Purchased a rain jacket still had tags on it and I had receipt would not give me a refund unless I had the same card.
What if your card expired or you got a new one? Was told it the law? Really what a lie.
Won’t be shopping here anymore due to return policy and lies

The store was very neat, clean, and organized. The employees offered to «help me find something» but their women’s section is limited. And when I say limited, I mean a teeny tiny section of a couple plain dickies and some scrubs. I was looking for police gear, women’s of course, no luck. I was also looking for kids stuff and no luck there either. It should be called MENS barebones workwear.

As a woman walking into a ‘work clothing store’ I am used to people assuming that I’m lost, or shopping for my husband or something to that effect. So, in all honesty, I expected that at bare bones. As I walked in however, the 2 female employees barely acknowledged my presence and seemed to be annoyed that I was there at all. After a few mins, when I found the work boots I was looking for, I pretty much had to beg one of the employees for help. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Also, this shop is very limited in regards to women’s work wear, all they had are a few shirts, pants, and mainly scrubs. As if women don’t work doing plumbing, electrical or HVAC. Really ridiculous. I’d give it no stars if it were an option.

This was my second time in and it was even better of an experience than the first. Went in originally for a pair of work pants, Melissa helped me find what I was looking for. Even though they didn’t have in stock what I was looking for she gave me the option of ordering. That was great! While I was there I asked about my boots that I bought there 6 months ago. Although they were still in ok shape, they had a one year warranty. Melissa said they would replace them free of charge! After all the work she did I wanted to buy something! She rings me up and says no charge, I had a 10 dollar reward on my account from previous purchases! This store and staff are great and I will continue to frequent them. Good job!

Well here’s an update and not a pleasant one! As the store gets older I notice the supply of scrub colors decrease and never seem to restock? Every visit the brand I buy always runs out of colors less and less… so I wonder do they ever restock? I asked one of the clerks here he said once a week but that didn’t seem true. I guess early bird gets the worm.
Anyways what made me even more disappointed of this place is one clerk slim blonde chick at the register, I came in looking for a stethoscope found the one I wanted pointed it out, took a closer look and asked her put it back (open box display) and grab another black one for me to purchase. She gave me this look as if I was stupid and states «this is black» I looked at her back and said, «well that’s an open box display random people have been touching, I would like a new black unopened box» she then huffs and puffs as if grabbing another box under the display box was so difficult. I let it go… as my back was turned talking to my BF, I used my the corner of my eye to glance at her every now and then. She took a couple of seconds yet I did see her close a box, I assumed she was putting away the display opened box back and didn’t want to judge her cause I could have been wrong. As I finished my transaction I asked her if this was a new box she stated yes and there was another look of rolling her eyes. I trusted her and didn’t want to be a bad person and assume the worst nor make a scene. As I got into the car I opened the box and sure enough it was the DISPLAY OPENED BOX STETHOSCOPE! I was extremely annoyed and pissed off! This BITCH really had the nerve! How do I know? Well new stethoscopes don’t have finger prints and ear debris and dust on them if the box was closed! This is disgusting but me I rather just sanitize it instead of regulating on her ASS. It’s like seriously if you hate your job that much don’t FUCKING work there! Every time I see her now I just get pissed off ugh! GET THAT GARBAGE OUT THERE, SHE DOESNT DESERVE TO WORK IF SHES WORKING HALF ASS!
Oh yeah! Before I even walked in the store they were having a sale my BF walked in first and sure enough she greeted him with a flirty remark «Hi…Oh you must be here for the balloons too» (giggles to herself) and right behind him I walk in and my BF calls me Babe she quickly hushes… Oh yeah thanks for greeting me too… NOT! I guess it would have only worked if I was a guy. SMDH thirsty girls these days. Yeah I can take a joke but not at a store where a normal greeting should be appropriate!
Just sucks this is the closet place I could find quality scrubs instead of online.

Great selection and the staff is always so very helpful. Prices are good too I thought they might be priced high but they aren’t. They’re very affordable.
