I bought a Surface in 2015 and have been so pleased with this purchase that I would recommend anyone in the market for a tablet, computer or gaming system I would have to encourage looking at the Microsoft products. It is not just about the merchandise, but the entire experience of Microsoft. I strongly believe in the customer service after the sale and I really think Microsoft has mastered this. The staff and management are attentive and will do whatever it is to make your visit seamless. Paying for the extended warranty is so worth the money.

I have been a loyal supporter of this store since the xbox one launch 3 years ago when it started out as just a small stand. i was at the grand opening of this slammin shop last year when eric decker christened the place meeting fans giving out free autographs. tomorrow marks their one year anniversary which i strongly recommend checking out. this awesome place has very friendly knowledgeable staff and free games to play all you want including just dance right outside the store in which i am their champion at that game. all the latest microsoft products are there free to sample to your hearts content and from time to time they have xbox one themed fridays promoting the latest games! one of the most fun stores you can ask for CHECK THEM OUT!

I have been in this store on several occasions and also come with friends. Each time has been a great experience. I bought my most recent laptop from Microsoft online; and this store goes above and beyond to answer questions and give me great service. Today was no exception. I had an issue with my laptop that I thought was serious. Todd the technician was really thorough, got it working again and explained what the issue was, a BIOS update was needed. Very thorough, professional and friendly! I would recommend anyone buy a computer from here. Not only are they free of the junk that comes on most PCs, but they stand behind their products and service them, often for free, and you don’t feel rushed at all.

There is product, and there is customer service. While this store certainly delivers both, there is something special to be said for walking into a place that mastered the long lost art of proactive customer care and attention — regardless if you purchased the product from this location or not. Kudos goes out to the staff and management team for not treating customers like a number. These guys go above and beyond «rule book» answers to resolve your issue. This store provides premium customer care that not only makes you feel good about owning Microsoft products, but gives you comfort for your next purchase.
