Rotary Pizza & Grille

My favorite pizza spot in westborough. Cheese pizza? On point. Any app? On point. Salads? Big and plentiful, always fresh. The variety is huge. Customer service is excellent and I will always highly recommend them.

I drive by this place everyday since I live in town so I thought I would finally give it a try, in spite of the reviews I have read and heard from others. When I called, the girl who answered the phone had no clue what I was trying to order. I was simply trying to order the rotary fried seafood combo which was off of their online menu. After several tries and questions about whether I wanted pizza, I had to tell her fish and chips and then she finally understood. When I got there I got the worst service. Everyone was very unfriendly. When I looked inside my bag, there was no salad dressing included with my salad so I had to ask. They didn’t seem happy about having to give me dressing for my salad. I should have opened my dinner when I was there, but I assumed they would have gotten my simple dinner order correctly. They gave me French fries instead of the rice pilaf I asked for. My dietary restrictions permits me from eating French fries. The fried fish and shrimp were decent but the scallops were undercooked and not edible. I was hoping to like this place. Needless to say, First and last time there.

I Could barely see turkey on my sandwich… They Forgot to add mayo and tomatoes… The bread tasted good tho…

Convenient little place in center of town… Large variety of pizzas, sandwiches, salads… We’ve generally only ordered pizzas from Rotary and are always pleased. Even better left over the next day. We’ve never used the delivery service so I have no input on that. We typically pick up and the staff is always friendly…

Food is blah. Nothing special. Worst customer service. They tried to charge me for bbq sauce for my kids chicken tender meal. Ridiculous

Friendly people — excellent food — quick delivery — low prices — clean restaurant– I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family for lunch, dinner, or parties.

Pizza was ok. Nothing great. Rotary was the only place that would deliver to us so it was our only choice.
We ordered mozzarella sticks, but we were given fries. Big let down. It was already after 8 by the time we got our food, so we didn’t call back, but really frustrating and annoying, as we paid for mozzarella sticks.

Fantastic sums it up quite well. I have eaten here now several times and have never had a poor experience. I have even requested odd toppings on various items and they have been happy to provide. One order recently consisted of the cheese burger sub with bacon, lettuce, ketchup, honey mustard, and topped with an over medium egg. Talk about spectacular. The service is great and they truly appreciate their customers.

Pathetic. I had their pizza on the day of moving into boston after seeing their flyer in the apartment. Watery pizza @ exorbitant price! A big no no

Great food alround! Salads are fresh and pizza is delicious. Owners are extremely friendly

TIPS IN JAR GOES TO OWNERS! Not to the person taking your order (in our case a nice young lady) and helping you, it is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. So if the person serving you deserves a tip make sure you HAND them the tip & tell them it is for them.
Ok, now that I got that out.
Pizza was ok, not great.
The Italian sandwiches are really good.
The Fries with bacon & cheese are SO GOOD! like potato skins… really yummy. Ask for the Tzatziki Sauce to dip them in.
The kids tried the spaghetti & meatballs, I think most of us know the pasta in little pizza joints like this is a joke. But they ate it happily :/​
We tried a chicken parm something I cant remember if it was a sub or a calzone– I just remember soggy bland chicken
SO, for us, it is great for sammiches and *potato skin* fries, and to tip the person that actually served us, we buy the food (the prep is in the price of the food) and tip for service.

Great pizza loved the flavor.
Took me back to my montreal days.
Very nice fellow delivered in a timely fashion.
Loved fact it was not greasy.

Rotary Pizza is truly excellent. Both the food and service far exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to coming back very soon!

I’ve ordered delivery from them twice now. I’ve ordered a calzone, pizza, wrap, cheese fries, mozzarella sticks and a salad. Everything came hot and fresh and was very tasty. I really liked the meat lover’s pizza I ordered because they definitely didn’t skimp on the meat. Their phone service and delivery service is really great because the guys are friendly and attentive.

We ordered two pizzas from rotary pizza for pick up on Sunday. This is the first time we have ordered pizza since moving to Westborough and we were so very disappointed with what we got. One of our pizzas wasn’t even cooked enough to melt the cheese on top =(. This place gives East coast pizza a bad name, sorry Rotary pizza but an undercooked pizza is just unacceptable and inexcusable. We will not be ordering from here again.

I went in one night to split a pie with my boyfriend. The pie looked delicious BUT when we went to use the red pepper, we noticed it was stale. We asked for fresher pepper and they gave us more of the same. They looked at us like we were crazy when we explained that red pepper should be a bright red and not a grey-​brown flake. It smelled stale and we were turned off by their lack of interest in making us happy.
We will not go back — customer service is everything!!! But mostly, if their condiments are old and stale, imagine what their other ingredients are like.

We have ordered from here a couple of times. Delivery is kind of slow but I guess they must be pretty busy. PIzza is a okay, pretty good but not my favorite ever. But there are not many options for pizza delivery out here in the boonies.

Just an update — I stopped in and had some dinner and I am still keeping the rating at 4 stars. The food was not great but it was good. What was lacking in food quality was made up with great customer service and low prices! Don’t take anyone here to impress them but if you want some descent cheap food and outstanding customer service give this place a try.

Rotary is affordable, but is unfortunately my last choice for pizza in town. They deliver and are very nice, but I have given them several attempts and find the pizza to be too greasy and not very flavorful.

We ordered a large cheese & peperoni pizza with dozen of hot wings. The total cost was about $ 20. The pizza dough was nice and crispy with lots of cheese and peperoni. Unlike drippy greasy droopy slices I’ve had at other places, Rotary’s slice stood on it’s own and the crust had a nice crunch to it, too!
As for the hot wings, the wings and drums were big and tasty. The hot sauce was a bit weak but I had tobasco sauce in my fridge to living them up.
Customer service is friendly and fast! i ordered here twice and the last time I had it delivered.
This is my go to pizza place on football sundays! Highly recommend it!
