Lupe was such an amazing hair dresser!!! She took such precision and time to my hair! She did ombré highlights and a hair cut! I was there for 3 hours and it was all worth it! I loved the energy of the room as well! Lupe is sweet and really communicated the way to style my hair and put in her best input! She even re-​cut my hair to make it look better! Cannot wait to return!

This is the most unorganized hair salon I have ever been to. There were about 4 stylists working when I arrive at 9 and I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for about 4 – 5 minutes. Which may not seem like a long time, but they didn’t not even notice me at all just standing there waiting. All I wanted was a simple hair cut (I was a stylist for years, I know how long it takes) and once I was finally acknowledged I had to wait while she called stylists to see who was coming in. After 10 minutes of just standing there waiting, I was informed it would be an hour before someone could see me. That’s ridiculous. It takes 20 minutes at most to do what I needed done. It’s easily done in the midst of another clients color procedure. I found the staff rude and unorganized. Terrible business procedures.
