The bread and oil they brought out was delicious! I ordered from the happy hour menu and both of the flat breads were just as tasty! We had arrived during happy hour to have an inexpensive meal before heading to the movies. The menu for happy hour is $ 3 and up(food and drinks) which makes it a nice and affordable place to catch up with friends while having a decent meal. I recommend the white peach sangria for drinks. Tastes delish! Great atmosphere too!

I’ve been to this location several times and usually the service is good. Not tonight: Service was slow. Place not crowded, although we had a party of 10, it took 20min to get our drinks, over 30min to bring out the bread and let’s not talk about how long for the food. BUT, as usual per my other visits here, the food was good. So I’m giving it 3 stars. It could be that the server was not as experienced…

It’s hard to describe this type of establishment. Not quite fine dining, but a bit better than fast casual. Maybe fine casual. Visited for a business lunch. Quite a varied menu specializing in mainly Italian style foods. Our service was excellent starting us out with their standard bread(sticks?) and dipping oil. For my main course lunch, I had the Salmon Pasta. Interestingly they post some of the calories of their meals — mainly those that are lowest. The salmon was cooked to perfection over angel hair pasta in a light seasoned olive oil base. Nicely mixed with cut fresh asparagus, sliced cherry tomatoes and red pepper. Usually at business lunches there’s more discussion than eating. I did notice everyone made a «happy plate». No room for dessert, though. Next time will return for dinner.

Tried the Parmesan chicken it was very good and plentiful. My husband tried the veal he enjoyed. I ordered a chopped salad, the veggies were very fresh. The bread and olive oil with fresh seasoning spices was very delicious. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner. Many of the tables had dropped food under the table. I was here on a Friday evening and there was no wait. I will come to this location again. The dessert tray looked awesome, but I was too full to try any.

Not very close to true Italian fare. This is a chain so the food is consistent. That gives them a good rating. Service is solid and friendly. Drinks are expensive. Food is priced well. Portion sizes are perfect. Most Italian places give you way too much. Bravo has perfected the portion size… Still on the American side of size but not crazy. It is a very clean place which gives them a good rating. Parking is strange in the mall. There is basically no close parking which I like because it allows me to walk a little bit to get the blood flowing after a meal.

Went on a Saturday night. It was 7-ish and there was no wait. We waited for our server, then waited for our drinks. A while later I asked the waiter about our order and he said the bar was slammed. Awhile later another waiter brought our food… still no drinks! My salad was delicious and my friend said the chicken carbonara was good too. The cocktails finally arrived and both were very pour quality. Her strawberry basil margarita tasted like weak strawberry lemonade and my cocktail was equally bland. I sent it back. The chocolate cake desert was very good, exactly what you would expect. Though I could not get a coffee refill. Had to wait a while to get our check. Overall, it was an expensive, and only average, dining experience. Atmosphere…B Service…C Food…B– Price…$$$

Stopped in since it was handy, and we wanted Italian. Service was great, and though there was a bit of a wait for our entrees we were kept apprised and we just enjoyed our salads and the bread. We both had Caesar salads, which were fairly minimalist but very good. Sweetie had the three-course special which included your choice of salad, entrée, and dessert. Her entrée was chicken fettucine alfredo, and I had some– it was pretty good. I had the beef ravioli, just-right pasta which were filled with tender beef and topped with roasted sweet potatoes. We shared her dessert, a peanut butter brownie– warm, chocolatey, topped with whipped cream. Small, but a nice capper to the meal. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s good. I don’t think I’d ever been to a Bravo in Columbus even though they’re close by, but we’ll be back to one sometime.

We went to Bravo’s on Tuesday for lunch after attending a funeral nearby. There was no crowd whatsoever and we were seated immediately. This time as well as on other occasions that we have dined there, I am always pleased with their décor in a Tuscan style. Not long after we sat down, we were asked for a drink order and then were brought out bread with dipping sauce to munch on until our food arrived. Hubby got the Grilled Chicken Marsala and I ordered a half portion of Lasagna Bolognese with a side house salad and we both enjoyed our dishes as usual. I didn’t realize until later that they do have some gluten-free items which I would have been happy to know about Perhaps next time. This site also has seating outdoors when the weather is nice. Mangia!

Really good food. However, the service was not good. The waitress was so slow and never refilled drinks after we asked.

