If I could give this place a negative star I would hundred times over. The most disrespectful employees I have ever come across.

This place really disappointed me. We ordered from here multiple times (each time they were late). We just ordered from them once more and they did not show up. We called the shop to get an update on our order, put us on hold and came back on and told us the driver got a flat tire and our food would not be delivered. Honestly, I have a feeling the food wasn’t made at all and that was an excuse. We had a similar problem with them before as well. They couldn’t even call us to tell us? So rude and we will not be ordering from there again, which I’m sure they don’t care about. Do yourself a favor, order from somewhere else. They just could care less.

I got charged twice and the person on the phone was not willing to help fix the problem. They were very rude on the phone and the situation is still not resolved. The bread sticks were covered in powder and very bland, and the «cheese sauce» that I ordered with them was half-​melted cheese whiz. The pizza came folded in the box and was impossible to eat because it was stuck together. The fries were soggy and under-​cooked. Overall bad experience, I will not order from here again.

I don’t know what happened to cause such negative reviews, but this place rocks. Ed, the owner, is extremely friendly and accommodating. Also a great conversationalist. The chicken cheesesteak and pizza slices are the best. I am filled up for the night. Will definitely return. Keep up the good work, Ed.

This place is terrible. I’ve ordered from here once and will never ever again. After an hour and a half of waiting for my food and no one calling me to give me an update I finally called and asked to speak to the manager, well I got the owner. He was EXTREMELY rude especially after paying for $ 40 worth of food, he even started a yelling match with my roommate at the time. I tell everyone I know to never go here or order from here. I didn’t even get to eat my food because we told him to cancel the order but by the looks of the other reviews I was lucky in not having to eat what seems to be disgusting food. Please please please don’t ever eat here, there are soooooo many other much better places to get food in West Chester.

Culinary’s food is SO BAD. Their fries are absolutely horrendous, starchy and soggy. Their pizza is undersized, overcooked and poorly topped. The buffalo sauce has a really strange aftertaste that seems to linger in your mouth for a few hours after completing your meal. Oh, have I mentioned their cheesesteaks? Literally the soggiest bun I’ve ever had… and I’m not even sure they remembered to put cheese on it. It’s awful.
But here’s the thing… when it’s 2:30 in the morning and you’re shit faced from drinking all night, Culinary is there for you. Because when you physically cannot move your body to feed yourself and need someone to bring you a pile of greasy crap that you won’t even remember eating, Culinary is there for you. Long story short — Culinary has it’s place. But not if you’re sober.

Trash. Scumbag owner puts out nasty food. Messed up orders and everything was burned regardless. Business clearly soon to be an official failure and will be out of business. Give somewhere else your money.

Seriously. F**k this place. I’ve given them chance after chance and they literally SERIOUSLY couldn’t care less about how your food is made. If it’s burnt, like it always is, and you decide to call about it, they’ll actually tell you that someone will come pick it up and give you your money back. They won’t make any attempt to fix it. So don’t bother. The only reason these guys are still in business is because they deliver late and drunk college kids will order from them while forgetting how terrible it was the last time they ordered. Eventually they’ll get shut down just like Pizza University did. F**k you guys. Seriously. You don’t deserve to be able to call yourselves a restaurant. Try taking pride in your food and maybe you wouldn’t have so many shitty reviews. It’s only a matter of time before you’ll be forced to shut down because better late night places will eventually pop up.
This is the only Unilocal review I’ve ever written. I felt it necessary to go out of my way to write this. I’ve ordered from them a few times over the past few years and literally every time I’ve either called them (and received the above mentioned response) or wanted to but didn’t feel like dealing with them because it was that bad. Take my words of warning and avoid this place at all costs. I’m done forever. There’s no hope for this shit hole. The managers and owner should be ashamed of themselves.

HORRIBLE food! HORRIBLE service! I officially hate this place and the owner. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap at 10:24pm and the owner told me my food would be here in 30 minutes. It was not! I called a second time at 11:29 to ask about my food and was told it would be here soon. My food did not get here until 11:50. Culinary Deliveries is only 1 mile away from WCU campus, so it should not have taken over an hour to be delivered. My wrap was cold and sloppy, barely any lettuce, just chicken and cheese (which was coagulated at this point) and cold French fries. I bit into my wrap; it was NASTY! I called back to ask for a refund, the owner told me NO! By this point I am livid and arguing with this guy on the phone. He had The Nerve to say to me, «You didn’t even tip the driver» Of course I didn’t tip him!.. He was over an hour late delivering my food! Then he says, «But you never tip.» This was my first time ordering from here so what are you talking about??? So then the owner hangs up on me. I call back. No answer. Needless to say I Will NEVER waste my hard earned money at the place ever again.

It’s a shame that this place operates the way it does because the food is great. They NEVER seem to get my order right. Any time I ask for extra marinara and I never get it. They constantly mess up my sandwiches. Every time I open my food it is always something that is wrong. These people really need to work on order accuracy or they are going to continue to lose business.

