Burger King

This Burger King isn’t ghetto at all. Clean atomism here. Clean cut service A+. Food came out fast and hot. Located in the shopping center of Wal Mart and IKEA they also have a drive thru which is just as quick. Love Burger King’s fries. Not a large location but suitable for a quick bite. Perfect for the area.

Decent Burger King venue. Haven’t gotten my order wrong yet, which is a good thing. So yesterday I was hungry and felt I’d try something new so I ordered the Halloween Whopper. My wife cringed at the thought as I took a bite. (She could only take a bite and had to shut her lovely eyes) but overall just a regular whopper just added coloring to the flour. I like this bold move BK made and was delighted to try it out. Other family members still too hesitant to try it with me. Overall 3 out of 5 for this BK.

I’ll have to agree with others that have reviewed the place. The service in the evening was pretty slow but that could have been due to manpower. Although there was on 1 person in front of me in the line and they waited a few minutes before somebody showed up at the register.
We were able to figure out what we wanted pretty easily. We watched them make all our food and they microwaved everything. What ever happened to Have It Your Way… I could have went to Walmart next door and got food that I could have microwaved.
I noticed the sign for the extra charge on the sauces afterwards as we ordered chicken nuggets.
I also used the men’s room in this visit and I opened the door to go in, but there was someone already inside. I quickly closed the door. When the guy came out, he said it looks like the lock is broken.
Next time I’ll try another restaurant nearby.

Came in with a coupon I got in the mail today 2 whoppers, 2 small fries, and 2 small drinks for $ 8.99. Not a bad price (with coupon of course), this location is clean and quiet. Kind of an odd location but its right across from Wal Mart.

I normally love this Burger King but today’s experience put an end to that. My co-​worker and I went there for lunch. Going through the drive through we gave a very simple order, followed by a second order. I realized before pulling away that the persons mind was elsewhere, was not paying attention, and had put the two orders together. We called out and told them and we could hear their frustration as they told us to come to the window. When we came to the window we were told that corporate was there right now and they couldn’t do anything about it. They wanted us to pull to around to the front and they would bring us out our food. I looked at the receipt, told the driver no. That the order was wrong. They came back to the window, told us to move forward. We explained that the order was wrong. That we wanted a regular, double whopper, not a triple Texas whopper whatever with bacon and jalapenos. he called someone over who said to cash out the difference to move us forward. Then told us they would bring us the right one. Well I just ate lunch and the burger I received was not what I ordered. I did not order a double burnt, double cheese burger, with green tomatoes, and jalapenos. Or a water drink with a slight tea flavoring to it with maybe a hint of sweetener. All I wanted was a simple double whopper with cheese, small fry, and a sweet tea.
I understand that corporate visits make people nervous. If you work in a customer service industry however you need to get over this nervousness and step up your game. It is shenanigans like this that are the reasons the reviews for this location are all over the place. Solid leadership, builds solid employees.
I would be more than welcome to field a response from this location to help them address some of their issues should they care to pursue them.

Second visit will be my last.
Breakfast bisquit with egg and bacon. The eggs were fresh and warm but had no flavor. A few dashes of pepper would have greatly improved the flavor. The minuscule bit of bacon was irrelevant to tbe meal. The cheese or better to say yellow glue called cheese was present on tbe sandwich wrapper but not the sandwich.
The hash browns tasted like grease and nothing more.
The coffee tastes like burnt dirt.
Jeremy paid $ 13 for us to eat and we should have gone to ihop and used the free breakfast coupon.
Oh well won’t be back here.

Only reason for 1 star is be I have to give a star. But this is one of the worse experience I’ve ever had with a Burger King. First they had a person who spoke very little English as the cashier & it was very hard to understand her and her to understand our order.
Once we got the food it was nasty and cold. The onion rings were not fresh at all; you can tell it has been sitting out for more than a couple hours. Our burger was cold and the bun was hard like it was made a few days ago. The ICEE coke was flat. Also the manger on duty seemed to be more in tuned to the football game being televised on their TV!
Horrible experience and will not be returning at all; I rather drive up the road to mc Donald’s or in and out for better customer service and food!

I am only giving 1 star because you have to rate this place.
I go to this store 2 to 3 times a month. EVERY time there is a problem with my order !
Well, today I’ve had it !!!
I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and Oreo Milkshake. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food, then I went to my car and drove off. I got 2 blocks away and thought «This bag seems awful small» so I opened the bag and my chicken sandwich is not in the bag !! By now, I am so mad I can’t even go back to this place.
I called the manager and all she said was «I am sorry, we are trying to work on the problems. Come back and I will get you a free meal next time».
I told her that I am not coming back any more ever again.
This Burger King sucks !! The owner needs to know that the employees either don’t speak English or can’t read English.
DO NOT GO HERE !!!

