I arrived on time for my flight to New Jersey and everything went well until I got to this coffee store. They need to realize they need more than one cashier because every time I come here there’s a line that takes forever. It is crazy how people are complaining about the waiting time and they are doing nothing about it. It is sad that this branch’s manager hasn’t change customer service even though they know there’s no time to waste when it comes to airports. I’m not lying when I say every time I come to this Starbucks there are people complaining about the slow service they are offering here. Because of this, customers get frustrated and of course their staff seem to be always mad at them. Their food inventory isn’t the greatest either. And their coffee… Oh well. Same old, same old.

Just your usual Starbucks. Was here at 630am. There was a long line. They ran out of certain breakfast items, or maybe didn’t have any from the beginning. There are 2 stations for you to add milk and cream to your coffee. Only one of the stations actually had milk and cream. The other was empty and useless.

Unorganized. I ordered a Venti water and Venti iced green tea sweetened at the register/cashier. When I got to the window where we’re suppose to pick up our drinks, all I got was my water. It took awhile while I was waiting patiently until the lady asked me if I was waiting for something and I had to show here my receipt for my tea. Tea was made and it was soo warm that the drink itself melted the ice quickly. Not to mention it wasn’t sweetened. Perhaps if the baristas weren’t busy conversing with each other and paying attention to the customers, my drink wouldn’t have been forgotten and made right.

Terrible service… But 2 stars bc my drink was decent. Asked for my drink specifically«a little less sweet», so the cashier told the barista to not put any pumps of sweetness. Went over to watch my drink being made and asked the barista if she could add pumps of syrup bc I wasn’t sure if I completely wanted no syrup! She rudely said back, «She [the cashier] said to not put sweetness.» So I had to ask again so she’d do it. She poured the already-blended drink into a cup and pumped the syrup on top. I didn’t ask for it to be re blended because I really felt like a bother at that point. The barista scowled and talked to her shift manager(?) and although it was in another language, it’s not hard to tell its about the annoying guest with seemingly difficult requests. When my drink was done, I thought I was asked«No whip cream, yeah?» So I said«yea». They started putting whip cream on so I said«Oh, no whip cream.» Got a rude snap saying«I just asked you and you said yeah.» Not trying to blow this out of proportion but I’m just taken aback that the barista would rather argue then just simply fix or listen to what I wanted for my drink(which isn’t actually that hard: a little less sweetness, no whip). It literally takes less than a minute to reblend and none at all to not add whip cream. Ofc anyone who needs their Starbucks fix after passing security will have to come to this location, but just a heads up that they treat guests like crap, for those that care about customer service.

Coffee airside so that you can’t sleep on your flight to Atlanta. Ha. In all seriousness, this is a useful coffee stop near the Delta gates so that you can get a latte and a cookie to get you going. The barista who put my drink together was fast fast fast.

I asked for an passion ice team lemonade. It was horrible. I am not a coffee drinker but I love the teas that they offer. What I got here was two commercial boxes of ingredients mixed together. Granted this is a satellite location in an airport, don’t lower your quality standards. Push out a consistent and superior product every time.

I can’t get myself to give a coffee chain a 5 since there’s nothing remotely interesting or unique about it. But as far as Starbucks go this was the fastest I’ve seen. It was very convenient, the staff were nice and it was the best option in the airport.

I have come to expect awesome friendly service from Starbucks. I was caught off guard when this wasn’t the case. I ordered my regular coffee with cold soy and when they charged me for the soy I pointed out that they should only charge for soy when it is over 4 oz. The response from the manager was«we always charge for soy at this location». I politely declined my coffee and said I wasn’t paying for a splash of soy. She didn’t care.

Just experienced the quickest, friendliest Starbucks on planet earth. Edson was super-quick, almost like he’d read my mind. Fedleine had a super smile that she shared. The crew here, at pre-6AM, on Tuesday morning is outstanding professionalism. (Who’d ever thought that I’d take the time to write a review about a Starbucks!)

Fast service I used the Starbucks App. No problems and I can carry my Starbucks on the plane I guess there were other problems with other reviewers but I just rushed right through

Horrible Starbucks where the three employees were talking in another language and making fun of each customer as they left with their drink. The supervisor was the worst of them all as he violated three Starbucks allergy rules in the preparation of my one drink. A good Frappachino for a flight is never a bad thing but the tools working here and the nasty taste of my drink will make me think twice the next time. This is the location BEHIND security in the C concourse.
