I love Allure! The staff is very friendly and the environment is pleasant. I get great service and there’s always availability — sometimes same day! The prices are reasonable and my color always looks great!

My girlfriend has been going to this salon for 6+ years and loves it! Jessica is a great hairdresser! They also have wonderful staff on hand all the time.

I’ve been going to Allure for years, Jessica does my hair and my color and I love her, my hair always looks awesome for every season and every time I change my color. Monica and Jennifer do my nails they’re the best too!

I have been going to Denise for many years, and have been happy every visit. Have also had facials, manicures and pedicures. The salon is upbeat and friendly, and they always have a fresh pot of coffee ready!

I received a gift card from my husband for our anniversary and I have to say I could not have been more pleased with my experience. First I had a manicure/​pedicure and the girl who did them was fabulous. I also got a blowout, and being someone with curly textured hair I sometimes don’t get the best blowouts at salons. The stylist assured me during the consultation that she would be able to work with my hair and she did not disappoint! Not only did my blowout last me all throughout the night but I received many compliments. I will for sure be going back to Allure!

WORST Hair Salon Ever. I went there 2 years ago for highlights with a groupon, which I was okay with and satisfied. I recently just went there July 2015 to do a hairstyle which I showed Danielle the stylist. Once she saw this she said she would do it and it would cost me $ 185 I stated that would be fine. Once they were done, I went home and noticed my hair was nothing like the picture and you couldn’t even see the color. So, I went back to ask if she can fix it they wanted to charge me $ 30 to fix the top but would charge nothing to fix the bottom. She proceed to fix the bottom I left there and was crying in tears at home being that my hair was completely blonde in a circle on the left side of my hair. I called them and went back the next day, she said she would fix it but I was tired of putting my hair through so much, so I stated to just do in brown and could I receive some kind of refund or credit to satisfy me being that I would of continued if they would of cared more about me as a customer. They would not do either. The Owner MONICA was completely rude to me over the phone and did not care at all what I had to say, she stated over and over that it was what I wanted and proceeded to down talk me. I couldn’t believe what she was saying when their mission statement is all talk about satisfying the customer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This SALON TO ANYONE! They are not worthy of anyones money.

If you are a long term loyal customer, this is not the salon for you. I did not receive a phone call reminding me of my appointment, I assumed they were closed on Christmas Eve. I was recently taken to the Emergency Room, I gave a courtesy call from the hospital to cancel the appointment. The salon’s mission statement reads «emergencies are always understood». The salon reacted by canceling all of my future standing appointments. Do not get me wrong, Jennifer is the best manicurist, Jessica gave me the best haircuts I have ever had, and Dee is the very best. It’s a shame that the customer is always wrong; I moved on to a new salon with my husband, and mother who were also customers.

Dont use groupon. Get your money back. I bought one for single process which I’ve had many times for years. They wanted to charge me an up charge since i have thick hair. (Its shoulder length). They claim that their contract with groupon says they only do an inch of new growth and only one bottle of color. Other groupons that offer same package (cut, blow out and single process) that I’ve purchased NEVER charged me extra. I will never walk in their again. FYI groupon credited my acct. i wish i could give ZERO stars
