Wow! It’s depressing in here! Is it possible for a department store to induce an existential crisis? Only Sears could invoke impending oblivion so flawlessly. I haven’t felt so melancholy since I walked through the now demolished«Wayne Towne Center.» I asked an employee«where is rope?» He just looked at me and said«no.» I wasn’t sure if he meant«don’t do it» or «we don’t carry rope.» Anyway, feeling much better now that I’m outside. That place is a major downer!

What can you say when you have paid for an item, here being a hardtop gazebo, in full, and had to pick it up on our own because it, Sears don’t deliver to my town. Went to pick it up a month later. Actually a month and a day later. Our van was in the shop. Sears says it’s gone because it only holds any merchandise for only 30 days. Let me say this… the term and condition is not on the receipt nor was it ever shared with us. Decided to buy it instead of layaway figuring we own it and the store could not release it because it is owned. Don’t buy anything here. They’re idiots. Don’t deal with Miguel in the outdoor area. He doesn’t know what customer service is.

Have to give Sears two stars. I love tools and the craftsman brand. I believe they sell quality products and lifetime guarantee have always been upheld. I decided to purchase a grill. More than half price off. I opted for the free assembly and in store pickup. Everything was confirmed by my sales associate for the following week. I do like the e receipts because it comes in handy when tracking previous purchases. I arrived a week later to merchandise pickup. This is usually where’s my issue has been with this particular store. Seems to be hectic and unorganized. There is definitely a disconnect between sales and this side. When they wheeled out a cardboard box with the girl picture on it I knew I was in for in. Apparently the associate did not put on my service ticket about the assembly. I would have taken it last week. The person who brought the grill out apologized and showed me where it should d have been inputted. Not his fault I understand. They need something where a customer can Track a build or let us know when you product has been finished being put together. Better communication. Seems like it goes from sales then the care is gone and they have made there money. You spend a lot of money on the product, the protection plans and other accessories and the associate should keep tabs on customer sales that they have sold until it’s delivered or picked up. That’s then end of the sale. Ill continue to shop here and ill make sure I follow up on mine own. Hopefully this does not happen often. Luckily I am mechanically inclined and have no issue with assembly. Was only the chosen method for time saving! Next time Sears!
