I love this location. The girls are very knowledgable about the products! It gets a little crazy in there on the weekends, so plan to spend a little time if you need lots of help. I been there on a Tuesday and got a chance to really pick one of the artists brains. So if you go during the week it definitely makes a difference.

Horrible services. On July I bought almost $ 900 in products, they told me I had 2 free makeup I can uses until the end of the year 2015. So I Call today and was told that they do not that way. Very disappoint. This is why I love MAC inside of Macy’s. Great services and very professional people there. Specially the manager Hawa. But unfortunately that day they were so busy that’s why I went to this one.

The absolute worst service/makeup artist ever. I waited exactly 34 minutes for my APPOINTMENT to begin which I booked a week in advance. I requested someone specific and when I got there they said she was busy and couldn’t do my makeup anymore. THEN I had the most condescending makeup artist that I’ve ever come across and she sucked. My makeup looks like a 3 year old did it with their eyes closed plus I’m as orange as snooki from season 1 of the jersey shore now… Thanks for nothing.

Horrible service. I will NEVERBUYANOTHERPRODUCTFROMMACEVERAGAIN. I am going to start off by saying that I am very big in customer service. That why I choose to buy in well name brands store. I like to be treated with respect and feel value as a customer. Moreover around a week and a half ago I visit the store in willowbrook mall in wayne, NJ. I purchased $ 300 worth in makeup. The representative who was helping me gave me a contour pack too light for my skin complexion. I went back today for an exchange and they couldn’t me because I lost my receipt. I asked them how is it possible that in 2015 a name brand well stablished corporate store doesn’t have the system to pull out a simple receipt? I mean it doesn’t make sense to me that such a high company who spend so much money in advertisements and money to make the best products is so behind in technology? I had the date as well as the card that I used and the statement to prove the purchase. not even as a courtesy the manager was able to help me exchange the product. She was very rude and unhelpful. The only thing she did was constantly repeat the same information like I had a hearing problem and refer me to customer service. Customer service redirect me to the store it became just a back and forth game between me and them. I am pretty sure I am not the first customer who doesn’t have a receipt. I can’t believe that this situation doesn’t have a better procedure to be handle situations like this or is this the way that the company steal customers money.
