The Breakfast Room

Great vibe that feels and tastes like good ‘ol family breakfast.
The staff are very friendly, they have all the classic breakfast dishes, and specials that compliment the area quite well… think lobster and breakfast. You’re on the cape, but you’re still home, and the food is great. Also, truly tasty corned beef hash. I’d go back for the corned beef hash alone. Worth a visit. 5 stars.

No wait to sit, but now I know why. I don’t write very many bad reviews, but five meals all we’re each pretty bad.
Our waitress had no personality and bordered on rude.
The décor was fine, dingy, not super clean.
The food: eggs were flat, no flavor. I ordered an veggie omelet. The green peppers were mushy, no flavor. They tasted like they came from a can. I’ve never had an omelette without fresh green peppers and I didn’t even know canned peppers existed.
The others ordered pancakes– no flavor. The corned beef hash and eggs over easy were all bad.
Home fries were nasty, old and stale mixed with new.
Don’t go here, there are much better breakfast places around. I was shocked that there were good reviews!