When I need a flame broiled fix, I stop in at the nearest. Whopper, no cheese, extra bacon and no lettuce. Heavy mayo and ketchup. Yeah, once a year and I am good.

I have never seen a more pathetic Rodeo Burger, than I did here. I ordered 2 Rodeo burgers, and 2 Whopper Jrs for my husband and I, and I was pretty disappointed with the whole order. Small Burger King joint here, and it was not crowded considering it was lunch time. The cashier was what seemed to be in a hurry to snag my money, as well as the cook seemed to be in a hurry when my burger was made.
It was literally two buns with nothing on them, a tiny frozen, liquid smoke infested gray patty, and an onion ring with a squirt in the middle of bbq. And when I asked the lady for a side of bbq sauce she tried charging me.. . If only my burger was made with love like a Krabby Patty :(I know its Burger King, but come on. Mcdonalds even does a better job than that.

Only one person in front of us and it took 10 minutes to complete our order. Besides the people in front of us, there was no one else in the store. At least we could see the food was heated up fresh…

This location is awesome. The food is consistent and really good every time and all the ingredients taste fresh. The people that work here have always been really nice. It’s a pleasant experience every time I come.

It was okay customer service. They could cut down on waste and supply cost if they suggest using the pump, instead of just giving me 7 packets of ketchup when I don’t even like ketchup. Also their satisfies are not good. And my bun was burnt.

Called this place for vegetarian burger. The gentleman laughs and hangs up without answering. Very rude. Will not be going back even if its close to my work. Rather drive a little or theres plenty of other places around same area i rather eat.

I was really excited to see that a burger kind had been opened in West Sacramento finally but i decided to go a few times before writing this review just in case i was coming in on a bad day or time. As it turns out this burger king just sucks.
While the food here is good and what you would expect from burger king, the service is VERY slow. Not just inside but in the drive thru. The past few times i have gone through their drive-​thru ive ordered 3 value meals and was asked to park because something i ordered was going to take «2 minutes.» Well, thats fine i know things happen, but when im sitting it the parking lot for 15 – 20 minutes waiting for the food it isnt such «fast» food now is it?
Had this scenerio only happened to me once i probably would let it go, but i kid you not– the past few times ive used the drive thru to order three meals, i have been told to park and had to wait and ended up stting there for 15 – 20 minutes. Tonight was my last time visiting this burger king for this reason.
There are plenty of other drive thru’s in west sacramento that are much quicker and still have good food. Next time im in the area ill likely hit up the in-​n-​out instead, since they know how to run a drive-​thru.
Get it together Burger King, or you will lose more customers than just me!

Good food, clean lot. Customer service in the drive through could be a little better.
I had asked for light ketchup and mustard so I can eat and drive but I guess to them less means more??? Smart asses maybe??? I dunno but I was TICKED! I wipped it all off with a napkin and left it for them to deal with. Get someone who knows what less is, please!

I love having Burger king alongside other Fast-​Food restaurants
because their Whoppers are delicious although high in calories.
Because I started my first job nearby I was recently visiting
occasionally for a snack which is so far the best since in the
morning its empty and I’m the only one there besides the fast
food members.
They immediately await to take your order most likely because
theirs not much to since not much people come in and within
3 or 4 minutes your orders ready.
The only thing i’d recommend is that they bring their drinks to a
dollar like McDonald’s because I spend it seems a little more
on that when getting a large soda. =)

As I am constantly bitching about the lack of Burger Kings in the area, I almost peed my pants with excitement as the kiddo exclaimed «Look mom! There’s a Burger King?»
So I followed a double rainbow to my little pot of golden burger-​love!
Burger King has to be my favorite fast food burger, and I will drive out of my way to get my grubby hands on their meat!
But, this BK is the pimp-​daddy BK of them all. It’s so brand-​spankin’ new that it still has a residual aroma of sawdust (yes, aroma — not odor).
And, really?! They even have a flatscreen! It was also so new, as it was still wrapped in plastic.
The customer service was outstanding (I was offered spicy sauce). One of the employees even sprinted out the front door to deliver food to a car waiting outside. Yes, the drive-​thru is open. But, it’s nice to know some people still go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy, and a repeat offender.
They have free WiFi too! I may set up cot there.
