I would give this a negative rating with no stars! Very unethical people who deceive you into thinking you are getting a deal when you aren’t. I told the salesperson that I once made an upgrade with nothing out of my pocket and even received free accessories. I asked if they can do the same. The mixed Black guy was my main salesperson and said he can. Then a Hispanic guy jumps in and brings out a phone. I asked if this is FREE since I’m trading in my phone. He told me yes. Come to my realization that my iPhone 5c was traded in for a store credit of $ 65, but I can only get accessories with it. They claimed that my accessories will be free, but it was obviously wasn’t because I had to trade in my phone. I find out later that the contract was a lease for an iPhone 6– 16GB. Essentially, I didn’t want a lease. I asked if this is FREELIKE two times and he said yes but had this guilty look on his face(Hispanic guy). He wasn’t thorough in explaining anything and they didn’t give me a copy of the new contract. All they gave me was a receipt. I called to confront on why they were dishonest and the person was pretty much beating around the bush. He knew I had my daughter and he took advantage by having me sign without reading. He didn’t even verbally explain it was a lease. He kept quiet. BEWAREOFTHISPLACE!!! I should of followed my gut and read what I was signing. I was stuck with watching my daughter while I waited for the transaction to close. I was distracted. They are deceiving and I was furious after the fact because they knew returning the item would mean a restocking fee.

Stay away from this place! Nothing but a bunch of young con-artists employed here. I was deceived into purchasing 3 new high-end smart phones here, being assured that I could try them out for 14 days and still return them if I was not satisfied, and receive a full refund. Allegedly, all I had to pay was for the service usage. Well 6 days later I’m back in the store trying to return them but they refuse to do so without charging me $ 105 in restocking fees(Plus TAX… Who charges tax on fees!?). Now, I do get what a restocking fee is for, but being told one thing just to make a quick sale is simply dishonest and unethical. By the way, no where in the documents that I signed does it say anything about a restocking fee either. Should I have known better. Yes! But it still doesn’t make it right. I will be fighting this with my credit card company to see if I could recover any of it(fat chance), but I have no other options. P. S. I returned the phones because each one had pretty horrible service in our area(Sprint), and not because we didn’t like the phones.
