Subway

After I bought my sandwich, which tasted extremely processed. I asked them to change my one dollar into four quarters. As the lady was literally putting the change into the machine, she didn’t break up my dollar.

No customer service the guy that works at night shift (12:00) refused to let me go in the restroom. I wanted to get sandwiches, but there is no restroom service before you pay …

Im a regular customer in most subway restaurants but this place is a worst place to go. No customer concern and worst restroom is always not available for customers. You bet these people are just lazy to do their job and tired of working.

Maybe it was my fault for ordering the Hot Pastrami Melt at 7 AM. It was tasty while I ate it, but not so tasty when I vomited it back up, in the afternoon. It was the only thing I ate that day. I suspect that the meat was sitting out too long from the night before, so it hadn’t been properly refrigerated or swapped out. I noticed a couple of other reviews here complaining about getting food poisoning… if you get sick you should report it to the local health department so that they work on the issue.

I like this Subway location. It’s on the other side of the freeway from my work. I can walk there very easily. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t come to this one if I didn’t work so close though. Parking looks a little tricky as there are a few restaurants sharing the same small parking lot in front.
There’s always a line at this location, but it never takes that long. It’s not too big, not too small. They have everything I would expect from a Subway. I love their tuna subs and chocolate chip cookies.

Let’s sum it all up
Pros: open 24 hours
Cons: cockroaches found around the restaurant. I asked for 2 cups of broccoli cheddar soup but they ran out so only gave me 1 order that was half full. Bread was stale, lettuce and sauce was not evenly distributed in the sandwich.
Just save your time and go a different location that has better service because obviously, the workers look like they HATE their job.

This subway is 24hours, and I love it. They are a little short staffed on the overnights but understandable during the slow time of the day. Their food area is always cleaned up and they always have the different bread types in stock. LOVE that they have feta cheese, not all subways do. I also like that their chicken breast is warm, most subways keep in cold and then microwave it before placing in your sandwich. Parking can be a little tricky during the rush hours.

Horrible! The only reason why I went there was because it’s open ²⁴⁄₇. Like other reviews, I got diarrhea too! They need to read these reviews and do something about it!

Health Warning!
Do not sit or touch the tables & chairs. My friend and I sat for lunch and smelled crap. We then found fecal matter on the side of the table and chairs. The district manager named Mario apologized and wiped it down with napkins. That ain’t how you clean fecal matter fool! You need bleach!

the service SUXXX, change your employees, I always have to deal with ATTITUDE and there is no customer service number to report it.

This subway is the worst subway I have ever been too. It should be closed. First off the staff is rude, don’t Speak English and takes forever for them to understand what you want on your sandwich. Second the homeless in the area make the experience worse and the manager is a child.

I ordered the steak and cheese with chipotle sause for lunch. Ended up sacrificing to the porcelain gods later that afternoon.

It’s subway… this one is clean and decently sized.
The artists are pretty chill… it’s Subway so I don’t expect much. This location is consistent with the grub it cranks out.
The only thing that blows is the parking situation and the constant people outside asking for change.

This Subway is consistently fresh, more so than many others I’ve been to. They are ²⁴⁄₇ but only serve breakfast till 11am. They also take ebt and are conviently right off the 405’s Santa Monica exit. Once in a while they have a server in a bad mood that burns my bread or who’s attitude just brings down the experience but all in all I really love this Subway.

The only reason we went here couple times was just its a ²⁴⁄₇ subway near us and was good for late nigh food. they use to have good behavior employes there even tho it was night shift. Now the worst customer service. The Spanish girl who wear glasses was making my bfs and my sandwich. My bf asked her «can I get buffalo sauce on the side please?» Nothing from her he asked again finally she gave a rude look and without answering gave us the sauce. Then I asked her for napkins, again she gave me that look. It’s a food place with any dish or sandwich you HAVE TO GIVE A napkin on the side. You don’t wait for customer asking for it, not one time 3times. Then Finally we are ready to eat then my bad luck I dropped the napkins on the flor I came back for napkin she said I just gave to the guy I was like ok but you sow I dropped them now please if it’s not hard for you give me new one !
I know it’s not effecting subway business bcuz it’s subway but you need to get new staff seriously cuz you just lost your 2 regular customer. Not coming back here ever. Cuz I need to beg the staff for service

Simple review:
Stale bread. Super duper rude server (07/​22/​13) — African American lady. Broad build. Massive chip on shoulder. But this place is always bad so I only come here when desperate for some late night food. Never again.

I like the consistency of Subway. I always know that I’m going to somewhat enjoy my sandwich and I know exactly what it’s going to taste like regardless of the location.
This Subway is open ²⁴⁄₇ and offers soups and pizzas. Just like the sandwiches, you can choose your pizza toppings and they’ll throw it in the oven and quickly bake it for you. But of course it’s greasy and not the healthiest thing in the world for you.
It’s on kind of a sketchy corner and you’ll find a few bums sitting in the parking lot or at the nearby bus stop. If it weren’t so close to my work, I’d definitely pass on this location and drive a few blocks down Santa Monica Boulevard to the next Subway. But alas, I work around the corner and haven’t been assaulted yet, so I’ll probably keep coming to this one whenever I need a quick sandwich fix.

As good as any other subway. Staff are welcoming, the place is clean, and the sandwiches are decent. When your wallet is tapped out and you need breakfast/​lunch, the $ 5 dollar footlong sandwich is the way to go.

I got a steak and cheese footlong at 1030 pm last night and I believe I got food poisoning because I can’t get off the toilet and my belly hurts :(

You can custom make your own sandwich… and it’s a chain so I don’t know why all the super negative reviews. The pastrami melt is probably my new favorite here — 6″ is around 500 – 600 calories. It’s not the best pastrami I’ve ever had but it’s A-​OK, 3 stars.
Parking can get a little horrendous in this little complex. This location is also 24 hours.
