Pizza was great as always. The delicious garlic butter they put on the crust is my favorite. Great deals for a Saturday, Medium 1 topping pizza and sticks. This local has canned craft beer for a great price. It’s cozy inside like other locations. Since Broad Ripple closed, if we are up this way, we stop again.

We finally got around to trying their food. Oh snap!!! I wish we wouldn’t have waited for so long. Had it delivered to our house. Came way quicker than expected and delivery guy was very friendly. As for the pizza: flavorful, heavy on toppings, and an amazing buttery crust. So delish! But that’s not even the best. Those sticks!!! I can’t get enough of the garlic breadsticks. Dip them in the nacho cheese and it’s as close to perfection as you are gonna get for delivery food. But, if you aren’t a fan of garlic, you might want to skip them. Hubby wasn’t a fan only because of the heavy garlic flavor. We are looking forward to trying more items on their menu.

We went on Sunday evening with another couple and their three kids. The place is a pizza, pasta, sandwich place with a few basic salads and standard apps. You can order to go(most of their business) or eat in. We seated ourselves and the cashier/server(one staff member was covering the front of the house) can and took our drink order, she returned in a few minutes with beverages and started to take our order, she had to stop half way through to take care of several customers who were there to pick up orders. After processing the take away orders she returned to take our order(she started over since she was not writing the orders down). We ordered two pizzas, a couple salads and two of the kids ordered pasta. After about 15 minutes our salads started coming out. They were your typical iceberg lettuce mix with some cheese, olives and tomatoes, the greed dressing was pretty tasty. As we finished our salads the pizzas arrived. They were hot and overall on par with what you might get from Jets or Little Ceasars, not great pizza but not bad. It then took about 25 more mi Utes for the kids to get their pasta, which was just spaghetti with butter. Overall if you live in the area I suggest calling in and ordering take away, the food is nothing special but for ease it will work in a pinch.

In terms of go-to pizza, we’d always been a Bazbeaux household. When we heard Pizzology was coming to West Clay, we figured that would be our new place. But then Greek’s moved in and we had to try it out of curiosity. It doesn’t replace Bazbeaux’s gourmet options, but Greek’s might be my favorite«basic pizza» in Indy. We always get a cheese pizza with breadsticks and cheese sauce. The breadsticks are always warm and fluffy, and the sauce-to-cheese ratio is always spot on. The servers, most seem to be high school kids, are very friendly and helpful. Bottom line: don’t expect the options of Bazbeaux or the frills of Napolese or Pizzology, but this is just really good pizza!

Greek’s is simply good pizzeria. Solid fundamentals with good toppings, good service, and a good pizzeria atmosphere. I have been going to the Main Street Carmel location for a while now, and the pizza offered by the West Clay location is just as good. So whether you’re from West Clay or you’re enjoying the night life on Meeting House Rd, grab a slice at Greek’s.
