I made the mistake of stopping by this location rather than picking up from a favorite Sacramento location. As my daughter keeps telling me: they are cheap! The meat portion is rather thrifty. I’ll buy in Sacramento on my way home from work!

So I know you totally can’t ever make everyone happy at chipotle locations — there’s always something — but I seriously can’t complain about anything here! I was very happy with my most recent visit here. There’s plenty of seating, they pack on the toppings — including the meat, and the food tastes fresh! New favorite chipotle location for sure~ I usually order a Barbacoa burrito bowl with brown rice and fajita veggies, corn and mild salsa, a pinch of sour cream, lettuce, pinto beans and cheese.(+ guac if I’m feeling it) I ordered online today cause I wasn’t sure if there would be a wait and I came in at 2:30pm for my 2:45pm bowl — it was ready immediately and I was able to use a coupon easily. Staff are friendly, talkative, but also super attentive. The metal tables are spotless, everything is spotless. They’re constantly walking around the whole restaurant checking if anyone needs anything and chatting with customers to ask how their meal is going. I’m impressed, especially coming from the Davis location, where sometimes service can take 45 minutes(sigh, college towns) It’s right off the freeway and service + food are great, I’ll be back!

I order the steak salad($ 7.70) and it was a small portion. $ 1.95 for a half scoop of guacamole. The«steak» was tough to say the least. Walked away hungry. This was the first and last time for Chipotle. BTW the total came to $ 10.42.

I’m glad they know what it means to keep your customers happy. There was a hiccup during the speedy chicken bowl-making process, and the employee added steak to my bowl. I didn’t want that, but instead of being wasteful, and throwing it away, they offered to let me keep it AND the chicken for free. Of course! Thanks. At the register, the gal couldn’t penny out ‘just the steak’, so instead of passing that unfortunate circumstance to much, they just gave me the meal for free. Nice! Kudos to this location.

Today I decided to use my free burrito rain check that Chipotle gave to customers when they closed their stores nationwide for lunch a few weeks back. When I checked out the cashier seemed to be genuinely annoyed that I was using it. I thought that the free burrito was meant to bring customers back after the E. coli debacle? I expected the cashier to be a bit more friendly about the fact that I was giving Chipotle another shot after losing my business. Instead, she huffed, scanned my coupon, and sent me on my way without a word spoken. It’s a shame that the«training» the workers received after all that happened didn’t stick. Oh well.

I’ll make this easy and quick. A female employee had a bad attitude a real bad one. I reported it to manager Nick. Told him what happened and he asked me to come back for a better experience. So I did met with Ashley and she took care of us. Yes theres usually always one bad seed in a company. I was just very nice of them to lose a few dollars to make up for my bad experience. So I will keep going back there. That bad seed they had only happen to me one time out of the many years I’ve been going there.

It’s 9:30 place is steady with customers which is great! Service is dull an you can tell staff doesn’t enjoy their job. The lady making our food was non responsive. Food came out great but man was it an uncomfortable experience. Cheer up guys. Your getting paid. Enjoy it.

My food wasn’t bad and nothing really wrong with it at all. Now the real problem came with the staff! They were all pretty friendly and accommodating. As I’m sitting there eating one of the employees take their break, he proceeds to make his burrito bowl and goes straight in the kitchen near his coworker that’s cooking and just stands the eating! It was gross!!! I’ve worked in the food service and I know that is a big No, No! He actually ate the whole bowl in there and I just thought it was so nasty. I almost wanted to say something. Where’s the manager? Crew leader? Sheesh someone to school this guy.

My husband and I went during lunchtime so it was pretty busy. Line wasn’t out the door so it wasn’t THAT busy. We went down the usual line and the service wasn’t too friendly but then again it never really is. Paid and decided to sit down since there was an open table. We usually don’t eat there because there’s never any inside seats and today was just a tad bit too warm for our liking. Anyways we start eating our food and we’re more than halfway through when my husband says there’s plastic in his burrito! Seriously?! Sure enough he pulls it out and I tell him to go and report it. The employees should at least know they aren’t being careful enough and need to be a little more careful! Anyways, I end up taking it up there and the speak to the cashier named Brittany.(light skinned African American with glasses) who just looks at me and says ok. OK?! That’s it? I was expecting at least an apology and that they will speak with the line staff or whoever takes off the plastic etc. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering anymore burritos from Chipotle.(We’ll still go there, will just be ordering bowls and then a side of tortilla so we can see what we put into the burrito.) This could have happened anywhere but for them to not acknowledge it is just bad.

