I have been living here for going on 8 years. The past 2 – 3 years, this place has gone to hell in a handbag!
They’ve moved in a bunch of people to apartments that are all either family or friends. For a normal family in a normal community, that’d be fine, but here, it increases the MOB MENTALITY.
They have BIG parties and get VERY DRUNK and LOADED which makes for even BIGGER FISTFIGHTS! Fistfight in the bushes, on top of neighbors cars, stairs, and even on the playground! My side mirrors have been broken off 4+X and even when I saw who did it with my own eyes and I brought it to the parents attention, I was verbally attacked and called a racist bitch.
The police are here roughly 4−5x a week. Kids run around LITTERING and SCREAMINGwith ABSOLUTELY NO PARENTAL SUPERVISION WHATSOEVER, (I’ve even had to take a baby in diapers to his mother’s door, which it was their first weekend living here, she was pregnant with her 3^rd or 4^th kid and she is probably no older than 25). When I knocked, she looked at me like I had done something wrong. And since then, which was about 6ish months ago, I’ve gotten nothing but dirty looks and shit talked to me. Kids stay out past midnight often and on weekends, I stop looking at the clock after 2am. They’re still running around when the parents are probably inside sleeping. Must be nice. I can’t and neither can my daughter as her window is right by a playground.
One day a few months back, about 10+ people were at the bottom of my stairs, yelling at my 13yo daughter and my combat veteran boyfriend with severe PTSD to watch MY back, to ‘check his woman’, etc.
Management does NOTHING. and it’s true, what another Unilocaler said, management changes nearly quarterly here so ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS CONSISTENT besides their lowering standards on tenants.
Oh yes. I forgot. I even got a rental increase notice yesterday. Why should I be forced to pay more when I am not safe OR remotely satisfied living here? This is an income based apartment, so it’s not as if I have an extra several thousand dollars to move, willy nilly. What exactly are they doing with the extra money? Sure as shit aren’t using it on security. Last week, mgt told me that security was too expensive so they canceled it. And when they did have it, they’d only come out once a night… So if yours was the 2^nd or later complaint, there’s nothing they would do besides advise u to call the police.
If I could meet very today I would. I am planning on moving after the 1^st of the year and believe me, THE TIME CANNOT COME FAST ENOUGH!

DO NOT live here its horrible. it use to be way better a few years ago but now more like seriously «ratchet» people are moving in and making it bad. kids are running around like crazy with no common sense to avoid cars they’ll just go right behind you when they you see backing up. and parents when kids are running around. Neighbors now seem to have more drama and cops are coming. it wasnt like this a few years ago until more of these ghetto people started moving in with no sense of respect and consideration that other people do live there. Managers seem to not do anything about it. the place my be affordable but not worth it. the managers are always switching up as in new managers come and go. and i probably know why, i mean i wouldn’t be able to handle these new ghetto inconsiderate rude residents either. STAY AWAY from personal experience, pay for a place where you can enjoy not being worried about having rude neighbors, where managers actually regulated the residents.

Don’t live in these apartments!!! There is always drama between neighbors where the cops and ambulance has to come almost every single night. They don’t do background checks, so anyone including pedofiles, rapists, felons and crack heads can get approved. They are also super infested with bugs !!! A apt a few doors away from me Had people in hazmad suits go in their apt yesterday and they had to throw away everything !!! Their couches their bed and everything In the house. All because a Japanese couckroack was found and it multiples like crazy !! Another apartment a few houses down is deeply infested with bed bugs they had to throw away three mattresses today. Upstairs from them they are infested with fleas, and over at my apt (which i can’t move from) is infested with flies. I am concerned about my baby’s health and our own. So take advice from me, don’t love here. You will be moving to HELL !!! Thanks and have a great day.