Just when I thought this place couldn’t get worse…
Called the other night about a hoagie asked for provolone and the man on the phone said, in the rudest way: «Nope don’t have that cheese can’t make it. Nope can’t do it!» So I asked for another cheese and he just yells back, «Nope none of that either! Pick something else. We only have American». I was appalled at how it was handled so I hung up and ordered from somewhere else.
Fast forward to a week later I thought I would give them one more chance (I shouldn’t have). I was very sick laying on the couch and the delivery guy calls and tells ME to come downstairs. I’m on the 3^rd floor, sick, ordering food to come to my door. Yet I had to get up and walk down 3 flights of stairs and out into the parking lot to his car. He didn’t even come to the main entrance! Call me lazy or a diva but I am paying to have my food to be delivered to my door so that’s what I expect! I can’t believe the way this joke of a business is run. I will never order from them again. Fix your business or you will continue to lose loyal customers. What a disgrace.

It looks appetizing, but it seriously is the most disgusting thing I ever tried. I ordered a burger, the Mac and cheese and perogies and I’m telling you that it was BAD. Fries uncooked, burger meat was burnt and Fallon apart, and really cheap materials, with the cheese tasting like rubber. Complete waste of money.

First the owner is a really nice guy and works every single day he’s dedicated and I respect that. But unfortunately I go there for food and not to talk. The food is mediocre at best. They use a ton of grease, if you eat this food everyday, or even once a week you will see a steep decline in health. Is it really worth the heart attack over meh food I’ll let you decide. Rating: 2.5÷5.

I’m giving this place one star, but only one star because Unilocal wouldn’t let me put on zero stars, which would be the one true way to rate this s shack. The delivery guy seemed decent but clearly in a rush, so much in a rush on of our fries were tipped over, pretty much upside down in the delivery bag, spilling its contents all over the place, well, that was okay… i guess, as long as we could let the manager know what what happened and he could help us figure out someway to resolve our problem The guy who picked up the phone, was the owner it turned out, he also seems rush, not only was he rude, impatient, short an oaf of a guy, he offered no reason, no deal, no apologies just an f you for us. so return the favor here you go Culinary Deliveries, f you back. Stay away from this place, the food doesn’t even make it worth the pain of calling in for it.

Great pizza! Could’ve been a little crispier but since we ordered at like 1230, still awesome. Our delivery guy was super cool and nice. Older gentleman. I love the wraps at this place too. Gotta try them all!

After I placed an online order from their menu on grubhub, it took an hour an a half to get here. About 30 mins in, I called and got answered by a very rude employee who told me «YOU LIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. ITS A HOLIDAY AND WE ARE BUSY WITH ONE DRIVER. «then proceeds to hang up on me. For one, its fathers day. It is not a holiday where it is busy or lots of traffic. When the driver finally arrived, I told him to talk quieter since my parents were asleep. This was at just about midnight. He proceeded to speak loudly. He wasn’t that pleasant. Afterwards, I opened up my hamburger to see that there was nothing on it. And my fries were cold. I called, angry. A different person answered and listened to me complain only to reply «why’d you order here then?» The menu said that the cheeseburger came with tomato and lettuce. But the employee told me otherwise and said since I did not add, it was plain. He was very rude, and so I hung up on him. I will never order from here again. Very bad service, and food isn’t good either.

We only go here when we are blasted drunk or too lazy to cook at 2am. Everything is relatively lousy. I like the owner so I apologize but only 2 stars from me.

Seriously f this place it’s the worst call amores or rigtown. Both are way better and have better customer service

Don’t order delivery through Unilocal,call them.
I spent $ 20 and waited one hour before getting a call from the third party that they weren’t picking up.
Apparently they were closed (Tuesday at 2 pm) so I have to wait up to 5 business days to get my money back.

Ordered a pizza through grubhub; bacon, spinach, half with pepperoni. Waited an hour and a half and called to ask when i could expect my pizza. Was promptly yelled at by an employee exclaiming «its our busiest time of the year, dont you know that?!», and then they hung up on me. Why no, mr. angry phone man, i didnt know, how would I? I’m a customer who just wants their pizza. Sorry i hadnt researched your establishment thoroughly enough before calling you. I waited another 30 minutes before calling again. This time they interrupted me in the middle of asking a question to ask me where i was and for my phone number and then, without answering my question, hung up on me, again. Then at 3:30, 2 hours after ordering my pizza, i finally receieve it. But wait, theres more. Not only was the pizza just a medium pizza inside a large box but was a pepperoni and onion pizza with spinach and bacon thrown on one half. They gave me someone elses unclaimed pizza with half my toppings tossed on one half. If you value your time and money do not ever order from this place. You have been warned.

An hour after placing an online order I called to check on the status. The phone rang for quite a while before it was answered by the most impolite and uncouth young man. «How can I help you?» he barked repeatedly, already annoyed before I’d even asked the question. He didn’t say the name of the restaurant so at this point I wasn’t even sure I’d called the correct phone number. I explained that I’d been waiting a while and expressed my concern that the order may not have been completed successfully. He explains as rudely as possible that the fact my order was placed online is what is the cause of the wait and that online orders take at least an hour minimum.
I later found out that this was the owner.
The food was decent at best, the delivery guy was courteous, but if you MUST order from this place do it online and sit tight.
