Service is horrible, food quality has gotten bad throughout the years.

The people-watch-ability is great, and it also attracts a strange crowd. The cocktails are a bit expensive for their quality. Steak tartare is a bit pricey but is also a huge portion and comes with fries. Espresso and service were also good.

Le Petit Four was overall very good. For a Sunday around lunchtime, it wasn’t too crowded. And it’s always nice to see a Ferrari and Lamborghini parked right outside ! I got the frog legs as an appetiser and rainbow trout as a main dish. The food was pretty good. The busboy forgot to bring me ranch sauce for the french fries, but not too big of a deal. The place is reasonably priced considering the location and quality, and I’d probably go back next time I’m in LA.

Excellent service. Fun atmosphere for people watching. The food is always consistent. It’s nice to always know what to expect. The salads and pastas are a great size and full of flavor. The burrata over crispy polenta appetizer special is delicious! A great option if wanting to dine at sunset plaza. Free parking is a nice touch.

Excellent food, had the clams, calamari, dumplings. The dessert was great too. Super value for money. Highly recommended. And yes, Monica was great. Going back again for sure.

Beautiful spot to eat, nice atmosphere and great for people watching. But food is mediocre at best, and service is terrible. We waited 45 mins for our check. Server acted so pretentious. Update: They took my card and then brought it back without even running it. Then waited ANOTHER20 mins. Worst service ever. I should of just left when they brought the check back without charging me…

Great location very sweet lovely waitresses, very friendly manager unfortunately the food from frozen calamaris to frozen French fries w/some greens on top mixed w/sweet potatoes(?), and we tried everything is a catastrophe. Time to review your Chef and I’m sure there are no Chef. I truly cook better. Waste of money and time.

Location Location Location !!! One star for the location. I added another star now giving them 2 stars because the parking in the back is free and easy! Not a very friendly staff at all. The food was mediocre and not worth the $$! My ahi tuna was mostly crusted with sesame seeds and seemed like I got the worst piece of fish ever. The arugula was fine lol Then our waitress who barely came around and never filled our water glasses basically dropped the dessert tray on our table without explaining what each dessert was. Thankfully one of the other waitresses saw this huge tray just sitting there while we’re confused about what’s what and had the courtesy to come up and explain quickly. Then our waitress brought us the bill and circled 18% tip(there were choices of 15, 18 or 20%) and hand wrote in the total we were now obligated to pay. Not sure why she did this? We never complained about the lack of service or the mediocre food. There were only 5 of us(if there’s 6 guests a 20% tip is automatically applied). I used to enjoy this restaurant years ago. It’s aesthetically a lovely restaurant but really need to up their ante on quality of food and service.

Ok, its almost friday… Love this place, try to eat lunch here every friday. Wish Robert, the previous owner was still there. He added such warmth to the place. Carlos at the front is also wonderful man. If you can nab a corner table and just dine, relax, great food, Its just a wonderful place to hang with friends. Very easy parking in the huge parking lot behind.(also good for dodging the TMZ and the paps lol

Actually, I used to come next door to Le Clafoutis restaurant when I hang out with friends but it is closed now unfortunately. None of my friends or I have been here previously. Our party of 4 came here to have a lunch today. We didn’t have any great expectations of this restaurant and maybe that fact didn’t let us down. The restaurant was in a great bustle and had a good casual vibe. Our glasses of water were served with cut lemon, which was good. A basket of bread tasted mediocre. Our dishes also tasted just OK. Service was indifferent, nothing wrong but it was not impressive. IMHO, if you don’t have any idea for lunch or dinner place around here, this place would be neither bad or good. It’s a nice location, free parking, and good for people watching. Although If I wanted to eat something delicious, perhaps I would not come here, but I don’t think it was my last visit. Incidentally, my opinion is Location: 5 Atmosphere: 4.5 Service: 3.8 Food: 3.2

Another work lunch review. We came here for a quick lunch down the street. We had a large group, but were seated immediately outside. I wasn’t super hungry, so I ordered the ceviche salad. The ceviche was atop tostada and topped with avocado. It came with three tostadas, which wasn’t a huge portion, but like I said, I wasn’t too hungry. I’d recommend it as an appetizer if you were really hungry. Service was fine. the dessert tray looked phenomenal. Next time! Updated review: Our boss loves this place so we eat here alllllllllll the time. To be honest none of the food blows my mind, but it isn’t bad, we just tire of coming here constantly.

I really enjoyed this place. I loved how there was free easy access parking on sunset and Hollywood which I feel Is unheard of !!! This place had such a nice ambiance especially sitting outside. The salmon and goat cheese omelet was delicious and the wnat thing was the mussels in cream and wine sauce with a side of frites. I didn’t enjoy the iced coffee it was watery. Took them forever to bring our drinks and certain items on the menu but overall a lively staff. They are so busy but able to seat you fairly quickly which I loved. We didn’t have to wait long and didn’t need a reservation.

