Moe’s Southwest Grill

Went in for a Togo order. When I got home I was given the wrong food. Attempted to eat what I was given but it was ice cold. Took 2 hours to reach somebody in the store. When I finally spoke to the manager I received a science lesson on putting cold food onto hot food. Only got a partial refund.
As a restaurant manager myself the overall customer service and attitude of the manager while handling a customer issue is enough that i will not be returning.

I was very disappointed in my last Moes visit on 2÷15÷16 I arrived 45 minutes before closing, and was met by rude behavior. My guacamole was slightly brown, and when I ordered a cup of queso the employee poured it out of the bag into my cup. They were skimpy on the chicken and my burrito was poorly folded and kept dripping on my hand. One employee in particular kept rolling his eyes at me, and just making very rude expressions in general. I was very uncomfortable, and will not be returning to this location. The location is convenient, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this location.

It’s hard for me to give chain restaurants high ratings. Moes has good choices, and the food will fill you up. The prices aren’t fantastic or anything, as it costs about $ 10 per person to eat there anyway. But our teenage boys seem to like it and it’s better than Taco Bell. Plus this Moes is in the Wiregrass mall, making the walk to café 365 for gelato, quite worth it.

Never going back to that Moe’s — poor customer service — Un welcoming bunch working at the location. The kid rolled his eyes when we asked for topings added to the burritos and bowls. Also the place was very dirty — not a place to enjoy food. This is not your typical Moe’s! They lost my business.

Burritos ordinary. Services is okay. Compared to other restaurants like this, selection of ingredients you can choose for your burrito is poor. I also think the cost is to high for what you get
Convenient location

Welcome to Moe’s! The last time we tried this place we used my wife’s birthday entrée coupon.
We shared a stack which is basically like a crunch wrap. It was not that great bc it was soggy. It is a great concept, & we usually like combination soft and crunchy. There was too many wet things in it inckuding salsa and sour cream. If you try the stack, leave the wet stuff on the side.
There is also outside seating here. This restaurant is located at Wiregrass Mall.

It’s never amazing, but it’s never horrible. Moe’s is definitely a go-​to for hang outs especially for this location; being located at the mall and all. The service is either friendly or not, it just depends on which day you go in I suppose. Food is bland sometimes, not much flavor in their ingredients.

You definitely will not get the typical Moe’s experience at this location. Upon arriving yesterday evening, we were not greeted with the quintessential friendliness that one would expect at Moe’s — you know the «welcome to Moe’s» greeting. In fact, we experienced just the opposite. All five of the kids working the assembly line were inanimate and not helpful in answering questions about the menu. My favorite was the kid responsible for adding the toppings to the burrito as he gave me a sincere eye roll when I had to repeat myself three times as to which toppings I wanted.
In my opinion, the food was decent, but this location needs to adjust the attitudes of some of the staff. If you do not want to be there either find another job or simply «fake it.» Moe’s is known for outstanding friendly service, and if you cannot live up to that, you should change the name of the joint to «Burritos with an Attitude» or something similar.
We will go eat elsewhere at the mall from this point forward.

This place is dirty and disgusting. All the tables were filthy and there was food all over the floors.

Omg this is one of the Moes Southwest Grill Restaurant s that is actually clean! The floors are never sticky, and the people are great to deal with. Park can be a pain sometimes but it’s WireGrass, what do you expect?

I always get a quesadilla with steak and lime. The cooked onions are really good. The green salsa and the chunky red salsa is excellent. The people are friendly. The unsweet ice tea is really good too. Overall this is a great place to eat.

Moe’s was really good to me on my birthday. They gave me a free entrée. Usually when you sign up for birthday stuff, you just get a dessert. I get the same thing when I go to Moe’s, a burrito. Their burritos are pretty good, but I do not go here often. They have good service, and they have outdoor seating for me to enjoy nice temps and be with my dog.

Welcome to Moe’s! Love this chain. Always a solid experience, even though they are quite popular and very busy. My favorite thing is that you get to build your own southwest creation by telling them exactly what you want. They even have cilantro! The queso is amazingly sinful, but so irresistible with their yummy chips. The burrito bowl is my favorite. Go on Monday nights to get a burrito deal; otherwise, they are a little pricy. I’ve gotten lunch for just me and my two kids and spent almost $ 30. Yikes!

Good food. Good service. Would come back! They greet you as soon as you get in saying happily «WELCOME TO MOES!» :)
