Drive thru service is ok but inside sucks. T
Either way check your order before you leave because theres 90% chance its wrong. Idk why they wanna give you a fist full of sauce for ont taco. Even if i say no sauce there is alwAys aome in my bag.

Horrible service. Did not get my complete order then the cashier asked me if I was and to double check my bag.

I love Taco Bell but they KEEP MESSING my order up! I swear there must be some type of miscommunication between the person taking the order and the person putting the food together. Ugh, so irritated! How can you forget the BACON in my breakfast burrito?

I was stuck in the drive-​thru for 27 minutes. It was ridiculous & then when I got my soda it was flat. When I went in to get a new one nobody helped me so I filled it up with something else. I was very disappointed & disheartened. The employees didn’t care whatsoever.

Frequently get my drive-​thru order messed up. Grrrrr! I get home and don’t have what I ordered. Be sure to check your order while you’re still in the drive-​thru.

For Past customers… Mary, If your taco shells are stale… send them back, they have a guarantee if you don’t love it they will eat it. I have to agree with Cornell about nothing extraordinary here but if you want to impress your friends, take them to the Taco Bell at Serrano Hills… ooh. maybe the the people on the hill will wave to you. I’m glad I don’t have to pay their HOA and Association fees not including their taxes. Adam. if they don’t give you enough sauce go get another one. you can help yourself to a gallon of sauce if you want your mouth on fire. Since this Taco Bell serves the fine community of Southport and all the people coming home from work who don’t want to cook…4 Stars. I want an Enchirito!

Excellent service and great food. They go above and beyond the average taco bell. They are very quick and the food is always hot.

What’s there to say. It’s Taco Bell for crying out loyd! It’s a relatively new location and the staff primarily consists of teenagers. It’s all the way clean though! Everyone here is nice and the food taste the same as any Tbell I’ve ever eaten at. Nothing extraordinary here folks.

I ordered three crunchy tacos. The tortilla shells on all three tacos were stale and hard. There was barely any meat or cheese inside the tacos them. I usually love Taco Bells, so I was highly disappointed in tonight’s meal. Even the meat with kind of dried up and pasty looking. Not sure what went wrong tonight… but it was all bad.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Problem with this place is they never give you enough sauce — like 1 pack per item. They also are pretty slow. Once i had no one behind me in line and they asked me to pull to the front to wait (For a 2 taco order) so I asked «No one is behind me, why do I need to pull ahead?» The girl responded rudely «In case someone does pull up» Fast Food worker on a power trip big time! She let me know she RAN that drive through with an IRON FIST!!! I’ll still go here because its close and its still taco bell and i need my cheap Tex Mex tacos on occasion!

Maybe it’s just me, maybe it’s because I don’t order any crazy orders. But this is definitely one of the friendliest, freshest Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell location they get my order wrong– c’mon every week? Save the trouble and go to the one off Harbor Blvd. Seriously, it’s not that hard to take an accurate order– I work in the food industry myself.

Don’t waste your $ ordering the XXL nachos here. Hella skimpy on the cheese and steak is tasteless. Why does the food here taste less seasoned than other Taco Bells?

I wanted a taco so bad so I went to taco bell. YUMMY I love some yummy taco’s. I had no trouble with anything I will say the lady that was about to take over for drive thru was not very nice. I could see that something was wrong with her so I smiled since it is national smile day and she sure didnt like that so I smiled again and this time gave me a look like leave me the hell alone so guess what I did I smiled again yu thats right and she was pissed. Also one of my taco’s i guess got broken when they made it so instead of making me a new one they just put it all broken shell in a new taco shell. really so know I have two taco shells yeah not cool. I will keeping going back and if I see the drive thru girl again i plan to smile at her some more. The truth if she doesnt like her job why let us all know it only makes the company look bad.

Great drive through service every single time I’ve been there. I live in bridgeport and if its a quick meal I need I just come here.
Every single time I get great service at the drive through with a smile. Can’t really say that about most fast food places. But this taco bell drive through is consistently amazing!

The food is taco bell, but the drive-​thru employees were very helpful and friendly. Great service is rare in the world of fast food. Keep it up!

They have the best Dr. Pepper fountain sodas in the area! David B. was so sweet and provided excellent customer service! Will be returning very soon.

Chalupa Supreme. All Day!

Taco Bell just opened up off of Lake Washington, right next to Lowes. Grand opening week when I drove by, there was a long line for the drive thru.
We finally get to drop by to get my taco craving. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice & friendly. The food was made to order and wasn’t sitting there waiting for us. The food was like any other Taco Bell, but at least I don’t have to drive all the way down Harbor to get a taco now.
We even got a coupon to try their new breakfast menu.