Good people watching with a large outdoor sidewalk space with friendly but slow service. Food was pretty average, not bad mind you but nothing to write home about. Close to a 4-star but slow service gets it round down. Not a bad spot to stop and have a glass of wine though.

I’ve read gazillions of reviews on Unilocal with only 1 check-in. I understand that many Unilocalers are trying to hit thousands if not that next 1 millionth review. However, I find that if a review has only 1 check-in and never check in again in the future then this review can merely be either a hit or a miss, right? I mean, when we go to a restaurant, there are just too many components and variables to make the meal enjoyable. When I see a review with just 1 check-in, I basically read it, embrace it and then I move on without really paying too much attention until I see more visits and check ins and updates. Seriously Unilocalers, I can give a 1 check-in restaurant 5 stars because I got lucky and had a great experience while you can visit the same restaurant the very next day and have a total disaster, right? When I see our black badge elite Unilocaler Joan S. with 558 check ins at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or 396 check ins at the Bristol Farms in RHE, I know she must love these places to keep on going there. So if I am ever in those areas Unilocaling, I’d definitely check those places out for sure. So, this is how I feel about Le Petit Four(LP4). I have been to LP4 countless times over the last couple of decades now(since I was a baby… lol) and the place has always been consistently good. That, my Unilocaler friends, is a great place to eat. Whether you’re having a burger, pasta, or a pizza, a steak or even just a salad or any seafood, the place just never misses a beat. Alex, the manager, is super friendly and runs this place right! Renee who helps out Alex when he’s off is also very tentative and super friendly. We’ve had Rose, Lauren, Porshia and lastest, Amal as our waitresses, and they are beautiful, super efficient and always friendly with great attitudes. Amal, from Belgium who speaks fluent French made sure our water was filled all the time and everything was perfect. She was SUPERB! We ordered the tortilla chicken salad and some mussels for dinner tonight, but what really hit the spot was the dessert, apple tart! It was sweet with a bit of sourness, and it was YUM! All of the desserts here on the dessert tray are just out of this world. You just have to try every thing(so that’s the excuse to come). We are so glad that LP4 is so close to us. It’s a hip place on Sunset by the Sunset plaza. With a huge parking lot in the back, there are plenty of FREE(yes free in this town) parking in the back. Whether it’s lunch or dinner, LP4 is always great and a NO BRAINer… YAY twice to LP4.

If you want B.H. at a reasonable price, this is it. Free parking in the back with a back door entrance makes getting here really easy. The part that I really liked was the huge outdoor patio, because really, who wants to sit indoors in B.H. I prefer sitting outside so when the tour vans drive by really slow, they’ll think I’m some kind of VIP. They are really nice and work hard to attend to tables. I was impressed by the rapport they had with the regulars so be nice to them, you might end up being a regular one day! Ordered a big beef sandwich that came with a pile of seasoned thin fries(which I love). The food was really good and filling. The beef was tender and they even ask you how you want it prepared. It is a bit pricey for the items but then you’re in Beverly Hills and you’re not paying for parking so it all balances out.

Gets busy in a blink of an eye. Worth the wait! We arrived shortly after 840pm on a Wednesday evening and we didn’t wait for a table. Parking was ample(at rear) and free! Our waitress was extremely pleasant. The additional serving staff(men in white tops) were so attentive. My water glass was never empty! Once 9pm hit, the place filled up instantly and a long line started to form. Wait times definitely suffered. We waited almost 25 – 30 minutes for our soups. French onion soup is a must order! The rest is good. Order what you like and you’ll be happy. Cute place.

My bf brought me here for lunch saying that it was his favorite steak sandwich place. There is free parking behind which is great because it is always so difficult to find parking on Sunset! The store front is adorned with beautiful yellow umbrellas so you cannot miss it! It is such a cute place! We ordered the beet salad and the steak sandwich which comes with fries. The beet salad had roasted beets, goat’s cheese, candied walnuts all on a bed of greens. The steak sandwich was filled with big chunks of juicy medium rare steak. The steak was so juicy that as I bit into each bite of the sandwich, the juices from the steak would drip down. Oh so glorious! There are pieces of blue cheese in the sandwich and can be a bit strong in certain bites so for those people who aren’t fans of blue cheese, be careful!

I’ved loved this place for over 11 years now. Finally was able to bring my sister and mother. It has such a «European» vibe. From the hosts having the nicest smiles on their face to the last bit off dessert– this place is an A+. I highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Salad along with the ham & cheese sandwich. I opted for sweet potato fries.

Tu as brisé mon cœur! I came here with a friend. He wasn’t impressed, and I was just happy to be there and drink wine. Although the server was attentive(and quite attractive may I add), I felt rushed after my friend paid the check. We were headed to The Roxy to see Clive Davis, so we weren’t going to be long. In any case the scallops were decent, but I enjoyed the wine and conversation even more. Quel dommage!
