Second trip to South. Had pizza but it just plain didn’t have enough sauce on it. Flavor wise it was fairly good. It might have been perfect with more sauce Didn’t get queen Jennifer this time, we had the girl with the eyebrows! I like the place.

The food is always 5 stars, but what the hell. We went in on may 29th in the afternoon, and it was falling apart. I waited 45 minutes for food. It was the standard, great, but the wait. We kid who was out front had no clue how to run a restaurant. She seemed to be clueless as to how the restaurant industry works. I’ve run restaurants for 30 years and this was some of the worst service ever. Fire, get your stuff together.

Overly priced, terribly boring tasting pizza. Soggy mess! My dining partners food was served as a plain burrito on the plate with a pepper. Nothing more… totally won’t go again.

Really enjoyed having an early dinner here with a colleague who was also from out of town, Delicious arugula salad and pasta dishes. The wine menu could be a bit more extensive with Washington state vino, but hey I noticed this is really a beer-centered locale. Nice view of the Columbia River. The signage in the back of the store was missing but thanks to google maps I knew I was in the right location. Excellent service also!

Great place for lunch on a nice day. Patio seating, full menu(food and drink). Truly Italian style pizza, sauce tastes like fresh mashed tomatoes, deliciously light.

I would give 5+ stars. …but everyone in our party wasn’t as excited as me about the food. I ordered the seasonal vegetable pizza. .It. Was. INCREDIBLE! 2 of my girls ordered the chicken Caesar salad, 2 people ordered the margarita pizzas, and 2 ordered personal pizzas(for kids) just cheese, and one pepperoni. The Margarita wasn’t that impressive. Pretty plain, not alot of flavor, and a little soggy. Mine was INCREDIBLE. …did I already say that? The girls scarfed down their chicken Caesar salads. .and said they were delicious. Will definitely eat there again the next time we are in Wenatchee! Service was fantastic. …our waiter was new to the area, very friendly, and helpful navigating the menu.

Showed up for happy hour. Ordered 2 root beers and a chef’s choice cocktail(strawberry lemonade with vodka). Pancetta prawns, bread with cheese sauce and a 4 cheese pizza. Prawns were salty, but all else was very good. Waitress was hurried to the point of being harried and very brusque. Was meant to be a relaxing evening out, but I found it hurried and unwelcoming. The bartender did pop over to our table with a smile and asked if all was well, we appreciated the check in. I could be convinced to go again but it isn’t high on my list.

Get their Rainier Cherry & Buckboard Bacon Pizza with goat cheese. I am told they will have a peach with mascarpone cheese coming out when the peach harvest begins. These guys seem to always get things right.

This place was amazing! We were sat down immediately in their outdoor seating area. There were so many great sounding pizza choices that we were excited to hear that we could do half and half on the personal sized pizzas. I loved the creative mixtures of toppings that they offered and the fresh, local ingredients. My pizza had fig, goat cheese and smoked pork loin on one half and bacon, cherries and more goat cheese on the other half. I couldn’t decide which half to eat first or last. They were both so fantastic tasting. The others with me enjoyed their choices as much as I did. The waitress offered balsamic vinegar and olive oil for the crust, which was also a yummy addition. I think we’re planning on going again this next week.

Good food and good times! When you are looking for a fun place to grab a bite head to Pybus and grab a pizza at Fire. We recently ate here and had a very pleasant visit. One of the cooks«Taylor» even came out to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars guys, keep up the good work.

So great! We had a huge party last minute and they were able to get us in right away. They made us a table on the side so we didn’t have to wait and we’re extremely friendly. We enjoyed our service, but even more we enjoyed our food and the ambiance. It is so relaxing and fun there, and not only that the food and drinks were phenomenal. I got an Italian Margarita which was amazing, my fiancé enjoyed a local tap beer from badger mountain brewery called Bimbo Blonde which was light and very tasty. I got a bowl of the tomato soup, sooooo yummy, even just for soup. We also shared two different types of pizza. I got a red sauce pizza, he got the special which was the calizonie(?) Which had a lightly pouched duck egg and bacon on it which was also delicious! Highly recommend!!!

They have built a pizza oven that knows how to cook crust! I took some friends to lunch, as the menu looked like it had the really good ingredients that I am always on the lookout for. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. I ordered a Prosciutto/Arugula pizza, and it did not disappoint. The ham was good as was the arugula. Only suggestion would be more arugula. The crust was very flavorful, but a little too thin for me, as I want to knife/fork my pizza. Will be back again, and again!!! And Dan, bought the Kielbasa… will let you know. Oh, and the in-house made salami is perfection. The are nailing to pig prep. thank you!

Went to dinner at Fire and was very impressed. I had a beet, arugula salad yummy, and a pizza with sliced peaches, bacon, green onions, & goat cheese; sounds weird but it was fantastic. When in Wenatchee visit this parlor.

Came to the Pybus Public Market on a recommendation. Walking in, our group saw the sign for the«Fire» restaurant. Looks good. We were quickly seated outside on the patio overlooking the river. What a great location. Drinks were quickly ordered and delivered. Everything on the menu looked good, but I settled on the cheese pasta with chicken. Excellent decision if I say so. The pasta was cooked just right, and the chicken was moist and tender. The cheese sauce was what stands out. Not your typical cheese sauce, but had a little different kick to it. Our waitress checked on us frequently and never let our drinks get low even as she attended to her other tables. Service was great as was the food. For a great lunch, come by here, grab a seat on the patio, enjoy your food while soaking in the view of the river and mountains. I will be back.
