Mild chaos with multiple end-of-season team parties. But the pizza is delicious and the servers are keeping their cool.

Food is edible. Service is abysmal. There may be a technical adult working there but I think Spicoli is the employee of the year. We have ordered takeout and delivery from this establishment about five times since it opened and the experience has been consistently poor. I really want to support my local businesses but skip this place and go elsewhere.

Went here with my mom after we got the stink-eye at Rail Epicurean and had a fairly equally shitty experience. I feel bad because our server was young and very inexperienced. We ordered breadsticks, an antipasto salad for me, and a greek salad with grilled chicken added for my mom. First, my moms salad came out with no chicken. Mine came out as just a regular side salad, not the antipasto. We didn’t get our breadsticks, so we had to remind the server to get them for us. All in all, I LOVE the Greeks chain, but this location is a major buzzkill. I’ll stick to the Greeks in Noblesville from now on, where the service is always on point.

Pizza was made incorrectly so the driver said he would bring back the correct order. Called an hour later because he never showed up. Manager said«We are really busy. We can offer you 15% off your next order». I clarified that she was not willing to remake our pizza correctly and she said«no, we can offer you 15% off your next pizza». Terrible customer service!!! I will be sure to tell everyone about this and will NOT return.

Greek’s in Westfield has become our favorite go-to pizza spot. We love the location, the outside seating, the servers, the pizza, the breadsticks, etc. The pizza crust has a very nice crispiness to it. The toppings are superb. The pepperoni also has a nice crispness to them as well. We tried the breadsticks with marinara sauce and nacho cheese sauce tonight. Yummy! The BEST breadsticks I’ve ever had. There is plenty of inside seating. We prefer the outdoor deck during the nice summer evenings. We try to visit a few times a month. You won’t be disappointed!

They are lucky that the pizza is good! The service in the other hand… not so good! The place was about 50% full and we had a slow, very slow service. It took 20 minutes for us to get waters and about 45 for the pizza. I had to get up a few times to remind them about our drinks. We did see a few people that came in and got their to-go orders pretty quick and they do deliver… but I will NOT recommend to eat-in. Three stars is because they do have a good pizza!

This Greek’s location is located in Westfield. Parking is a bit weird since you have to park across the street and a short walk down in a small gravel parking lot. The food is excellent as with all Greek’s. Very friendly staff and a nice patio in the front overlooks the not-so-busy Park Street. It’s a nice place to grab a pizza.

I’ve ordered delivery three times and all three times they either forgot something or messed up the order.(Side note) order was not complex at all. When the order is right, the food is really good. Would still recommend though.

I had never eaten a Greeks Pizza until they came to Westfield. They are fantastic. The ham and pineapple pie is amazing and if you need something else, their calzone things are the best. Start with the delicious wings and some tasty bread sticks. This is the best pizza in Westfield

My first visit at this location which has been open for six months or so. I LOVE Greek’s but usually go for lunch at the Fisher’s location. At 5:00 pm I am the only diner in the clean and tidy dining room. This location seems to do a brisk take out and delivery business although perhaps not as much dine in. In fact, when I walked in the employee who greeted me asked what the name was on my carry-out order. When I said I wanted to dine in he seemed a little surprised. Hmmm. Guess not many people opt for the opportunity to dine in. So I waited at the table for a few minutes, not sure if they had table service or if I was supposed to place my order at the counter. So then I went to the counter and a different employee came out from the back room and asked if I had a question. I said I’d like to place my order, and he asked, «To go?» He too seemed surprised when I said I was planning to dine in. I ordered a small garden supreme pizza and breadsticks with marinara sauce and after about ten minutes my pizza was delivered to my table. No sign of my breadsticks but the pizza was hot and delicious. By the time I finished my pizza I still hadn’t received my breadsticks so the next time I saw an employee at the counter I went up there and requested the breadsticks. A family with several children came in and sat down so now I wasn’t the only person dining in. I waited a few minutes longer but then I really had to leave, so I went to the counter again and requested them to go. A few minutes later the employee brought my breadsticks out and apologized for the wait. So…the food was excellent. Five stars for sure. Atmosphere and ambiance rate a solid four stars for the cheerful, clean, attractive dining room and outdoor patio. The service needs some work though. I realize this is a fairly new location but at least on this visit service was lacking. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes and two requests to get an order of breadsticks. And while the employees were pleasant and friendly they seemed to stay in the back room chatting. I observed four different employees and all were either teenagers or maybe early twenty-somethings. A definite plus for this location is Rail Epicurean next door. Be sure to stop by on your way out to grab a delicious pastry.

Surviving off Greeks Pizza Broad Ripple for a number of years, I feel a rush of nostalgia with Greeks Westfield. Everything starting with a very solid traditional crust pizza(coated in garlic butter) to the epic meal time that is The Shell, I’ve never been disappointed with Greeks. Some great points to know, FREE delivery, the Wings Pizza, the breadsticks, oh man the breadsticks, Super friendly staff, head down Park Street to get some of Westfields best pizza!

I have SOSO many memories of Greek’s pizza from my days at Ball State! I was elated to see that they were opening in Westfield… the pizza is well priced and delicious. and the new location is a charming addition to the downtown Westfield area!

I absolutely love Greek’s Pizzeria. I had it in Muncie many many years ago and I have eaten at the one in Noblesville several times. There is something to be said about those soft breadsticks dripping in garlic butter! I was so excited that they opened a location in Westfield and plan to be a regular purchaser of pizza and breadsticks. For this review, I ordered delivery(hey, it’s free!) mainly because I did NOT want to change out of sweat pants and look appropriate for public appearances. I believe they just opened the prior weekend so I’m sure there are still alot of kinks to be worked out. The ordering process was a bit lengthy as the person answering the phone seemed to be still getting the hang of it. The pizza came in about 50 minutes but it was piping hot. The only reason I couldn’t give a 5 star review was because of 1 major reason. When I got the pizza I just happened to be looking at the box and noticed a carbon copy slip taped to the box which is where the server who took my order had written it on a ticket. The big problems with this is that my ENTIRE credit card number was written on there clear as day, with security code, expiration date and my complete address. As a person who has had an identity theft issue before, this poses a major security concern. I am sure that they shred the tickets at the end of the day but it does concern me that the information is written down at all. What’s worse is that it was on my pizza box. If I hadn’t of examined the box for some unknown reason, then I would have thrown in away with the number revealed and any person digging through my trash(believe me, it happens) could have completely had access to my account. So now even though I love Greeks, I’m hesitant to order from there for fear my credit card number is just going to be laying around. I did black out the info before throwing it away. But I think to order in the future for delivery I would have to be prepared in advance with cash, which I never have. I hope that someone at Greeks will see this review and rethink their method of taking credit card info down. Perhaps develop an online ordering system. At the very least, don’t put the info on the pizza box so that the driver and all else who touch it may see the info. I still love your garlicky goodness, Greeks, but please rethink that one!
