IHOP

Terrible, worst IHOP I have ever been to. Very unorganized, even when they were slow. I went around 4 pm, there were only 3 other parties being served, and the server only came 3 times. Once to ask what we wanted to eat and drink, once to bring us said food and drink, and once with the check.
Also there was a very faint smell of weed coming from the kitchen, and I heard a few cans being cracked open.
Overall, very pathetic.

Its a chain so generally the food is the same across the board so I will have to review on service. They have been more busy lately for lunch. Service is friendly but often slow. Prepare for wait time.

I’m giving the waitress my boyfriend and I had 5 stars, not necessarily the store itself. Marcia was amazing, she was quick friendly and treated every single customer there amazingly. She was all alone! One of the chefs from the back had to come help her, she handled a family of five, two tables of four, four tables of two and a single person all on her own. She is amazing! Definitely deserves a raise. I’m not sure where her help was but if you ever come to this store sit in her section! She’s my IHOP super hero. forever my favorite part of IHOP.

Literally worst ihop experience. My sister and I decided to take the kids for lunch after school we waited five minutes to be acknowledged by someone then was seated the waiter took forever to come back with our drinks, (there was literally one waiter and one cook) I ordered my food repeated myself 3x to him my food comes out the order was wrong and he forgot my fries –_​– my sons pancake was stale the coffee was cold, overall just not a good experience definitely not going back there.

Had breakfast here while waiting for my tires to be rotated. Got to say that is nice it’s so close to so much stuff. Had a great breakfast, the service was great, I’ll stop by again in the future.

It was ok? We had a senior citizen who spilled ice tea from moving to fast– my wife’s crepes were oily — like they deep fried it in other orders and the server was nice — no tip

Marcia is awesome, but the hostess sat me and then I sat there for 20 minutes without being addressed, offered water or receiving condiments. Marcia apologized on behalf of the other employee. Then my crepes I ordered were burned and hard. I asked if Marcia if she could take them off the tab and she said she couldn’t but would give me some to go or discount the meal. Overall, not a good experience here.

My service was fast. The food is what I would expect it to be at an IHOP. My waitress was OK. It can get loud when it’s busy.

I haven’t been to an IHOP in years so I decided to come to this one. I was served by very nice people like they were so nice that I wanted to give them a good review. Thank you Marcia. Thank you Samantha. You were all very nice to a new customer

When you walk into a restaurant rarely do you get a warm, happy, cheerful welcome. But here you do!!! As soon as my kids and I walked in we were greeted by Marcia! She made our visit so enjoyable! My kids couldn’t stop saying how nice she is. She wasn’t just warm, cheerful, and happy when we walked in, she was this way our entire time there!!! She made our day! Thank you Marcia!!! :) Now that’s customer service!!!

Went at 8am on a Wednesday while waiting for my car at Firestone.
Not too many people but I had to wait a minute to be seated. Still, I was greeted [read: acknowledged] and told if be helped momentarily. Service was fast and good. My server was Lesslee, a kind older woman who called everyone baby girl or baby boy, which didn’t bother me.
I’d come back

The pancakes and french toast were extremely under cooked. The bacon and hash brown were burnt. We asked for coffee and waited about 30 minutes until we reminded our waitress for it. Through out our meal, our waitress did not check up on us. We had to continuously get her attention. We waited 35 minutes total for our food to arrive. This location does not deserve any stars at all. I do not recommend dining here.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Got greeted and seated immediately. Coffee and food came out quick. All the employees that saw me smiled and said hi. Server was attentive. Everyone is just so dang nice. Great way to start a day!

My SO’s first time at an IHOP. Shocked. Surprisingly, the place is pretty packed on a Saturday morning. I ordered a healthy omelette and my SO ordered some french toast. Overall, we enjoyed our meal. I ordered a hot chocolate– small and overly sweet. Probably the only downside of the meal. Service is decent. Not a bad place to come to for brunch/​breakfast but I definitely won’t come here for lunch.

These food were served kind of cold still, it felt like stuffed French toast was warmed up because inside was soft and outside crust was hard. The crepes was a bit cold as well.
Waiters were alright, a girl looked very nervous doing her job, and one chef kept starring for no apparent reason.
Place ran out of tea, only stew coffee was available for hot drinks. The cup still had lipstick on the side so my mom didn’t end up drinking her iced water and I offered her my orange juice.
Awful experience :(I’ve had better IHOP in Roseville.

In the past, I have had terrible service at this IHOP location. I wrote a Unilocal review describing my experience and was offered a free meal for two people that I never took the owner up on. I vowed to never eat here again. My boyfriend was really wanting brinner tonight and IHOP is the closest place to where we live and so he convinced me to give it one more try. I am very glad he did.
When we went in, I mentioned that I had received a message from the owner saying I could contact him for a voucher for two free meals and just never took him up on it. I then proceeded to ask if it would be possible for them to honor it anyway. I was immediately told not to worry about it and they would comp the meals.
One of my original complaints was that the service was EXTREMELY slow when there wasn’t enough customers for there to be a reason for it. Tonight, we received an excellent level of service. Rhiannon was attentive but not smothering. Our food came at a decent pace and was exactly how we ordered it. Rhiannon also made sure to tell us at the end that our entire check was covered.
Even if they hadn’t been able to honor the free meals, I would have still written this review and changed my rating because Rhiannon was absolutely fantastic. I will be giving this location my business again in the future.

Okay food, service was average
But this location will never be able to handle typical rush times because it is soooo small.
Basically, if you only have 30minutes do not come to this ihop, or uwait.

Marcia is one of the best servers I have ever come across. She is funny, sweet and very kind! She works very hard and deserves a visit. Will come back just for her!

Its a IHOP, really expect a «meet expectations» only experience while I treated my wife to way to much sugar for dinner. Yes, we had pancakes with assorted toppings with eggs and bacon. Not just pancakes, they were specialty pancakes, replete with extra drizzles of sweetness and fruit.
We were pleasantly surprised at speediness of the friendly service and taste of the food.
The dining experience exceeding our expectations.
The restaurant is small-​ish, but comfortable and of course the prices affordable.

I’ve enjoyed dining at this IHOP location on more than a dozen occasions, and each time the food was delicious! The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. I’ve found the staff friendly and attentive. In fact, during my most recent visit, the server, Jose, was exceptionally pleasant (our beverages constantly refreshed, condiments offered before being requested, extra napkins-​he was fantastic!). The restaurant was clean, all the tables promptly bussed, and seating was offered seconds after we entered. There are many dining options available in the Walmart/​Ikea complex, but none offer the service, comfort, and food options that IHOP provides. A great dining choice for families, couples, or if you are looking for an enjoyable meal by yourself!
