Well I guess it is time to mark this place off our list. Food is average, they cut cost and destroyed their salad bar as it use to be the talk of New Tampa but no more. We were in a party of 4 and they were not very busy. Service was horrible drinks late some not even brought until after 3rd request. Worst than all this THEFLOORWASLITTEREDWITHFOOD! Think its time for some rank and file changes at Corporate AND a new MANAGER at this location. We are done with Ruby Tuesdays for at least a year.

So for the first time ever, I am without the full family. My oldest off playing Armysecond oldest off with girl friend’s family hiking my husband & I with our daughter doing the u traditional. We visit this restaurant which is the second one open so pickings were slim and a movie Let me thank you for burnt food, trust me your chicken was well done! 90.00 later the only regret is my choice picking your place to eat. I understand your workers don’t & didn’t want to be there on thanksgiving, we regret that choice and I am sure these people don’t want to work that day either,(nurses, doctors, ems, fireman & all responders). It’s called being An adult. Just moving to this area, I will never go there again. I work to hard for my money not to enjoy a simple night out. And yes, I gave waitress 15% it wasn’t her fault.

Ordered chicken dish with a side salad to go, and a grilled chicken salad for me. My husband gets home, we open the container with his side salad — and IT’S EMPTY! The box was empty and there was a smaller clear plastic container INIT for salad dressing and that was EMPTY! They always mess up something when ordering to go. We won’t be returning.

We were not too impressed by our visit today. They changed up the ingredients to their appetite cheese fries(that we always get) and were surprised by its different look. The Ruby Tuesday Signature dish of the crusted Parmesan entrée was bland and I had to request their bourbon sauce/glaze to add some flavor. Hubby was completely unhappy with their chicken pasta and they had changed the ingredients on that entrée as well. He then opted for the salad bar only, but when going through the bar, they were out of a lot of items that they were missing/out of. Kids cheeseburger sliders had a nickel size cheese dollop on each one(had to request a slice of cheese) and over priced pasta covered in butter says it all. Coke was not fixed right. Pro: the free biscuits were good and our server was nice…

This restaurant is smaller than other Ruby Tuesday restaurants that I have been to. When my friend and I arrived(Friday night around 7pm), we were told there was a 20 minute wait but were seated within 10 minutes. Parking is easy and ample. Our server was very friendly and even accommodated my coupon when he noticed it on the table. I ordered the turkey burger and the salad bar addition while my friend had a bacon cheeseburger. Her burger was cooked medium rare, as requested. My turkey burger was a bit dry. The salad bar was average and there were a lot of components that were running scarce(no romaine lettuce, ran out of cucumbers). We had to wait a while for the server to cash us out, so we opted to leave cash in order to catch our movie nearby.

So sorry I didn’t check reviews before coming here Food awful. Soup cold. Fish frozen not fresh and it is tilapia fish tacos… I incorrectly assumed since it is so common and easy to get from the market or local grocer it would be a ‘safe’ option for something light and tasty. Wrong! I just picked up my food and took it back to my hotel but both on the phone and in person staff was professional and friendly. Just won’t go back since food is inedible. Disappointing because I use to love Ruby Tuesday … What happened?!!

My Mom likes coupons so we went to ruby Tuesdays, service was good, food another story, we ordered the prime burgers, mine medium rare, it was almost raw, my Moms was dried out, French fries were cold, typical in the bag frozen fries along with wilted lettuce and unmelted cold cheese. Way overpriced for the food. We could have gone to Mc Donalds for burgers, or any number of burger chains. Waitress was friendly, efficient and not overbearing. Hope she can find a job where she can serve better food. Check was 28.00 minus 5.00 coupon, with tip it came to 29.00, for 2 hamburgers fries and tea. We did not complain because they would have to redo the whole meal, was not worth the hassle. Prime burgers?

This place has seriously gone down hill quickly. I feel bad for the servers because they do try to provide the best possible service they can. The last two times I have been here the food has plan out been terrible. My food was under cooked on one visit and on the last visit my food was cold.

Staff is courteous and professional. Food is a bit pricey and I could never find anything that quite met me taste. Good quality though. Wish the prices were a bit more reasonable for what you get. They seem to nickel and dime you on drink prices, salad bar, extra ranch… They all come with a fee that is greater than necessary.

