This review is regarding bridesmaid dresses. 1.) the salon was very hard to find. even workers werent sure where it was located on the floor. 2.) the selection of bridesmaid dresses very very disappointing — not many options in different sizes I mean whats the point??? 3.) the ONE dress we like apparently was put in that section by mistake and isnt even available… We left very disappointed and ended up going to a different dress section of macys where they mad MANY more options and sizes and were def appropriate for a wedding. also wtf you cant use ur macys coupons??? the bridal gowns looked fine however. I think the associates are aware they didnt have many options. also the dresses WEREVERYPRICEY and basically the same styles that Davids bridal has bust more expensie

This rating is for a bridesmaid gown, but you should still shop there at your own risk! My bridal party purchased their bridesmaid gowns from this Macy’s bridal salon on President’s Day(Feb 16) this year. Usually, it would take bridal salons 4 – 5 months to get their dresses in and we were told just that. The wedding is slated for Nov 14 so we had plenty of time when ordering the dresses. After 5 months passed, we hadn’t received a call about the gown. The bride graciously called and the bridal salon said the dresses are coming soon, but we were not guaranteed a date. She repeatedly called every 2 weeks with no positive response. We finally received a call that they were in 8MONTHS later! It’s a month before the wedding and we need to still get them altered. The customer service was no good and it has been very disappointing especially because it leaves little time to make any changes if they are needed. They even ordered the wrong size for one of the girls and we cannot trust that we would get a correct size in time! I DONOT plan to use them for alterations and spend any more time or money there. Beware when using this salon!

This place was awful. The woman who was«helping» me was so rude. They had me get the dress I was buying for a bridesmaid taken in and shortened up and so on. Basically 120 dollars later the dress was too tight, straps too short, and just way uncomfortable. After spending 200 dollars on a dress then 120 I was surprised at how much they didn’t care that I left so unhappy with their services. My last time there I had an appointment for 8 and I was there on the dot to see the woman who was suppose to help me with her jacket and purse on who then says to me «I was going to go for a walk«. Then I was rushed. Also the woman at the counter didn’t want to do her job. She was not helpful at all and just kept on without explaining anything or helping period. I hope I never have to come here again. Less than one star.

Joanne was the best! I came in with my 3 bridesmaids to find them a dress for my wedding. Joanne picked out dresses that we were looking for in our price range. She was super helpful and knowledgable. She made all the girls feel special and definitely knew what she was doing. The whole staff was friendly. I was very happy with my experience.

I had an appointment recently at Macy’s Bridal and Krystal was the Bridal Consultant who helped me. It was a wonderful experience and I felt very comfortable! Since I came in with an open mind, on a budget, and had no specific dress of choice on my mind, Krystal was able to answer all of my questions, stay within my budget, and I found my Wedding Dress quickly. She made me feel special and I am definitely a happy customer who will recommend her and Macy’s Bridal in Wayne to someone I know who may be getting married. I have confidence that she will be helpful along the process leading up to my Wedding. Now, you must know that the dresses need to be ordered 6 – 8 months advanced prior to your Wedding date. So if you are interested in finding your dress here, please keep that in mind. On the positive side, it was quiet, relaxing, and not too many brides around; which is a good thing because it would have been overwhelming.

I had a positive experience here, but what really makes me want to go back is their follow up. I like getting postcards in the mail about their promotions and what girl doesn’t love a good coupon? Although I wasn’t blown away by their selection of dresses or variety of sizes– I would go back and give them another try.

Overall, a really great experience here. I am so glad someone suggested this bridal salon to me(my future father-in-law who works for Macy’s) because I didn’t find this in my online searches at all until I specifically looked for it. I called this salon at 8pm one night and when I mentioned that I needed a gown this month, the salesperson working that night, Nina, suggested I come in that night even though they closed at 9:30. When I got there she had pulled all the gowns in my size and price range and gave me really honest advice about what looked nice. She wasn’t pushy at all. The manager worked with me the next day to pay for the gown since Nina wasn’t there and they really did a great Job with customer service. They held the gown for me until Saturday when I could pick it up. The price range here seems to be around $ 1500-$ 3000+ with a majority of gowns around $ 2300. They also had a beautiful selection on headpieces and some other gowns for bridesmaids and others. It was really nice that they worked with me so quickly knowing I needed a gown with not too much time left to do alterations, etc. I would recommended this salon to friends.
