Went here this morning for breakfast brunch, I really didn’t think we chose a good place but it was busy so what the heck… OMG, It may be the best place in town. wow. The waitress sat us at the counter to watch the kitchen. Again, I thought really? but It was total entertainment to watch the 3+ chefs do their magic. You can tell they are professionals like in 30 seconds. We had mimosas, French press coffee, French toast that was out of this world and I had quiche that was off the charts. Totally blown away by this place. I know the cooks go home tired, they work hard. Everything was top notch including our service. So impressed that we have a local place with this high quality food. Thank you Pybus Bistro for opening your business. WOW is all I can say. I’m serious, go here and take their lead on what they recommend… AWESOME!!!

Amazing quiche! We asked them to pair it with a red win. The hostess did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Really a solid bistro. Excellent and attentive service on a Saturday night. Pretty chill atmosphere. Live music was good in the adjacent open air market… but just a bit loud for conversation. If the pork belly had been more appropriately prepared and a couple other small details in line, it may have scored a 5. Overall very solid, starting with the simple stuff — bread and butter. Salads and entrees well executed. A decent value as well. We will definitely be back.

An absolute delight. The croissants were made to perfection and their sweet potato hash had a great balance of umami. Perfect place to come and start your day. As a guest from out of town, I’m glad to have stumbled upon a gem.

The Pybus bistro is amazing! The chef in the kitchen has talent and knows exactly what he is doing. Wether you are there for brunch, lunch or dinner this place is to DIE for. Staff is professional and accommodating, which is a huge bonus. The price is a tad spendy for how much food you get, but with that said its well worth it when you take that first bite. And if your were to compare their prices to restaurants in the city you will not be complaining! I highly recommend this incredible bistro to anyone in the valley. And honestly any other«bistro» in the valley can’t compare.

Nested inside the Pybus Market, which reminds me of a rustic version of SF’s Ferry Building, is the charming Pybus Bistro. I came here per a local’s recommendation and was very glad I did! The beet gratin with blue cheese mousse and walnut olive vinaigrette was beautifully constructed, a harmony of sweet and savory. The braise pork belly with pickle stone fruit was simple and skillfully prepared. Next time I am in Wenatchee I will be sure to be back here!

This place offers the best quiche I’ve ever had! It was light and flavorful, but filling because the portion was generous. The crust was so flaky and buttery! I love the atmosphere too — very charming inside the public market alongside the river. Waitstaff was extremely friendly, helpful and fast. Overall, I’d say this place is a real gem. And if you want ketchup with your pomme frittes, it’s okay. We were offered a delicious curry ketchup as well as the aioli. Not everyone from Seattle is a snob ;-)

Amazing food, service and brunch experience. The market is also charming and adds to the environment. My wife had the quiche which she says is the best she’s ever had. I had the steak and eggs which both had fantastic flavors. We shared the pomme frites which were very good though a little too salty. The aioli sauce for the frites is also fantastic. Overall, you will appreciate the bouquet of flavors that come with whatever you order, receive friendly happy service, and appreciate all the chef puts into the selection of meal preparation.

I am constantly impressed with Pybus Bistro. We go all out when we eat here because you really can’t go wrong with any course. Highly recommended by us for sure! What we ate: Orange fennel arugula salad, braised pork belly, summer(homemade) pasta and seasonal veggies, pork chop over southern grits and homemade creamed corn AND finally orange raspberry fritters. Two thumbs way up.

Amazing people, and amazing food. Despite going to a Seventh Day Adventist school for the formative years of my life, the Bistro’s smoked pork chop, sweet potato pancake and Maple sauce dish they served this fall is the most religious, spiritual experience I have had to date. It was THAT good.(Whoever wrote in that bible book that pork is unsuitable to eat is obviously a misguided and troubled soul, that needs the Bistro to put them on the righteous path). This restaurant is what Wenatchee needed. Hats off to Michelle and Francis for making it happen!

Wake up Wenatchee!!! Sound the alarm“This place is amazing!!! I was their for Valentines and I had the Braised ShortRibs with Truffled Potatoes and red wine sauce. It was so succulent. It was perfect! A little bit of heaven!!! My husband had the Carbonara with house made Spaghetti! The pasta was homemade and cooked to perfection! The meal was also paired with delicious complementing wine. The dessert was a delicious Chocolate Mousse with Paris-Brest. The mousse was light sweet ! A delight to the senses!!! The waitress was knowledgeable and quite charming! The restaurant ambiance was excellent! We had a wonderful time and plan to visit again! Truly the best restaurant in the area. This place could be transported to any cosmopolitan area and it would do very well! Let me say again«A Little bit of HEAVEN»
