This place is a frickin joke!!! I brought in FOUR trash bags full of jeans, nice dress pants, tops, jackets, and tons of shoes, including a laundry basket of shoes. I looked around a little and came back cause I was ready to leave and that was only 10 –20
mins? No way it took that amount of time to look at the ton of stuff I had. I check out and they said 6 dollars!!! Whattttt!!! I laughed out loud. This place is ridiculous. They took a top and a pair of shoes. Should of taken them back and they could had there 6 dollars. I was livid. They knew but I didn’t care. I hope this place goes out of business and all these little dumb teenage girls get a real job. Frickin joke. I told the girl I see tons of stuff out on the racks just like the stuff I had. I was told my jeans were washed and faded and my look wasn’t mature enough? Wth? Lol it’s used jeans!!! Of course they are gonna look at that way. All I seen in there. I also didn’t get a sorry or an apology or even an idea what to do with my items. Luckily I had my husband to help me carry my bags. Ridiculous place and I will never shop or bring clothes there ever again. More people deserve my clothes than that place. And I have nice clothes.

My husband was just in the West Chester store and waiting for items to be looked at. The lady at the counter was playing on her cell phone so much that it was taking forever. He walked up to the counter and politely asked if she would stop playing on her phone, as he and others were waiting. She went and told her manager, who defended her, and he got kicked out. Since when is playing on your cell phone good policy while working? We will never be shopping their stores again and will tell others to not shop there either. What their employees did was rude and not good customer service.

This location had a ton of items… shoes, clothing, coats and sweaters, etc. It was pretty packed and you’ve really got to search if you want to make a dent in it all. Didn’t end up buying anything because it wasn’t the best quality and the styles were pretty outdated.