I’ve been trying to eat out less and eat healthier. I came here last night to meet a friend for dinner as alast minute thing. Great food and great service. We came in a bit late at 930 when they close ar 10. Service was still prompt and very friendly. They have a lower calorie menu weighing in at 595 calories or less. So I ordered the mahi mahi over quinoa, grape tomatoes and snap peas which was fantastic. My friend ordered the bone in chops w a side order of pork chops for me, which was fresh off the grill and also very tasty.

We had a gift card and hadn’t been here in a while. We walked right in on a Thursday night and were seated right away. Abby got the peach Bellini, which was frozen and quite tasty. They gave us delicious bread with an amazing dipping sauce. Abby got the Pasta Fra Diavolo with shrimp, and she thought it was great. It looked delicious. It had fun noodles too! I got the Mama’s Lasagna, which was huge and had great flavor. It was so large I ate half and took the other half home! Abby added the Italian Wedding soup and I added the lobster bisque to our entrees. The bisque had actual bits of shrimp and lobster and was rich and creamy. Abby’s soup looked great with big hunk of sausage. For dessert we had a small brownie with peanut butter ice-cream. It had chocolate chips on top too! The service was friendly and fast; the food was well paced and delicious. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Not too loud.

Probably my favorite chain Italian joint. I go for one reason and that’s the chicken Diablo pasta, amazing. The house salad is very good as well. I have tried most of there menu items and never had something I don’t like but it’s hard for me to start from the Diablo it’s that good.

This is such a great restaurant! Great drinks, great food and pretty good desserts too! My favorite is the chicken Parmesan meal. So good! The portion size is also great, you will probably have a meal for later. They have a great happy hour and brunch as well. It can be a bit pricey but overall totally worth it.

Uppity surroundings, food took forever and once the food did get to us it was luke warm and bland. Spent $$$ for what tasted like a bland grocery store Italian dinner. Won’t be back.

We visited Bravo on a Thursday evening to celebrate a career change and found it fairly crowded. All of the food was well-presented and flavorful. A little pricey for just a casual dinner, but a good option if you want to bump things up a notch.

The service and ambience were good, but the food was extremely salty(and I love a little salt).i ordered the lobster bisque and the sausage tortellini and both had more than enough salt.

Super slow service– we were there mid afternoon with only a handful of tables there, and food took a really long time to come out– even the salad took 20 minutes! And it wasn’t just our hunger– we heard a couple of other tables inquire about why the food was taking so long. Food was not anything special, either. The 20 minute salad, Insalata Della Casa, was probably the best thing. We also ordered the Chicken Caprese and Cheese Ravioli — both were bland and nothing to write home about. Also– we made an Open Table reservation because it was the day after Thanksgiving, and they didn’t check us in when we got there(we did tell them), so Open Table penalized us for being no-shows. We’ll definitely choose one of the other 10 restaurants at Union Centre next time.

One word: meh. Previous experience with the Bravo chain have been far better. Bread on our bruschetta was hard as a rock. Service was fair and it was 9:30pm. On par with Olive Garden, but more expensive. Would not care to return here.

I had a decent breakfast here and service was really good… but it is a chain restaurant and not very kid friendly. Hello, you are in the epicenter of family’s with children. I wouldn’t go back but if I had to I wouldn’t raise a stink.

Once again, Bravo was extremely busy. And once again, we chose to sit at the Chef’s Counter – same seats as our last visit. Being creatures of habit, we both once again ordered insalata rustica(me) and Mediterranean salad. Slightly different this time is that instead of chicken breast, she got a 5 oz salmon. As for me, instead of the flatbread I got grilled mahi mahi. The quality was slightly uneven. Our insalata rustica was just a touch over-dressed and the pancetta was completely missing. We didn’t make a fuss over it though. We did have to wait for a very long time for our entrees. Very long time. We sat down at 6:20pm-ish, got our salad at 6:40pm-ish. And our entrees didn’t come for almost half an hour until 7:10pm. I suppose it may very well have been the case that dishes intended for us were instead served to others. The food alone is still around 4 to 5 stars. Service is uneven. While the plants were clean this time, the lampshades above the chef’s counter were pretty dusty and definitely looked like they haven’t been wiped for a few days. Maybe we’ll be back. Maybe not. The food is still good. We just won’t be back during dinner rush.