My boyfriend and I have been here for lunch a few times, and both times we have not had the best experience. The first time we were waiting about 30 minutes just for burgers, and then our server tells us there was a mix up(whatever that means), and they were making our food now. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, so I am not sure why it took so long. The second time we went it was also not crowded. However, service was extremely slow again. By the time we got our food, it was lukewarm. My boyfriend got a Cuban sandwich, which was only half of a sandwich and seemed to be on a potato roll. I will not be going back.

Update: Senior management from the restaurant responded to my online feedback right away and took the time to hear my experience in detail and rectify the situation. I appreciate when an establishment takes the time to follow up. This tells me they strive for good experiences because I’m sure he doesn’t want to spend all day on the phone with people complaining. For that reason I upgraded my review. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – Didn’t think it was possible to have a horrible experience at a Ruby Tuesday but this place managed to do it. Last night(10⁄16) we went about 9:15pm and the place was mostly empty. Not sure why the waitress was testy when we weren’t ready to order, because she certainly wasn’t busy cleaning and setting her tables. I had to get up to ask for silverware, water, OURFOOD, you name it, while she spent about 20 minutes entertaining another table on the patio. They should have paid me for doing her work. I specifically asked the manager for our water and food. So he definitely noticed she had not tended to our table and we weren’t happy. But looks like it was a source of entertainment for them when she finally decided she was ready to come back inside. You would think the manager would have tried to make up for it, instead of pretending he didn’t notice us on the way out. You don’t giggle with poor performance and make customers feel insignificant. Thank goodness the hostess was great or I would have been on the line to their corp customer service first thing this morning. AVOIDTHISRT!

I am not a fan of chains but my kids were acting like they hadn’t eaten in a week so we found ourselves here(due to proximity). Food was meh. The salad bar was ok. Clean, but a lot of space where you would hope to find veggies or creative toppings was taken up by mayo-laden pasta and potato salads. Service was very slow. Not only slow to get started with our order, but it took 45 mins to bring a to go order for hubby(fried chicken sandwich) not sure what the deal was with that. Not recommended.

Not good. Came in around 8:30 pm and was told it’d be a 5 – 10 minute wait. No problem. I was not even seated before they called me back up and said«I don’t know why she said there was a wait.» That was weird and not something I’ve experienced before. Really wanted one of the new pretzel burgers and went with the spicy jalapeño one. What a disappointment. All I could taste was pretzel and meat, which is pretty surprising when you consider lettuce, tomato, onion, chipotle mayo, and fried jalapenos also adorned this burger. Not spicy in the least, barely even a kick. It didn’t help that the meat tasted unseasoned. The Garden Bar was good and consistent from what I remember from past trips. Our waiter was also a creepo. He’d kind of linger at the table for a few seconds and then start talking. The restaurant in general was slow, so I don’t fault him for that. Gave a standard tip since he wasn’t bad… just super awkward. I don’t think I’ll be back. The black and bleu pretzel burger looked amazing as well but it’s probably flavorless too.

I take my kids and their friends here for special days, such as the last day of summer, getting good grades, and weekends before and/or after exams. I also meet up with my friends here, so I am a regular. I really enjoy the salad bar. On a few occasions, the bar wasn’t stocked and another couple of times, the spinach was not fresh but slimy and old. However, if it weren’t for the garden salad bar, I would not frequent this place nearly as much. It is REALLY good. We also like to get the broccoli cheese soup. However, with the size of the spoon and the lack of size of the bowl, you will either have a difficult time getting the spoon in your mouth or you will finish the soup in 3 – 4 bites. The managers try to get the servers to sell the shrimp fondue every time we come. Two persons I frequent with are allergic, so this gets old after time, but the servers must ask or they will get in trouble, even when they recognize us. Two other items I dislike are the crab cakes and the New Orleans Seafood entrees. They are bland, even for a chain restaurant. The major complaint: Since Ruby Tuesday began doing the 50% off coupons, the prices have gone up and quality is down in some areas. Instead of going once a week to Ruby Tuesday, we’re going whenever we happen to see the coupon in the local newspaper. Aside from the awesome salad bar, the classic ribs are a favorite for us, the family and our friends. The classic burger is also, but mostly, we enjoy the sirloin with mashed potatoes or rice, depending on who orders a lobster tail. The beer is ice cold and so are the mixed drinks. Overall, I highly recommend this location.
