Awesome place for oven roasted wings… they are very juicy and tasty inside unlike other wings. And the pizza is so huge and delicious too… waiting for another visit

Classic story, great restaurant when it was initially opened back in the ‘80s, becomes part of corporate America and the food begins to suck! This place makes passable pizza where they once made phenomenal pies, the salad served to me last night was proof positive that they do not care. No silverware, our server blamed the hostess for the lack of silverware in her entire section. Really? So knowing that there was a problem maybe… oh I don’t know… you could grab some silverware or check to see if it was on the table! The pizza was dry, boring and really not worth eating! Stay away, try Zitis about a mile west!

The menu was overpriced and the establishment was crawling with young kids (which was surprising for the price). Our server constantly tried to upsell us. I refused and the server put the upsold items on the bill anyways. I pointed this out and our server claimed that’s what I ordered! The food was OK but not worth the price tag.
Also, the booths were huge. I had to shout across the table to my partner.

Good food for the price. Very casual, not what I would consider a date place, kid friendly. Pleasant service. I enjoyed the lasagna.

I love Bertucci’s pizza. I must be honest and say that I have NEVER eaten anything else here other then their thin crust pizza. I usually order the Pucillo or something pretty similar (whatever name they are calling it at the time) because its my favorite. It has thin crust, a very mild and light tomato sauce with cheese, and toppings. Having just returned from Italy it reminds me of the pizza I got there, only with meat on it and some extra vegetables. If you like thin crust pizza I highly recommend it.

The bread that started it out was awesome. The shrimp scampi was also good. However, the veggie pizza had broccoli that drowned out all the other flavors. The four cheese ravioli was also average.
I guess the overall opinion is great bread and stay away from the vegetarian options.

Bertucci’s has always been one of my favorite restaurants for their tasty food, fair prices, and extraordinary bread. It is the place my family and I would go to for a celebration or just to casually dine out at.
The seating time is pretty quick if you go during lunch or just before the dinner crowd rolls in. The waiters and waitresses are, most of the time, attentive and efficient. I’ve only had issues during dinner when there are apparently too many customers for the waiters and waitresses to handle.
The food is tasty, as stated before, but a good portion of their menu can be made at home for a fraction of the price and in less than 30 minutes. I tried a dish called the «shrimp and lobster scampi» which fetched a high price, but it was expected due to the seafood. Unfortunately, the scampi only came with the meat of two lobster claws lazily ripped apart to make it seem like there’s more than there is.
The reasons why I enjoy coming back to Bertucci’s are for the bread rolls and the pleasant atmosphere.
I would still recommend Bertucci’s to anyone, just don’t order the shrimp and lobster scampi unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Wow… What an experience. We ordered takeout from here and we were in for quite a surprise. We ordered two small pizzas, and when I got home one of the pizzas was not only made wrong (A pepperoni pizza without cheese or pepperoni), but was missing a slice! They clearly given us someone’s leftovers. I’m sure this violates at least one Health code

Worst on service and food was cold. took forever with no apologies. Never order the cod as that was the excuse for my partners cold meal!

Ordered take-​out online. We’ve had other good take out experiences but tonight was different. My husband got there early to pick up the order, the pizza was ready sitting there while he waited for the mozzarella frita to be ready.
My husband got dinner home and the pizza is cold, the mozzarella frita doesn’t have any marinara sauce with it and they didn’t give us any oil to go with the dinner rolls. I called to voice our disappointment and I am waiting for a manager to call me back? Not sure who the employee I spoke with was since when I called I had asked for a manager. The woman I spoke with offered we drive back to get a new pizza. but i explained by the time they make a new pizza we’d be eating dinner close or after 8pm! I wish she would have offered to mail out a gift card for a new pizza…
Hopefully the manager will call, rectify and our next meal/​review will be better

This is a review for the service only as we did not have an opportunity to dine. First time in my life that I have ever walked out of a restaurant. I emailed Bertucci’s as soon as I got home that evening but sadly have not received a response in the week that has passed. I understand that people and places all have bad days but I cannot try again without any type of acknowledgement or response.
Have been a long time customer and had my first date with my husband at your Westborough location many many years ago so we like to visit often. My husband and I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 pm tonight. We waited for 10 minutes and were seated in a booth at 6:40 pm. We were greeted by our waiter at 6:50 pm and was told that he had several tables to deal with and would be right with us. He came back at 6:54 and took our drink and meal order. We sat and waited and waited while all of the tables around us were served. One table already had meals and was brought another round of drinks and rolls while we still had not received our drinks. The waiter then went to the table behind us and delivered take home containers and then delivered their bill. He then ran their credit card and returned the bill. At this time it was 7:14 pm and we had not received our drinks or rolls even though we ordered them 20 minutes prior. We attempted to flag down our waiter but he walked right by us with no acknowledgment. Unfortunately by this time we were very frustrated, thirsty and hungry. Tried to flag down another waiter without success so we decided to leave. I spoke to the hostess on the way out and she apologized but did not offer to resolve the situation.
The restaurant did seem especially busy for a Sunday evening but the amount of time between being seated and greeted and then waiting for drinks was not acceptable. I would not be writing this email if we had been acknowledged and advised of the status. I am not looking to get anybody in trouble but am hoping this could be a chance to provide a training opportunity.

The pizza is irresistible, the bread is the best I’ve seen in any Italian themed restaurant.
Staff is nice and efficient on getting food on time, and overall a great experience. I recommend it to any one who loves pizza and any other food that’s Italian

It used to be that you could count on Bertuccis for a decent meal. Mainstream italian, nothing fancy, but dependable. About a year ago, the chain took a nosedive. Tonight was the last straw. The rolls which used to be great are now hockey pucks. The Fettuccini Alfredo looked great – beautiful ribbons of fresh pasta. But it was like eating a bowl of salt! Absolutely no flavor. Don’t waste your money or time on this place!

Don’t believe there wait times. Tried to bring my two 85+ year old grandparents, and called ahead for a wait time. I told the hostess I was bringing handicapp people for dinner and needed to know how long the wait was. I was told, because I was calling ahead, I would wait at most 5 minutes.
We arrived there, and were told it would be 5 minutes. After 15, we gave the hostess money in order to get a real estimate. After giving the hostess a $ 5 she told us their manager requires them to tell everyone 5 – 10 minutes, and the actual wait would be closer to 30 min. 30 minute wait with two 85+ year olds standing in the hallway.
Upon talking to the manager he acually shooed me out the door. Actually using his hand. Never going back!

Disappointed. The Farmhouse salad and fettuccine was not very good. Service was good as usual but I guess I need to be more careful in what I order. Other visits I would give a 3 – 4 star rating but I wasn’t pleased this time.

Don’t order anything other than pizza. I just spent $ 15 on a garbage entrée that would have tasted better had it come from a frozen bag purchased at the grocery store. Bland is being generous! The pizza is great, I’ll give them that. But I will never order off the rest of the menu ever again.

The food quality at Bertuccis is really top shelf, especially for a chain reataurant.
I like the dinners more than the pizza but that is only because it does not re-​heat well.
The one thing I must add is the service, if any restaurant owner wants to see an example of a good — professional waitstaff go to any Bertucci’s and see how they do it.

I like their pizza and insalata salad. It is consistently prepared just right. I get the Ultimate Bertucci which is quarter of the pepperoni pizza with a different topping — sweet Italian sausage, meatballs, rosemary ham and chicken. Delicious! it costs about $ 11 and $ 3 to add a salad.