Chipotle is my favorite place to get a salad. I think/hope it’s healthier than a burrito. I absolutely love it. This one was busy at lunch time, but went quick and was clean.

Once in awhile I’ll meet my husband for lunch since he works in the area, and we will always come to this Chipotle. I always get a steak burrito bowl and he always gets a chicken burrito. The food is always great, very consistent. The crew always have smiles and are always nice to us. Never had a bad experience here! And here’s a tip: If you want something on the side, say«On the side» FIRST before you say what it is you want on the side, otherwise if you say«salsa on the side» chances are they are putting it on there before you can finish your sentence. Can’t blame them, they work fast to keep the line moving! :) I haven’t had a problem since I figured out that gem!

Got the tiniest chipotle burrito ever today. The food is good, the service is mediocre though — hit or miss. And today they totally scrimped on the ingredients. Do I need to get double everything just to get a decent portion??? Total ripoff for what they charge!

haha it already has less stars than any of the other Chipotle location, but I’ll take this one down further. This particular location puts half as much meat on as any other location I’ve been to, which normally wouldn’t take away all their stars, but they put on twice as much salsa to try and compensate for it, which ends up turning what could potentially be a possibly mediocre burrito into something undeniably gross. Having 9 squares of meat bathed in 2 ounces of what isn’t especially very good salsa to begin with is just disgusting. This last time when they rolled the burrito up, the salsa violently squirted out of the end in such a displeasing way that I had to just leave it there with them and walk out. They have great staff though, really nice. I will still never give this location another chance. This review is just for this particular location.

I like how Chipotle has online ordering. You know why? Because the line is always out the darn door. You know why the line is out the darn door? Because the food is so good. My office always orders online and I go and pick it up in the store, and beat the whole line! In and out 5 mins! The food is always great! Fresh, and made as they go. Today we did have an incident where the order wasn’t right, but I called in and spoke to Stephanie which I believe was the manager and she was very helpful, understanding, and great customer service to provide a solution. And for that alone, we will always come back. Thanks Chipotle staff!

Came in and was greeted fairly okay. The woman there didn’t hear anything I said their at time but that’s ok. They were acting as if it were so busy and it wasn’t. I got my food in under 5 minutes. It took 10m to get home and my food was cool as if I had it sitting out for an hour or so. I haven’t been to chipotle because there isn’t one close my home or work. But what I do know is that I won’t be back to this location. Good didn’t taste bad, the medium salsa was good, but Luke warm food with the foil top is not okay. Pros: Convenient, Fast, Semi-Friendly Cons: Cold food

Hands-down the worst chipotle I have been to yet. Just because I didn’t want rice in my burrito did not mean that I wanted double the black beans. What is this Taco Bell? I told her no before she put more black beans on and she still dropped them on there?! Then to add insult to injury she gave me a TINY scoop of meat. As she handed my burrito off to the next gal I asked if she could put a little more meat on there to which she immediately chirped«you want double meat?» No and I know what that means $$$ btw, how about just a typical amount that you would get at ANYOTHER Chipotle(No, I didn’t say it like that, I just kindly asked for a little more). Know what she did? She literally scooped up TWOPIECESOFCHICKEN. Nice. Definitely not worth the $ 9+ Price tag. The only reason why I’m even giving it TWO stars is because I support Chipotle as a franchise. In regards to customer service and how they construct the product? This location gets NOSTARS and no future business from me/us.

Located in front of Walmart in West Sacramento. This one of the many Chipotles located across the country. Place gets fairly busy and often a line out the door. You have burrito, taco, chips, along with a variety of mild to medium salsas or hot sauce. Orders are made through store or online. Staff is quick and friendly. Food comes properly cooked, grilled and ready for dine in or take out. Good: fast for being so busy. Bad: not today. Overall a four star for being consistent and quick. I’ll come back.

I love chipotle ! However I never feel like I get my money’s worth at this location, that or I get more than my money’s worth at other locations! I still love the food and the staff! Quick service at this one as well! I just wish they were a little more generous on the portions! Look at my picture. most other chipotles the bowl is a lot fuller. I’ve been to this location 3 times and have been content once and disappointed twice with their portions.
