Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location is convenient to airport and cheap gas when returning car (Walmart up the road). They price match and are by far the fastest company in the airport! Hertz is a nightmare. Nice friendly service

Two stars only because they price matched my reservation at Budget. I like Enterprise & try to use them whenever possible. One star for general service — refused to check me in at airport because of the price matching. Shuttle took forever then I had to wait for a particular person at the off site location. Car running & waiting after I finished paperwork which was nice EXCEPT they never told me how to turn the car off. I ended up spending 28 minutes trying to get a human being on the phone for instructions as the radio doesn’t go off when the engine shuts down and I was afraid I’d end up with a dead battery.
ZERO stars for phone service and availability. It should not take 28 minutes to get a person on the phone. Inexcusable & very frustrating. Next time, I may just go with Budget.

Don’t believe their slogan“we pick you up” ’cause it’s a lie. Made a reservation, was told we would be picked up at 9:30. 9:30 turned into sometime between 930 and 12 noon because they were having a busy morning of pick-​ups. Long story, short… we waited two and a half hours and they never showed up nor did they ever call. Called the office and it was closed! Called the 800 number was put on hold for half an hour during which time I was repeatedly told what an important customer I was for them… Nice way to treat a Customer, eh? Ended up getting screwed. They left me on my vacation with no transportation and they managed to ruin my weekend thanks Enterprise I’ll make sure I never call upon your service or so-​called service again. They suck!

I rarely write reviews but I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to the staff at Enterprise Rent A Car near PBI airport. We came here at midnight after another rental car company we had reserved a car and infant car seat with weeks in advance could not give us a proper infant car seat. It was missing key parts that hook the seat into the car. So needless to say I was desperate for a car and safe car seat rental for my daughter. Enterprise had few cars left on their lot so late in the day but they worked with us to give us everything we needed and stayed open late to accommodate our last minute request. Thank you! You saved our vacation and prevented us some sleeping in the airport with my nine month old daughter.

I only use enterprise everywhere I go. This is the worst one I have been to. Rude. Dirty car. No fuel in the car. Told me to return it empty. I returned it empty and they didn’t believe that I got it empty. Shuttle driver on the phone.

The way in which you get a car from this place is so backwards. You wait for a shuttle. Then you wait in a line at the lot. Then you take a seat. Then they go find a car — walk you out and give it to you. There are people waiting everywhere. Waiting and waiting and waiting — and it’s 11pm — I can’t imagine how terrible this is at a busy time.
Please rethink your process. This is awful.
What happened to pre-​pay and walk to a car assigned to you on a board. In. Out. Done.
I would definitely NOT rent from this location again.

Rented a van from the truck rental store and was quite pleased with the level of service. My only negative is they do not accept cash.

I recently had a mostly positive experience at this airport-​based Enterprise, to my welcome surprise. The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is that they (naturally) charge inflated airport-​based rental prices.
Very efficient service from check-​out back to check-​in. While it was busy on the Saturday that I picked up my rental car, the staff was courteous and did not give the impression of being under stress from the large volume of customers. The car, a newer Toyota Corolla (classic rental car), ran great all the way down to Key West and back, as well as locally around the West Palm area.
Check-​in a few days later was also remarkably efficient. I drove right in to the clearly marked drop-​off area, the associate scanned a barcode, handed me my receipt, and that was that! A small shuttle was waiting adjacent to the drop-​off area to whisk me to the airport, and less than 10 minutes later, I was where I needed to be for my flight back to the north. Well done, Enterprise PBI!

Everything went smoothly except the car was a bit dirty, the brakes a bit squeaky, and the rental agent a bit too hardheaded to understand the first few times we told him we didn’t need insurance.

I travel often on business, and always use Enterprise. The WPBI Airport Enterprise provided such terrible service that I considered returning my car. Do not EVER arrive past midnight and hope to speak with an Enterprise employee. Nobody was at the desk. Nobody told me Enterprise does not have a transportation shuttle, which left me to assume that I needed to hop on the National shuttle. This caused me to wait for 30 extra minutes at the airport, at which point I was very angry. Nobody was at the Enterprise counter once we arrived at the remote rental location, which seemed to leave the poor National employees confused. It took a lot of effort not to get upset with them for the entire experience, but my wife reminded me that they were not the ones to blame.
All of this to pay $ 900 to rent a car for 8 days? No, thanks.

I didn’t have to wait at all for the shuttle. The shuttle driver helped me with me walker and my suitcase. My reservation was handled quickly and efficiently.
Shane was my agent. When I explained I was still recovering from two hip replacements, Shane helped me find a car that allowed me to sit up straight, easily load my walker and allow my suitcase to slide in and out of the back without a lot of effort. I drove away in a new Nissan Juke with less than 3000 miles. it was perfect. I drove it down to Miami Friday night and all around Miami and Miami Beach the next day. I never used more than a tank of gas.
Due to illness, I had to cut my vacation short, and there was Shane again at the check-​in station. My papers were handled quickly and efficiently AND the attendant ran after me with the CD I had left in the player!

I booked through Expedia which was fine. When I arrived the guy assumed I wanted premium insurance and I said absolutely not around it or any insurance. He then provided me the forms where I apparently signed off on insurance and they stuck me with $ 100 of extra charges when I returned the car. I did not have the time to rectify the situation then, and two subsequent calls to the location were not returned. Thieves.

This is the first time I’ve used Enterprise for work purposes.
The rental car facility is off site from the airport (which is always a minor let down for me) but the staff and service was unbelievable! From Javier, who was our shuttle driver, graciously helped lift and place everyone’s bags on the shuttle, and then took down our last names, so that when we arrived at the site there were 4 Enterprise staff waiting for us individually. My person that escorted me to my car was Colin. He was courteous and friendly and even pulled my luggage and loaded it into the car for me.
Have to say, I don’t know why I haven’t been using Enterprise more often for work. Great job!
