didn’t have to drive all the way back there to get it and they said it would come off tomorrow morning. So I’ll check then. The breadsticks are still incredibly salty but not as bad as the last time. I think we will probably switch to a different location next time we want to order from HotBox.

Quickie Review: Given your taste buds there’s better pizza joints around.
For some reason the pizza I got, which was right out of the oven, tasted cold and for being the only ones there it wasn’t made very fast either. In comparing it to other pizza places the ingredients didn’t taste as fresh there could have been. I can say, though, that the kid who took our order was very nice.

Not a good thing when you call for a delivery and they tell you you are out of their delivery perimeter, and… They have delivered to you before :(. Not needing the business I guess!

Love my local, Westfield Hot Box Pizza! Easy online, mobile ordering. Fast, friendly delivery and the pizza is so good 100% of the time! Love the weekly Pizza of the week (POTW) promos! Breadsticks or cheesesticks with ranch are my fav and you cant forget the cups!

I would agree with the other reviewer about the loud music being a major problem. I came in at 8:30pm on a Sunday night, with no one else in the dining area, and the music was so loud I honestly couldn’t hear the guy at the register when he asked me a question about my order. Pizza quality was ok, but if the owner or manager is reading this, for the love of God, you’ve got to do something about the music volume. I like to crank it up as much as anyone, but give me a break. The blaring music is too freakin’ loud.

We were a party of 4 with a 1 year old. We were the only dine in customers while we were there. Went in about 700pm on 7.3.15. Music was blaring, we had to ask 3 times for them to turn it down. Initially they were unable to do so because the manager had the key or some flimsy excuse. Finally the music was turned down. My mom wanted Ranch dip for her bread sticks and you would have thought she had asked for the keys to the safe. She was told that she would have to pay for it. She never said she wouldn’t. Since it was such a big deal she told them to forget it. I went to the counter to purchase their precious Ranch dip, and the manager gave it to me. This business hasn’t been open very long, and if this is how they treat customers, they may not survive.
